May's P.O.V

We stay silent on the swing, hand in hand, just enjoying each other's company until Aidan snaps his fingers.

"I totally forgot!" He says face palming himself with his free hand.

"Forgot what?" I ask him.

"We never payed your aunt for the food and drinks." He says face palming himself again.

"I know." I say taking the hand he is face palming himself with in my free.

"What do you mean? May we just dined and dashed."

"No we didn't." I say calmly.

"Yes we did. We walked out without paying."

"No we didn't. The thing that I asked my aunt to do is to put it on the pack account."

"Why would you do that?"

"Because I didn't want you to pay for me."

"You asked your aunt to do you a favour which was to put it on the pack account so I wouldn't pay?" He asks raising an eyebrow.

"Yep."

"Why didn't you want me to pay."

"Because I don't want you to think I'm like a clingy girlfriend who expects her boyfriend to pay for everything."

"I wouldn't think that. I want to pay for our meals like in all the romantic movies. And I don't expect you to want me to pay that is why I want to do it. Because I love you!"

"I just feel like a clingy girlfriend."

He rolls his eyes and pulls me over so I'm sitting on his lap on the swing.

He puts his head in the crook of my neck and whispers.

"I would never ever think of you as a clingy girlfriend. You are independant. And I love that about you."

I smile and kiss him.

Almost in scync he kisses back.

We both pull back and smile and lean our foreheads together.

We stay on the swing, swinging slightly with our foreheads pressed together.

It's extremely calming, just being close like this.

I close my eyes and breathe in his heavenly scent. Not in a weird way. Mate's scents are like all your favourite smells mixed in to one amazing, mouthwatering scent.

"Shall we keep walking?" Aidan asks.

I sigh.

"Why are you sighing?" He asks.

"Because I was enjoying smelling your scent. Not in a weird way." I explain.

"Ok then."

He takes off the light grey sweatshirt he was wearing (he grabbed it when he was putting his shoes on) and offers it to me.

I slip my arms in and am incased in his heavenly scent. It's big on me and it is about the length of my dress.

"Better?" He asks me.

"Perfect." I say smiling.

He smiles and we both stand up.

He wraps his arm around around my waist and keeps me extra close, basically growling everytime a guy wolf wistles at me.

Each time I calm him down by kissing his cheek and resting my head on his shoulder.

He calms down after this each time and kisses me.

We walk around aimlessly and end up in a large park.

We sit down on the grass under a tree.

Aidan lays down with his hands behind his head and his elbows out to the sides.

I lay down with my head on his stomach and my feet out to the side.

"We really aren't doing much today are we?" I ask Aidan.

"No we really aren't. But we have to do something to pass the time till the movie. Even if it is just lying around and not really even talking." He says.

We sit silently for a while until Aidan brings up something I was hoping to avoid for a while.

"So we need to talk about what pack we will live in. Yours or mine" He says. Trying to keep it light.

"I know you want to go home to your pack. I mean I know that we have to move, seeing as you are in line to be alpha, I'm just going to miss my family and pack" I say sighing.

"We don't have to move. I can give up on the alpha position."

"I wouldn't do that to you. The alpha position means a lot to you and I don't want to take that away from you. We'll move but I want to visit them as much as possible. Even if it's just me going because you get busy with alpha business. I just really don't want to forget about them of never see them again. I couldn't do that to them." I say. Rambling slightly.

"I know. I wouldn't make you stay. And I would go with you. Let my beta do some of the work so we can go and see your family. And thank you. But even though it means a bit to me. You mean so much more. I'll give it up for you."

"No. We'll move packs. I promise. You can keep your position. I love you too much to take that away from you."

"Ok. But we will take special time out for a large family get together, both of our families. Go on a beach trip. We'll make it a tradition. No one else. I promise."

"I don't want it to get in the way of your alpha buisness though. Your pack needs you."

"I'm sure that the pack can do without me for a day once a month."

"I don't know. They would miss you so dearly." I say sarcastically.

"Haha." He says sarcastically, rolling his eyes.

"Hey, what's the time?" I ask.

"Um. It's about 5:00pm so we have a while till the movie."

"What time do we want to go to the movie?" He asks.

"Um. Hang on I'll chech online."

I pull out my phone and go on to the movie theatre's website.

"It's on at 9pm or 10:00pm. Which one?"

"10?"

"Sure. That means we have 5 hours to kill. What would you like to do?"

"Um. We could go swimming in the pool at your pack house?"

"Sounds great."

We walk back to the pack house and head upstairs in to my room.

"I'll change in the bathroom." He offers.

"Ok sure."

I walk over to the wardrobe and pull out my bikini and a crop top and some high waisted shorts.

I take off my clothes and pull on my bikini and the clothes then look in my full length mirrior.

The shorts are high waisted, light wash denim shorts and has some cool rips. The top is lind of crochet with a high neck at the front. The back has a tie at the back of the neck and at th bottom then a huge gap in the middle.

Aidan comes walking out in just his board shorts (swimming trunks).

I have to keep myself from staring at his abs.

"Wow." He says looking down at my outfit. "Wait. Turn around."

