"Heh? Who is that kid? I swear I've seen him before..." Doo said suspiciously, eyeing Daniel.
"Dummy... it's him!"
"The fatty from the convenience store."
"Ah ha!"
'Oh no-'
"Why's he here?"
"He probably came to pig out alone hehe."
'What should I do?'
Daniel shuddered At the threatening expressions of the the group.
He looked at Zoe, who was looking over her shoulder at him with a disgusted look. 'Zoe! Why are you looking at me like that?'
The widowed bar owner looked down at him and scoffed. "Who are you? Show me your ID or get out." 'Ma'am. You disappeared when we were in a fight...'
'My body!' He looked over at his unconscious second body, which (Y/N) was still sitting next to, paying tiny Daniel no attention.
'I need that body! It's still there! Why didn't I change? Could it be? I was so drunk that I couldn't wake up? I couldn't regain consciousness? Let's just wait! But how can I explain taking my body home?'
Suddenly, Zack flung himself onto Daniel.
"Piggy!" The drunk boy cheered.
Daniel had to make sure he didn't groan aloud.
"Great to see ya piggy!" Zack laughed, pulling Daniel into his chest for a hug.
'Oh jeez.'
Zack kept his hold on the smaller boy and turned to glare at the group.
"Don't you touch my piggy, you bastards! You insulted his mom! Took a picture! And punched him!"
The goons grit their teeth, 'He's a piece of work! Wasn't it you who hit him?'
"Piggy, while you're here. Let's have a drink." Zack hiccuped, waving a shot glass in front of Daniel's face.
'Actually, thank god he's drunk.' Daniel internally sighed. 'Otherwise I'd be getting a beat down.'
"Uh... I'm here to get a friend." Daniel said awkwardly.

"A friend? Who?"
"We're the only ones here."
"Umm..." Daniel hummed, not sure how to word what he wanted to say. "Him... Daniel." He said, pointing to his other body.
The group gasped.
"What?"
"You're a friend of Daniel's?"
"No way! Are you a stalker?"
"Get out of town!"
"Daniel is friends with you?"
"Liar!"
Daniel pressed his lips together, he was walking on thin ice and he knew it. 'Well, it is a lie I guess... He's not my friend... He's me.'
"Ah! So then you're the friend who lives with Daniel?" Zoe asked.
"What? Come on!" One of the goons scoffed.
Daniel began to flail 'Yikes! Danger! Danger! I could get caught!'
"Oh... That..." He said, doing his best to come up with something. 'My brain isn't working!! I'm so nervous!'
"The guy who lives with Daniel ordered the little guy to come get him." (Y/N) said, finally speaking up.
The goons turned to stare at her in shock, and Daniel nearly cried in relief. 'Thank you!!'
'That makes sense! A gangster's errand boy! So he is a gangster!' The goons thought with a shiver.
They looked over at Daniel, who was visibly nervous. 'This little dork. Is slacking for gangsters at night...'
Doo covered his mouth and turned away, overtaken by emotion. 'I feel so bad for him! A real loser! Pathetic.. He runs errands during working hours.. he's a slave 24/7!'
"Wow! So you know where Daniel lives? Tell me!" Zoe pleaded, excitedly clapping her hands together.
'Geez, she's brazen! Look at how happy she is!'
"You poor piggy. I'll delete your nude pic." Doo said tearfully, tapping Daniel on the shoulders. 'My phone is toast anyways.
Daniel didn't say anything, 'I destroyed your phone.'
"Poor piggy, getting beat up all the time..." Zack sighed, patting Daniel on the shoulders as well.

