《Toxic》Do Me A Favor?

-From your POV-
It was now Thursday. I hadn't given Blue another shift between Monday, when it happened, and today. Meaning that this was the first time seeing him since it. I picked out magenta cocktail dress and matching heels. I felt like I was missing accessories, so I found some round diamond studs for my ears. I put them on and looked in the mirror and took them out. Stupid clown bastard even ruined stud earrings. I just decided on some golden hoops instead and made my way out to my car. "Okay T, I'm going out to a business dinner. Hold the fort down. I'll be back in two hours." I grabbed my magenta overcoat and my favorite handgun (which I got customized to be magenta) and stuck it into the side, tossing it on over my arms before I stepped out into the winter air. I checked my phone for the address that Blue had sent me and started driving.
I walked inside and saw him immediately and made my way over. It was a very nice restaurant. He smiled as he watched me come over. He stood up to pull my chair out, I sat down and he helped me push it in before sitting down in his own seat. I pull up the menu and start browsing. "You look lovely." he said. Without taking my eyes off the menu, I respond.
"I always do." I say confidently as I set down the menu. "But, you look very sharp yourself." I tell him. He grins and continues picking something out. Soon, a waiter comes over. He takes our orders and shortly returned with our food while Blue and I continue talking.
"I've had the sense you've been avoiding me, madam." he says.
"Why would you think that?" I ask him.
"I mean, I haven't worked all week." he says.
"It's not proper etiquette to see your date before the actual date." I say with a small smile.
"If you say so." he smiles back. We sit in silence for a moment before something pops into my head.
"Blue, are you trained in combat of any kind?" I ask him. He takes a sip of his drink before answering.

"Hand to hand combat? Yes. Weapons? Eh, not so much." he says. I raise an eyebrow.
"Really?" I ask. He nods slightly.
"Used to train for decathlons and I encountered kickboxing in that, quite often." he said. It made sense. He had some decent muscle definition. He wasn't as ripped as J was, but he was more muscular than he was skinny. He really was 'the boyfriend' type; not a male model face, not impressively tall, not an Olympian's body, a package slightly above average, but that was okay. He still had a great personality and all that being said, he wasn't ugly at all. Not one bit. I just had an interesting taste in recent months; I went from Scott, who could have been a male model, to Bones, who did have a nice body, to J who had a nice everything. No, stop that.
"I think you should receive training from T on weapons. Never know when you'll need it." I suggest.
"The world-class assassin can't train me?" he asks with a grin.
"Afraid not. I do have work to do. I try to keep business and pleasure as separate as possible." Yeah and you suck at it.
"I see. Is this why the other goons don't know?" he asks suggestively. I take a sip while I nod my head.
"Exactly. They don't need to know anyways." I say.
"It almost sounds like you're hiding me." he says. I scrunch my eyebrows up.
"We have nothing to hide, really." I say.
"Nothing yet." he smirks. I roll my eyes at him.
"Mhm." I hum out. We continue on eating. The rest of the dinner was pleasant. Nothing bad. We talked about Montreal and our dream travel destinations. Our ambitions, funny stories, everything.
When it was time to go, he asked for the check but I told him to separate it. I didn't need anyone paying for me, despite Blue's protests. I was independent and I made damn good money. We were getting up from our table, sliding our coats on when someone across the restaurant caught my eye. I saw a flash of platinum blonde hair that had been grown out at the roots, exposing the natural hair color was black. I squinted my eyes and saw that the man had tattoos on his arms that were peaking out of his suit's coat sleeves. He was facing the opposite direction, meaning his back was facing me. Just as I was about to turn away, the man turned around and saw me looking at him.

No.
No no no. This can't be happening. I told him to leave Gotham. That prick.
It was Bones. He saw me and smiled and gave me a small salute. I just watched him with no expression. I could see more tattoos poking out from suit collar. He had the first few top buttons undone, showing that he had gotten his chest tattooed since I last saw him shirtless. He had gotten more of the skeleton pattern done that he had on his arms and hands already. He had his upper chest and neck done, from what I could see. "Ready to go?" Blue asks me, shifting my focus from Bones to him. I button the clasp on my over coat and nod. He slides an arm around my waist and we walk out of the restaurant. Quite frankly, I didn't care for his hand on my waist, but I was too distracted to protest. I dug in my pocket and pulled out my keys. We walked over to my car and stood there for a minute. "So...." he starts.
"Relax, I don't bite. Unless you want me to." I joke. He chuckles.
"So do I get another shot?" he asks. I think for a second and then smile.
"Sure. But Blue, don't get too invested. Please mind, I am a sociopath." I say half joking. He laughs again.
"I find it very endearing that you remind me. It means you care about me." he says. Well, does it? I mean, that kind of counteracts one of the biggest symptoms of my disorder.
"Goodnight, Blue." I put a hand on his shoulder, supporting myself while I plant a plain and simple kiss on his lips. I then smile and turn, unlocking my car and getting in.
BONES??? I mean, I never did ask him how he laundered his money, so a restaurant made sense. After all, I don't think he was on the GCPD's radar, so he probably wanted to stay off the radar by claiming that his drug and counterfeit money was really just the result of a successful restaurant. But really?! I warned him. I told him. That J- Joker, would kill him if he found out he was in Gotham still. I mean, obviously Joker didn't know, considering he was still alive but that was about to change.
"Hey, T?" I called out into the house.
"In here, boss!" he yelled from the living room. I closed the front door behind me and walked into the living room. He was sitting on the couch just watching TV.
"Any chance you're still close with Scott?" I ask him. He nods his head. "Could you do me a favor? It's small." I ask.
"Of course boss, what is it?" he asks me. I sit down on one of the sofas nearby.
"Bones, someone who crossed me big time is still alive and in Gotham when he shouldn't be. I need you to plant that little information bug in Scott's ear." I know that if he tells Scott, and Scott tells J, he'll hunt him down and kill him.
"Are you sure you don't just want to knock him off?" he asks. I shake my head no.
"No, he crossed Joker as well." I say calmly. His eyes widen and his eyebrows go up slightly.
"Oh. Well, I can plant the bug in his ear tonight if you want?" he says. I smile.
"That would be wonderful. Make sure you mention that his name is Bones and he crossed Joker and should be dead but owns The Great Wall Fine Dining restaurant. Emphasis on 'he crossed Joker'." I say. T nods and pulls his phone out. I smile and stand up, ready to go get ready for bed. "Thank you very much, T. Goodnight!" I say excited as I leave the room so he can plant the info bug.