I do and my hair flicks on to my shoulder when I do it.

"Wow. That back is incredible,"

"Thanks." I say smiling at him.

I grab 2 towels from my little towel cupbourd then grab Aidan's hand and lead him down the stairs.

We walk throught the living room to get outside and find all the guys from my pack sitting playing COD (Call Of Duty).

They all turn around when we walk in and smile at me.

"Hey May." They all chorus.

"Hey guys." I say smiling at them all.

"Coming to play COD with us?" Cody asks.

"Na. I will later though. We are going for a swim."

"Who's we?" Max asks.

I move aside so they can all see Aidan.

As quick as a flash I am pulled over to the guys with them all crowding in front of me.

Aidan starts growling at them and they growl right back.

"SHUT UP!" I yell.

Everyone quietens down and turn to look at me.

"Guys this is my mate Aidan. Aidan these are all the guys of my pack and my unbiological brothers. Now if you will excuse us." I say pushing past them.

When I get back to Aidan's side I drag him outside because he is still glaring at all the guys.

We reach the pool and I put the towel on one of the beach chairs.

I pull off my shirt and shorts and walk over to stand beside Aidan who is standing at the edge of the pool.

Aidan turns to look at me then smirks and quickly pushes me in the pool.

I fall in and am fully submerged.

I swim back to the surface and glare at Aidan. He laughs,

"Help me out." I grumble and offer him my hand.

He grabs it and then I smirk.

And with that I pull him in.

He's fully submerged and when he comes to the surface he glares at me.

He swims toward me and wraps his arms around my waist.

"That wasn't very nice." He says pouting.

"Just returning the favour." I say laughing at his pout.

He rolls his eyes then pecks me on the lips.

"May!" We hear a young voice yell.

We pull apart and a few seconds later Nate comes running over and stands outside of the fence around the pool.

"What's up buddy?" Aidan asks him.

"Can I come swimming too?" He asks giving us the puppy dog eyes.

"Don't you have to help mum with dinner?" Aidan asks.

"Maybe. But I could say I was wtih you and that's why I couldn't help." He says giving a little guilty smile.

"Nice try buddy. But no, you can't do that. Go help mum. We'll be back inside soon." Aidan tells him.

He makes a sad face and runs back towards the house.

As soon as Nate's out of sight Aidan drags me over to the built in underwater seats.

He sits me on his lap (as well as you can underwater) so my back is against his chest. He wraps his arms around my waist but at the same time holds both of my hands.

I lean back so my head is resting against his shoulder then I close my eyes.

"Should we take my car when we go to the movie theatre?" Aidan asks after a while of silence.

"Yea. The movie might run late so that's probably best."

"Do you know what time it'll finish?"

"Around 11:53."

We sit in silence again until Aidan turns me around so I'm facing him.

"What ya doing?" I ask.

"Just wanted to see your beautiful face."

I roll my eyes but smile at him.

Out of no where he kisses me bang on lips. Not saying it wasn't pleasant. I mean it most definatly was. But it was unexpected.

Without even thinking about it I kiss back with as much passion as him which if you couldn't guess was a lot.

After what feels like a long time (not a bad thing) he pulls back.

"What was that for?" I ask smiling.

"Just for being beautiful." He says smiling broadly.

I smile and blush at this.

"Thanks. You're not so bad yourself." I say winking at him.

He kisses my forehead then wraps his arms more securely around me, not in a uncomfotable way.

He kisses my forehead and we both just lay back and relax.

"May, Aidan. Dinner." We hear Aidan's mum call.

"Coming." He yells.

"I guess we should get out then." I say.

At this he groans and I roll my eyes.

I hop of his lap and hop out of the pool. I then wrap a towel around me and pick up Aidan's towel.

"Can I have my towel please?" He asks smirking at me.

"Ummmm." I say pretending to think. "No."

"What can you do to stop me from getting it off you?" He says hopping out and slowly walking towards me.

"This." I say and throw his towel in the pool.

"May!" He says looking at me slightly annoyed.

I crack up laughing and end up having too hold my chest while I laught because it is painful but I still keep laughing.

"Your. Face. Was. Hilarious" I say while still laughing.

"You know this means I'm going to share your towel with you." He says.

I nod, still laughing.

I manage to stop laughing and have to take deep breaths.

"You done?" He asks.

"Yep." I say wiping the tears that had built up in my eyes.

I finish drying myself off with the towel and pull back on my shorts and crop top.

I hand Aidan the towel and wait while he dries himself off.

He finishes drying off and wraps the towel around his waist and grabs my hand, leading me back inside.

Just before we sit down at the dinner table I tie my hair up in to a bun with the 2 hair ties that were on my wrist so the water doesn't drip from my hair to my back.

We take a seat at the dinner table to see a table full of delicious food. Chicken kababs, steak, lamb, corn, rice, vegetables and a heap more.

Aidan and I dig in and the others soon join us.

20 minutes later all the platters are empty and everyone's plates are empty too.

"We'll clean up. You 2 go get changed and go out to your movie." Mum says pointing at Aidan and I.

"Yes mum." I say smiling at her.

And with that we both head out of the dining room and up the stairs to my room.
