A few minutes have passed while holding (F/N) in your arms; I sigh in relief as she finally fell asleep. My eyes fall on her peaceful face and you could stare at her forever. Knowing that she was mine, it gave me feelings I couldn't even explain.

Hope this is the end of your restless nights...

Slowing rising from the spot on the floor, I carry her and walk towards the girl's dorm. The sun was just peeking through the clouds and I was amazed on how I wasn't sleepy. Actually, I was the opposite of that. I couldn't wait to see (F/N) awake again just so I could relive last night with her.

Can't believe she's my girlfriend.

I continue walking down the hallway and to the best of my ability, I knock gently on the girls' door. The door creaks open just enough to see Mika's haggard face. Her eyes suddenly widen as she notices (F/N) lifeless in my arms.

"Great God is she okay? Did she faint again?!" Mika said in a hushed tone. Some of the girls were still snoozing away. The door creaks open a little more and behind Mika was Toma.

"What's going on here?" Toma smirked at me as I blush helplessly.

"She didn't faint it's just she was just having a hard time falling asleep last night. Would it be okay if I lie her down?" I ask all nervously.

Toma and Mika flash each other an identical smirk and say in unison,

"For sure Suga."

Geez they're like twins. What is this...

I quietly walk into the dorm and Mika points to (F/N)'s sleeping bag. I head in that direction and gently place (F/N) down and tucked her in. It felt somewhat illegal to be a girl's dorm, but I just wanted to make sure my girlfriend was safe. I notice her face immediately snuggle with her blanket and she weakly mutters 'cold.' I remove my hoodie and wrap it around her face. She smiled slightly and murmured half asleep 'thank you'. I smile back at her adorable face and take hold of her hand. Gently lifting it to my lips, I place a small kiss on the back of her hand. Slowly placing her hand back down, I turn around and notice Toma and Mika staring me down.

"What was that?" Mika asked crudely. Toma joins in with a vicious stare as she taps her foot impatiently on the wooden floor. Both of their eyebrows rose with a mix of concern/anger and I couldn't help but feel vulnerable. Mika and Toma were giants from this angle.

I chuckle at bit and look at the 'twins',

"(F/N). I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes." I grinned as I still couldn't believe the statement yourself.

"GIRLFR-" Mika yells but Toma covers her mouth to shush her. Toma looks around and the girls were still fast asleep.

"Bro. They're still sleeping." Toma whispered angrily. She let go of her and Mika whispered loudly,

"But AWE!!! Finally, my goodness. You guys took foreverrrrr." Mika rolls her eyes as she tried her best to stay quiet. Unfortunately, 'quiet' wasn't part of Mika's vocab.

Toma stares me down and tilts her head to get a better look. It was kinda intimidating. Like a predator stalking its prey.

Why is she staring at me like that?

"Wow. I knew (F/N) liked someone, but damn. I thought you were just ordinary cuz' I've never noticed you, but uh wow... you look just like a prince!" Toma gawked and I blushed on the spot.

"Ughhh Tomaaa shut upppp" Yukie mumbled half asleep. She aimlessly threw a pillow at her fellow teammate which smacked her on the back of her head.

"Well, guess it's my time to go." I say abruptly as I stand up. Before I left, I take one last glance at (F/N) who was still fast asleep.

"Take care of her for me, will you? I know she hasn't been getting much sleep lately and she has a breakfast shift. Would it be okay if you take it for her Mika?"

Mika huffed as if she wanted to say, 'hell no', but her gaze softened as it fell on her best friend.

"Fineee." Mika sighed and I smile back at her quick 'yes'

Toma elbowed Mika in the stomach and snickers, "Guess I win again Mitsuki."

"Ugh shut it Mizuki" Mika groaned.

I head out the door with the twins and before I go back to the boy's dorm to squeeze in even just a little sleep, Mika grabs my arm.

"Hey. If you ever hurt, her. I will hurt you." she said in a menacing tone. Mika's stare was just as terrifying as her height. Usually Mika was a 'happy go lucky' kind of girl who didn't even care about making a fool of herself, but this time she was dead serious. Friendships are vital to her and (F/N) was no exception.

"I would never. I love her." I say confidently. My voice didn't waver because what I said was true.

She finally lets go of my arm and damn her grip was strong!

"Mika c'mon, head-chef is going to get mad if we're late."

"Right, coming." she called over to Toma, but still had her eyes locked onto me. Her eyes narrow as if searching for a lie. She points at her eyes with two fingers and points directly at mine, saying 'I'm watching you Koushi'.

Mika swiftly turns around and jogs forward to Toma down the hall. I watch them disappear towards the staircase as I heard the 'clip-clop' of their footsteps. Sighing in relief I was kinda glad that Mika was that strict with me. It gave me reassurance that Mika loved her just as deeply as I did. Headed back to the dorm you let out a heft yawn.

Time for a power nap...

