"today i ivory green am going to see a concert for the first time in a new city. California." stated the eager 18 year old girl. she had moved out of her home town in Oregon after graduating high school.
her family and best friend//cousin Caden had went with her to help her settle but her family left last week and her best friend leaves tonight after the concert.
"CADEN WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD" said the girl jumping up and down on the second blow up mattress. "kindly shut the fuck up bro" Caden mumbled in a grumpy tone. she laughed and sat down next to him scrolling through her phone till Caden got up. "so who are we seeing today?" Caden said as a smile plastered over ivory's face "let's see" she said going on seat geek and closing her eyes scrolling really fast through the list of artists playing tonight. it was her and Caden's thing. every time they are in a new city or state they need to go see any random concert they scroll through and find. it introduced them to some of they're favorite artists like rex orange county, post Malone, travis Scott and obviously the list goes on.
ivory opened her eyes to reveal a band that consisted of five very attractive members "why don't we" she stated excitedly. she looked to find pit tickets for 100 bucks. best part is they drop the prices the day of the show which gets the two cousins some of the best seats in the house to every concert they've been to. "ouu that sounds interesting let's look em up" Caden said unplugging his phone from his charger. they two did they're research and found them on social media. now ivory found one boy in particular very very attractive. Zach Herron. she stalked his insta a little bit before getting a notification about the show. they still had some vip slots available that were 50 bucks each and of course they did it.

by then they had already gotten up got dressed and got ready to head out and go shopping. ivory didn't really have too many clothes now since she wanted to A change her style and B Oregon is really cold so she needed more summer clothes. they went to some thrift stores, two good wills, and the obvious stores that are in every mall. caden bought her some stuff as a so called "house warming gift" even though he already bought ger so much and she gets
mad at him when he buys the girl anything so you could only imagine the number of buying battles they got into. once they got back to the place ivory decided to hop into the shower

What Was Lost Outside Time
What happens to a mind, subjected to an infinite span of time? What remains, when it is taken out again? This is the story of an individual reborn after such time has passed that nothing remains of what it was; an individual who must learn once again what it is to be, beginning with awareness of the idea of awareness, and growing from there; from awareness of self, to awareness of others, to awareness of society, and on. This is the story of a mind; growing, learning, adapting, and becoming more. -- Currently the first three chapters are - well, kind of experimental. I both like and hate these; they were a pain to write, and I'm told by at least one person that they're painful to get through, but I think something like them is necessary to set one of the basic ideas about the way the story is written. It gets slightly more normal after that, the first arc of the story is rather "battle school", and I think I may need to go back and edit it - the characterization didn't end up working out as well as I had originally hoped, unfortunately, and ended up rather weak to my eye. I may go back and add a sub-plot or two, depending on how well I can handle the intended perspective shift of the second arc. -- Currently on hiatus, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm debating between rewriting large portions of what I've already written, and just finishing out the story, but either way, I don't actually have a clear idea of what I want to do right now. If I'm still feeling the same way in a few months I'll put a chapter up explaining where the story was going, maybe, so the people who have enjoyed it can know where the story was intended to go, and close this out.
