Hues leisurely opened one at a time, body sprawled out across the mat before Naruto eventually sat up and gave his eyes a good rub. The dryness in his mouth caused lips to smack, sitting still before he gave a sudden jolt. Blinking owlishly, he soon froze, hands and all.

'Wait---' he thought to himself, lips pressing into a thin line. 'Did I seriously... who the hell has such an elaborate sex dream like that--? And with--"

He tugged at his shirt collar, optics slowly shifting over to the redhead snoozing on the mat beside him.

'Gaara.'

Naruto ran a hand through his hair, no doubt reflecting on himself and his dreams. To think he'd dream about something like that, especially at a time like this---it was absolutely embarrassing. Why, if Gaara ever found out he was having sex dreams about him... he'd be ground up into sand!

The blonde gave his head a good shake, slapping at his cheeks a few times. He just needed to wake himself up, and what was a better way than to sneak out for some early morning ramen?

Yeah... that'd surely do the trick!

Pulling away the covers and crawling out from his makeshift bed, the Leaf shinobi padded his way across the room and towards his bag. Digging around, he pulled out his classic orange attire, heading over to the large body mirror before setting his clean clothes aside.

He really enjoyed this trip! Even though... he couldn't quite recall everything that happened. Honestly, he just assumed that he passed out in the hot springs. Had Gaara perhaps brought him back to the room?

"Huh. What do ya know," the male began aloud, fingers gripping onto the bottom of his t-shirt with eyes closing, "he's actually a pretty nice guy now, isn't he?"

Tugging off that sleepwear of his, Naruto reached for the clean shirt, eyes opening with a cheeky smile, and just as he turned to glance back into the mirror, he stiffened.

"What... the..."

Large, dark marks cloaked his body. They were everywhere. Everywhere. Neck, shoulders, chest, stomach---you name it; they even crawled all the way up to his jawline. The Leaf shinobi just sort of stood there for the longest time, staring in disbelief. Where the hell did they all come from? A bad reaction? Bugs?

Unless---

Those blue irises of his widened like saucers, swallowing.

"Ha... gaaaaaahh!"

Naruto sharply spun on his heels, skidding across the floor on his way to the slumbering sand shinobi.

"Gaara!"

.....

...

It hadn't been a dream.