'It was you doing the beating...' Daniel thought.
"Oh... Right... Piggy... I'll show you something good. As a gift of reconciliation!" Zack said excitedly, grabbing Daniel by the shoulders.
Daniel looked up at him, confused.
"Let's go."
Daniel was confused, but followed anyways. '(Y/N) is here, she won't let anything too bad happen to me..' He thought, looking up at the girl who strayed behind the pack to walk besides him.
"Geez, it's cold." She grumbled, shoving her hands into her pockets and then looked down at Daniel, meeting his eyes. "Make sure you wear a sweater or something next time you come out this late." She said.
Daniel nodded and looked away, and the rest of the walk not a word was spoken.
When they finally made it to their destination, Daniel looked at the lit up building in awe.
'This place! An arcade?!' He thought, following Zack into the building.
"Watch close! I haven't done this in ages." Zack said, squeezing his arm as he prepared to play the punching game.
"Hit it! Hit it!" The goons cheered.
'A punch game? Why are we here?'
"We used to do this all the time, hehe." Doo said smugly, setting off a chain with the other goons.
"I was the champion, of course."
"Whatever."
Daniel frowned, 'You hurt your wrist doing that and then said you were in a fight! And showed off your cast!'
"Piggy." A voice called, breaking Daniel from his thoughts.
"What?" He asked, flinching so badly he nearly dropped his other body.
"Pay attention, look closely." Zack instructed as he got into a proper position.
"Guard your cheek with your arm like this." He said, looking over at Daniel to make sure he was watching.
'Heh?'
"Your stance is wider than your shoulders. Bring in your arms parallel. Centered over your butt."
'What is this?' Daniel was still struggling to understand what Zack was doing.
"That is the basic posture." Zack explained, suddenly sober.
'Why are you telling me this?' Daniel wondered.
"From here, take one step forward. Put your weight in the order of pelvis, shoulders, fist. Then push your shoulder first and stretch out your arm." Zack carried out each action as he said it, and finally landed a punch on the machine.
Daniel watched in wonder.
"That, is how you land a straight." Zack said, looking back at Daniel as the game dinged .
"Wow! New record!"
"He's still alive!"
"Now you can fight back!" Zack giggled, returning to his drunken self. "Although if someone dodges them, you're screwed." He said with a pout, glaring at Daniel's other body.
'Thank goodness for that!' Daniel thought to himself, remembering how much damage Zack is capable of doing with his fists.
Zack was about to continue to speak, but he quickly covered his mouth and hunched over, groaning about shaking up his insides.
The goons stopped joking around.
"Alright, let's go home."
"Piggy said he's got Daniel."
"What about Zoe?"
"I gotta go home. I have a curfew." She said.
"What? You have a curfew?"
"If Danny wasn't so drunk, I'd stay here." She explained with zero shame.
"Then let's split up."
"We've got Zack." One said, sending a stern look at the usually violent boy's giddy form.
"Don't worry about it. I'll get him home." (Y/N) said, already making her way over to Zack, who was still sitting on the floor.
"What?"
'Huh?' Daniel thought.
"Why?"
'I thought you hated him..'
(Y/N) looked up at the confused group after she slung Zack's arm and allowed his larger form to use her as support.
"I know his mom, so I can make sure he won't get in trouble." She answered.

Far Strider
A college student finds himself transported into a strange land with burgeoning magical powers, and is taken in by Ned Stark. Will he sink or swim in this medieval society, and will he ever get home? ====================== OC-insert without knowledge of Game of Thrones, new planeswalker. Slow power ramp. Second crossover: Star Wars (around chapter 39). ======================= As a note, I started this as a speed writing challenge to myself. The challenge was successful, and I managed 100,000+ words (as well as some character sheets in excel and such) over 10.5 days. Then I had to stop and let my hands recover from their burgeoning carpal tunnel syndrome. The story currently stands at around 150,000 words (or ~550 RRL pages) over 54 chapters; expect a chapter a day until I've caught up with the backlog. The focus of this story was not quality writing, and that hasn't changed. I mostly use it as my semi-guilty "I need to write something, but am not focused enough to write something good" story. Expect self-indulgent writing in general, and a bit of OP (or, well, more than just a bit if we're being honest), especially later in the story as the protagonist matures into a more full-blown Planeswalker. But if you're looking for something with a power-ramping protagonist romping around the place, something you'd be a bit embarrassed to admit liking (I know I am) but like anyways (and come on, this is RRL, so that probably describes just about everyone here who actually has shame), then this may be a nice bit of mental junk food for you.
