Kaizer POV

I was laying down with A'dream who was sleeping on my chest. King and Alaidria was sleep too on the small couch, that was they favorite spot to sleep for some reason.

I really loved my little family and I hoped shit stayed like this forever. I really felt like me and A'dream were gonna work this time.

I smiled thinking about the day I would marry this girl. I really felt like we were going to make it to that point.

I was knocked out my thoughts when my phone started ringing. I seen it was my mama so I answered it.

"Kaizer." She said sounded like she was crying making me sigh.

"Yes? What happened?" I asked.

"A'dreams mom, she's dead." She said and my eyes widened.

"What?" I asked.

"A'dreams mother is dead she was killed. I was going over there and her door was wide open and she was laid out on the floor in a pile of blood. I called the police they came she went to the hospital they pronounced her as dead." She said and I shook my head looking at Dream.

"Ma are you serious? We just talked to her not that long ago." I said.

"I'm serious Kai, somebody killed her and by the chain that was left on the floor of her house Imma guess it was Dede." She said and I shook my head.

"Damn, Ight ma we'll be there by tomorrow or something. We coming tho." I said before hanging up.

"Fuck." I mumbled not knowing how to tell A'dream her mother was killed. I sighed before kissing her cheek. She moved a little bit but didn't wake up.

"A'dream." I said shaking her and she smacked her lips with her eyes remaining closed.

"What Kai?" She asked in a tired voice.

"Get up please I need to talk to you about something really important." I said and she opened her eyes.

"What?" She asked.

"You gotta sit up for this one." I said and she sighed slowly sitting up and so did I.

"What? It better be really important if you had to wake me up." She said and I laughed.

"Trust me it is." I said before clearing my throat.

"So uh you love your mom?" I asked and she smiled.

"Yes a lot. I'm so happy she changed herself for better. I love her so much and am so glad to have her back in my life." She said with a smile breaking my heart.

"You know I love you right? And you can talk to me about anything. Imma always be here to listen. It's also ok to cry and be angry." I said.

"Ok, I know all that. Is there something wrong?" She asked and I grabbed her hands. Looking at her stomach I got nervous about telling her. I didn't want her to stress or do anything that would hurt the baby.

"I love you so much." I said and she smiled.

"I love you too. Now if something's wrong please tell me. I'm nervous." She said and I chuckled.

"I'm scared to tell you but I can't keep this from you." I said.

"What's wrong Kaizer? Did you cheat? You done caught sum? You ready to go back home? You wanna break up?" She asked.

"No, A'dream I didn't do anything wrong ok." I said and she nodded. Taking a deep breath I shook my head, here it goes.

"My mama had just called me, right? Like right before I woke you up." I said and she nodded.

"She said she went over to your mother's house. The door was wide-" I stopped myself because I just didn't wanna break her heart.

"What? Tell me." She said.

"The door was wide open and yo mama was laid out on the floor in a pile of blood." I said and her eyes widened.

"Oh my god! Is she ok?! What happened?!" She asked.

"Calm down please." I said and she took a deep breath.

"My mama called the police and they took her to the hospital ok." I said and she nodded.

"Is she ok tho?" She asked and I slowly shook my head.

"Uh bae- they said she passed. Yo mama ain't here no more." I said and her bottom lip started to quiver. She started to shake and I just watched her for a second. She started shaking more and I pulled her into a hug.

"I'm sorry." I said and she tried to push me away but I held her tighter.

"LET ME GO! My life can't go right for shit!" She yelled waking King and Alaidria up.

"It's ok to be upset." I said.

"I just wanna be happy! But I gotta take a long walk through hell to fucking get my happiness!" She yelled.

"Let me go Kaizer!" She yelled and King climbed on the bed.

"You ok?" He asked and her.

"Do I fucking look ok King?! Don't ask dumbass questions!" She yelled at him and he looked at me.

"King she's just upset right now ok. Ignore her rude comments." I said and he nodded.

"Get off of me! Damnit Kai!" She yelled and I just let her go.

"Sick of being hurt I swear to god!" She yelled getting up walking out the room slamming the door behind her.

I heard glass breaking and I sighed. Just hearing A'dream screaming cursing up a storm made me feel so bad.

"King stay in here with Jalé ok. I'll be back." I said and he nodded going over to her. I walked out the room shutting the door behind me.

Then a glass plate flew past my head hitting the wall and breaking.

"Dream what the fuck? Can you just calm-" She started throwing knives and forks and shit and I dodged all of them.

This was the scariest moment of my life

"Masaia chill out!" I yelled and she grabbed a bottle of liquor throwing it at me and I ducked. It hit the wall breaking and the shit went everywhere.

"The baby dude! Calm down!" I yelled and she opened a bottle starting to drink it and I quickly went over to her tryna take it

"A'dream stop you're pregnant, don't do this." I said as she just continued to drink and I tried to take it.

"Dream come on dude, I'll let you whoop my ass if anything. Just gimme me dis." I said and she pushed me away. Then she started throwing it on me and I sighed just standing there

"I'm so over it." She said said just wetting me with liquor.

"I'm so tired of being hurt." She said throwing the now empty bottle bottle at me and it broke.

"Imma leave-"

"No you're not-"

"I am going to leave and never come back Kaizer, wanna know why?" She asked getting in my face and I looked at her.

"Because I'm over my life. My life is a joke, and I only have a split second of happiness TWO TIMES A FUCKING YEAR!" She yelled.

"So imma go kill mys-"

"Stop." I said

"Imma go kill myself because all this suffering and going through shit ain't working for me. The demon I'm fighting won. It won, I'm over dis shit." She said.

"You can stay here or go back to Houston I really don't care. But take care of my kids cuz I'm gone." She said and I grabbed her wrist.

"A'dream I love you so much Ight and I know you just angry. You not thinking righ-"

"Shut up." She said and I sighed.

"I am thinking right. I'm very angry because I am officially all alone. Don't have nobody on my side. Kai I'm probably over doing this, but I'm taking this hard because she changed not just for her but for me. For ME." She said as tears ran down her face

"I probably should hate her and not give a damn but I do." She said and i nodded.

"I understand how you fe-"

"No! No you do no- KAIZER ARE BOTH OF YOUR PARENTS DEAD?! DID ALL YOUR FAMILY FORGET ABOUT YOU?! IS YOUR NAME A'DREAM MASAIA ROSE?!" She shouted.

"I think the fuck not, so you do-" She pulled her hair and I just watched her.

"Do you know who did it?" She asked and I sighed.

"Dede chain was found in the house." I said and she chuckled.

"We can go do-"

"I'm not going down to Houston. It is what it is, right? You should've been killed Dede but it's whatever." She said.

"I'm sorry." I said and she shook her head before going upstairs.
