Chapter twenty
Stef’s POV
I stretched as I woke up. Nate’s smile greeting me as I opened my eyes. “Morning Mrs. Collin’s.” he chuckled as I snuggled closer to him. “Here.” he said sitting up slightly taking off his mothers necklace. I smiled as he put it around me. “Alex told me what your mother made you promise her. so I won’t refuse this.” I told him he smiled and kissed me. “Good. She’d like you angel.” he said laying back down. “What was she like?” I asked him propping my head up. he chuckled. “A not as crazy version of your mother. They would get along pretty easy.” He chuckled. “I would be scared of getting the two of them together. actually. Lots of blowing up would happen.” He laughed I smiled and kissed him. “And your dad?”
“He was overprotective. Childish at times. Amusing to watch TV with. You’d normally watch him more than the TV. He’d yell at the news. Burst into laughter at the slightest thing or try to break it. he was bipolar when we watched TV.” He chuckled. “Kinda like you were the other night?” I asked him. he blushed and chuckled remembering the movie we watched a couple nights ago it was a horror movie. “Yhea. he could read people like open books.” He sighed and I crossed my arms. “You do the same things. Sounds like I already know him.” I giggled. He laughed with me. “Yhea. I guess I am a lot like he was.” Nate smiled. “Is.” I whispered. “hu?” he asked confused. I put my hand over his heart. “As long as you love them in here. and remember them. their alive.” I told him. he smiled and shook his head. “Sometimes I wonder if you and your mother are part normal. But then you go and do something like that.” He said as I started jumping on the bed randomly. I shrugged and landed on him when I accidently jumped on his leg. “sorry.” I sighed as he wrapped his arms around me. “Just let me hold you for a while. No craziness. Ten minutes please.” He begged I nodded and wrapped my arms around him as well.

The next day I skipped through the school a smile on my face several kids looked scared. “Alright who did you kill?” Seth asked me. “Nate.” I giggled as he walked by a mop and bucket in his hand. “Oh. Oh I love the necklace.” Max said I slapped her hand before she could touch it. “Nate gave it to me. it was his mothers.” I told them smiling at it. I opened the locket a small note fell out. I picked it up and smiled.
To Nathan’s Mate
Hello dear I’m Sara. Nate’s mother. And whether your male or female I don’t care. I love you all the same. And I know Nate dose as well.
Moving on. I assume I’m dead if your reading this. sorry I never got the chance to met you.

I smiled and folded the note back up as my friends looked at me expectantly. “It was a note for me from Nate’s parents.” I told them and smiled. “They said how much they wanted to met me and were sorry they hadn’t got the chance. That they loved me. his father said I was to good for him.” Max laughed and wrapped an arm around me. “That’s for sure.” She laughed and I shrugged her off. Rayne bit his lip and looked at me. “Can I talk to you alone?” he asked me as he reached us. “Of course.” I looked at my friends they grumbled and left Seth stayed behind and kissed Rayne then walked down to his locker.

“Uh your Seth’s best friend. So I was wondering how would I propose?” he asked me then slapped his hand over my mouth and I screamed into it jumping up and down. “He planned mine now I get to plan his proposal.” I smiled as my brother stood there watching me. “how did you know?” he asked. “Easy. I always wanted a romantic proposal. I wrote it down in my journal no one knew. And he used to read my journal. Easy peazy.” I smirked as he nodded. “I also slept with him for a full month before you found Nate.” He said sticking his tongue out. I grabbed it. “He likes spontaneous things. It’s a secret of his. I read his journal too. I also know about the wet dreams you’ve had about him since he turned thirteen.” I teased. “You what?” he blushed bright red. Of course I was still holding his tongue as dad walked by. “I don’t want to know.” he said holding his hand up and waved. Seth ran over to us and looked between us. “Seth Rayne has wet-” Rayne grabbed my tongue and glared at me. “that’s a secret!” he yelled at me. “Hu?” Seth asked confused. “HAHA. LET GO! I DON’T WANT YOUR SPERM IN MY MOUTH OR HIS!” I yelled pointing to Seth. “I was going to tell you the perfect time to ask him too.” I sighed tugging my brothers tongue. “Okay what the hell are you two saying. We were talking in our secret twin language. Damn. “Oh I know exactly what they were talking about.” Ryan and Ryder laughed so Ryan and I grabbed their tongues with our free hands. Seth groaned and drug Rayne away from us. “Aww. I was having fun.” I sighed and skipped to class texting Nate what just happened.
