It was monday afternoon. My fever left the next day when i went to the beach.

Jackson and I were planning on hanging out after school. I was going to pick him up.

"allison!" my mom yells.

"yeah" i say walking into the kitchen.

"have you done any homework today?" she asks.

"yeah, ive done some english and history" i say.

"okay good, what time does jackson need to be picked up" She says.

"after school which is 1:40" i say grabbing a bag of chips. She knods her head.

yeah im homeschooled. Not very fun. It really takes your social life away. I don't really have much friends like I used to. Kinda dropped them all when i went from public school to home. The only person well only good friend i have now is andrea. Weve been friends since 7th.

Yes, i went to public school before home. Lets just say I had a very bad experience that year that made me came home but im planning to go back to school in the upcoming school year. Not really excited tbh. Who would be.

Andreaalways keeps me updated on the things that happenes in school. Its kinda our thing tbh. Everyday theres an update.

Shes like my spy. On everything. Her and jackson have classes together so she also keeps an eye on him as well. I mean I trust him. Well idk. Maybe.

Jackson and I have been texting all day long. Its what we do as well. We always talk. Always text.

My mom was meeting jackson for the first time today. My dad wont be able to today because hes working. Sadly. It was just supposed to be me picking him up today but parents. Being over protective like they are.

This is the second time we've hung out since weve "been together".

We arent dating yet just talking. Which im okay with. I dont want to rush into anything. I wanna take things slow. I want this to work and last.

"park the car so he cant get it" I tell me mom. She parks and the back door opens.

She has one of those vans to where the back door opens by itself.

"Hey" I say looking at jackson.

"Hey" he says smiling and getting in the car.

"hey jackson, im allisons mom" my mom says smiling.

"Hi, its nice to meet you" he says smiling. My mom smiles as she drives away.

"so jackson what sports do you do?" my mom asks.

"I play football and im doing weight lifting at the moment" he says.

"oh cool!" she says.

"ally we have to grab your siblings at 3:30 from school but were going early because alex wants us to watch him practice" she says while pulling into the driveway.

"Okay" I say getting out of the car.

alex was my brother, and then i have a sister named mallory. Yeah two little siblings. Not fun.

"just a warrning. I have a dog that likes to jump" i say giggling.

"Thats okay" he says smiling.

We walk in and I head to the kitchen because im starving. Im always hungry to be honest.

"annie get down" i yell.

"shes fine" he says laughing.

"sorry she's really hyper" my mom says. He laughs.

"what do you wanna watch" i say grabbing the controller for the xbox.

"i dont care, its up to you" he says sitting on the couch.

I grab a pre made salad and quickly eat it before going over to the couch.

"how aboutt a disney movie?" i say sitting next to him.

"sounds good to me" he says smiling.

I look at him and smile. "okay"

I was scrolling through the disney movies on netflix and they didnt have anything interesting. It was all stupid movies.

Like where is hannah montana, wizards of waverly place, thats so raven and all them at.

"how about cars?" he says.

"im down" I say clicking on it.

Im hanging out with allison and im really excited. I really like her. Shes different. A good different though. She makes me hella happy when i talk to her.

I met her mom and shes very nice. Very welcoming. Asking questions. I dont mind. Its nice.

"warning i have a dog that likes to jump" she says opening the door. I laugh.

We walk in and wow. Her house is amazing. Its like mine. Well sorta.

Very colorful and bright. Stairs and a open living room. Big kitchen. Nice dining room.

I wonder what upstairs looks like.

Her dog is cute. A big dog haha.

"what do you wanna watch" she says pulling something out of the fridge.

"i dont care, its up to you" I say sitting on the couch.

I like being here with her.

Were 20 mins into the movie and then my mom comes in.

"we gotta go" she says grabbing her purse. I throw my head back.

"omg" I whisper to myself. Jackson grabs my thigh and laughs.

"come on lazy" he says standing up. I look at him and shake my head.

"what are we doing anyways" i ask.

"your brother wants to watch him practice" she says driving.

"for what" i say.

"track" she says.
