𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝟏 °𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒃𝒆𝒓°

Hi guys this is my first tbp theory it isn't much but I'll be adding more and I hope u guys enjoy!

My first theory is that the grabber was in that basement when he was a kid , let me explain why.

In the movie the grabber sees Finney trying to use the phone and he mentioned that's the phone doesn't work ... not sense he was a kid so that means at some point he was down there himself or maybe it could have been his house he grew up in.

°2: The naughty boy game : The naughty boy game is when he sits upstairs with a belt and waits for the kids so he can beat them . Which kind of seems like something a parent might do when a child misbehaves (even though it may be wrong to do)
