As we stand there laughing, I can only think of how hot my boyfriend is. He is so handsome, and I cannot wait to be in his arms again, skin on skin.

"It was so bad that Zeus refused to eat it and that pig eats everything, hahaha!" Suga and Jimin laugh as Jimin is being his extra self, bent over and slapping his thigh.

I smile wide and look over at Tae who has a light reddish blush on his cheeks. His expression is flat as he presses his lips together. Suga's story is funny, and I softly laugh.

It appears that Tae does not find any humor in this story. As we settle down Tae wraps his muscular arm around my shoulders, and I move closer and tuck myself into him. I exhale feeling safe and content.

As Suga continues Tae reaches for the beverage pitcher, pours two glasses, and hands one to me. As I take the glass, he does not look at me. I think he is embarrassed. It is the first time I've ever seen him so vulnerable. I find it sweet and endearing.

"Hahaha! Tae got the recipe all mixed up and then he nearly burnt down the kitchen. The fire alarm went off and I thought I was going to have to call the fire department." Suga says, as Jimin reaches for a tissue from the table and wipes his eyes as he continues to loudly laugh.

I am unable to resist the humor and quickly bring my hand to my mouth in an attempt to stifle my laughter however my body starts to shake violently as Tae looks at me and starts his defense.

"Wait a damn minute Suga, the fire department was not called! I used the fire extinguisher instead," Tae yells as we all look at him and simultaneously burst into laughter. I no longer can hold my laughter and to make it worse Suga is relentlessly talking.

"You were in such a rush to try your skills you missed important details like adding a fourth of a teaspoon of salt instead of 4 tablespoons and don't let me get started talking about your second attempt."

"Hey, that was much better!" Tae shouts as I see a smile move across his face.

"Oh yeah, it was better. At least the pig ate it. Hahaha!" Suga shouts.

We all burst into laughter. Even Tae. I felt bad and had to help rescue my poor man.

"Baby, the good thing is you kept trying," I say as I rub his knee.

"Thanks, Baby," he says and turns to give me a quick peck on my lips. Even Jimin feels the need to rescue him from Suga's merciless attack.

"Tae, Kookie and I can share some kitchen horrors with you that would have you on the floor laughing," Jimin shares and continues to wipe his eyes as he pulls in a deep breaths to help himself settle down.

"Yes, the good news is my brother got it right and for years I have been fortunate to be the benefactor of some marvelous meals. I have no complaints and nor does the pig," Suga says as we all laugh and Tae nods while expanding his beautiful boxy smile.

Jimin picks up the beverage pitcher and looks at Suga who nods indicating he would like a drink. We all sit drinking as Suga starts to speak. I bite down on my lip and feel tension in my jaw with anticipation of what he will say.

"Kookie, thank you so much for inviting me into your beautiful home again. My behavior last week was inappropriate. I was rude to both you and Jimin. I was reactive to your relationship with my brother and took it out on you. It was terribly wrong of me to do so. I would hope that you and Jimin can find it within yourselves to forgive me," he says as he looks back and forth between me and Jimin.

He appears genuine in his apology, and I am happy to accept it. Tae has a soft smile that I take to mean he is pleased also. I don't know Suga, but I think he is complex and very human.

I like his honesty and vulnerability. He gives no excuses and takes full ownership of his behavior. I seek to grow a relationship with him.

"Suga, I accept your apology and look forward to getting to know you better," I say as he nods and smiles at me. I then feel Tae plant a soft sweet kiss on my cheek as I smile softly.

Jimin turns towards Suga and starts to talk. "Suga, I also accept your apology and extend an apology to you. I went a bit too far threatening to stab you," Jimin says maintaining eye contact with Suga as if he is searching for something in his eyes. We all chuckle a bit.

"Jimin, I like your feistiness and your commitment to Kookie. I know a little something about looking after a little brother that is not so little anymore. I respect what you did, however, I was not happy about missing out on my tiramisu," Suga says as we all laugh.

"Jimin, Tae tells me you are quite the chef yourself," he says as I see Jimin do something rare, blush.

"Might I request some homemade tiramisu? Only if it is not too much, to ask, of course," he says turning his body towards Jimin with a slight head tilt. It looks to me like Jimin is not the only one skilled in the art of flirtation. He is intentional and confidence.

Jimin's smile grows, and he actually giggles. He almost looks childlike and incredibly vulnerable. It is very sweet. By this time Tae and I are both smiling enjoying the flow of the evening.

"I'm so sorry our evening got cut short because of me. I missed my dessert, getting to know you Kookie," he says, pauses, makes a bold move and reaches next to him and lightly touches Jimin's hand, "and spending more time with you, Jimin. That is, if you would allow it, of course."

Jimin is speechless and looks stunned. He giggles and then stammers, "Y-Yes Suga I w-would definitely allow it."

What an unexpected treat this is. I knew Jimin would be okay once he calmed down, but I did not see this coming and I am very much enjoying the show. I lean in a bit wanting to watch more of this as Tae clears his throat.

"This is great! Now we can all move forward. Kookie has prepared an amazing duck dinner and I believe Jimin has prepared us a delicious dessert," Tae says, and I have an urge for the first time ever to tell him to shut up.

I want to watch more of Suga's smooth moves as he subdues and seduces Jimin. Tae then slides his hand from my shoulder discreetly down my back and lower cupping my ass. I then get it.

"I-It's okay," I stutter as Tae rubs my back to comfort me. "It was her favorite Christmas song, and it always makes me sad when I hear it because it is so beautiful. Yet it reminds me of happy times. But just seeing the s-snow globe again reminds me of how much she loved Christmas. And I-I miss her s-so much," I say as I am again overwhelmed by tears as Tae takes a napkin and lovingly daps at my wet cheeks.

Jimin comes over and hugs me as we both wipe our eyes. "I miss her too, Kookie. But if you are ready, it is time to celebrate her and the holiday. She would be sad to see how we have not spent many Christmases together since she left us. Just because she is gone it does not mean we let go of everything else," Jimin tearfully says as I nod my head in agreement.

"Jimin, I am ready," I tell him as I squeeze him tightly.

At the end of the evening Jimin, Suga, and Tannie leave together in an Uber. As soon as the door shuts, Tae tackles me to the couch. I immediately become a mess of giggles.