"Well someone had fun last night"

You lazily wake up to the bright lights of the dorm. You blink a few times and you see all the managers besides Mika and Toma were staring down at you. Yachi and Eri's faces were full of concern but Yukie, Kaori and Mako snickered among one another.

Your face turns into a bright shade of red as you sit up immediately. You were in your sleeping bag, but you don't remember getting there. You also had a sweater that wasn't yours. Sniffing the hoodie, it smelt familiar.

Suga's sweater?

"Wha- how did I get here? What time is it?" You look around panicked as you grab your phone and notice the time.

Crap! I missed the breakfast shift! Crapcrapcrap... Toma's going to hate me

"Well well. Ms. Congeniality here is for once late for her breakfast shift. Fortunately for you, Mika joined Toma." Yukie grinned widely making you flustered.

"Suga stopped by before going to the gym. Apparently, he brought you in here and told us not to wake you. How cute, just like a caring boyfriend, no?" Yukie pointed out. Kaori and Mako snicker amongst one another and you blush furiously.

The rest of the girls howled with excitement as they theorized what happened last night.

Suga brought me here...

You suddenly remember what happened last night and you sit there wide eyed.

Suga's my boyfriend?! He kissed me?!?

Your hand reaches to your lips as you try to recall how it felt like. 'Badum'. Your heart beats irregularly as you remember what his lips felt like on yours.

"Sooo... what happened last night (F/N)? Dare to update us?" Kaori teased.

"Ah. Um, Well, it's noth-" you could make out any English words or any words for that matter.

"Girls! We have team huddle!" Takeda senpai knocked on the door.

"Osu!" All the girls stopped interrogating you and head out to the gym. Your shoulders sink down a bit as you lie back down on your sleeping bag.

I'm beyond embarrassed, but then again...

You take one longer sniff of the hoodie and close your eyes. Smiling to yourself you chuckle at the thought of your boyfriend.

My boyfriend. Suga's my boyfriend...

Doo doo doo...

I hum my favourite tune to myself as I giddily walk down the hallway past the girl's dorm.

Hehe the girl's dorm...

As I turn the corner, I notice a piece of paper on the floor with an envelope beside it. Bending downwards to pick it up, my eyes widen in surprise.

"Dear Suga? This letter is for Suga? He would never just leave something out here..." you mumble to yourself

I should return this to him.

As I hold the letter, my mind peeked of curiosity.

I shouldn't be reading this but what's this for anyway? Oooh maybe it's a love letter...

Snickering to myself, I start reading the letter and my hands trembled unexpectedly.

"Kiyoko... This is a letter from Kiyoko. Am I dreaming?"

I turn over the paper as if searching for more answers. It seemed impossible that it was from Kiyoko. According to (F/N) she has memory loss, but I didn't dare ask more or else Mika would rip my arms off. My eyes shoot back and forth as I speed read the letter. My eyes fall on a particular sentence,

'I'm in love with Tanaka-kun'....

Tanaka-kun. TANAKA-KUN!

I felt a firm hand grasps onto my shoulder and I yelp like a little girl. I almost drop the paper but catch it mid-air.

"Whatcha got there Noya?" the captain hovered over me, as he tried to take a sneak peek of the letter.

Turning around, I immediately hide the letter behind my back and blurt out,

"N-NOTHING?!"

Daichi smirks and chides,

"Noyaaa, did you take something from the girl's dorm... again..."

I chuckle nervously at Daichi's assumption. Okay, I had to admit that this wasn't the first time I stole something from the girl's dorm

"Has anyone seen a written list of ingredients for the barbecue later? I can't seem to find it!" a girls voice was muffled by the separation of the door.

Well shit.

"Barbecue! Nishinoya! Don't mess with the surprise BBQ!" Daichi exasperated

I stood there more nervously with my hands tightly grasping the letter. Cold sweat dripped down my forehead and I laugh nervously,

"Pshh. W-what. How can you assume the worst of me Daichi-san"?

His face tensed up as his petrifying eyes were glued to mine. Daichi was like a serious dad who wasn't afraid to scold their children. Me being the naughtiest along with Tanaka and Hinata.

Daichi's not going to like what's on this letter... I CAN'T LET HIM READ THIS!

"C'mon Noya! How many times do I have to tell you. Going into the girl's dorm is forbidden! Let me take that before you get caught. Unless you want me to tell coach Ukai?"

Daichi reaches forward to grab it from me, but my fast reflexes dodge his lunge.

"Noya, stop being so stubborn! Give me it!" Daichi swung his arms forward but fortunately I sidestepped just in time. He stumbles a bit, making him even more irritated.

"Noya! I'm not kidding around give me the paper!" Daichi yelled as he jumped again towards me.

Out of pure instinct, I crumple the letter in my hands and shove it forcefully in my mouth

"Geph youph canph git titph nowphh!" I muffled (translation: guess you can't get it now :P)

"OMG Noya that's nasty! I told you before not to shove random stuff in your mouth!" Daichi blinked in disgust but as persistent as my captain was, he still pinned me to the wall by my shoulders. He tried to forcefully open my jaw like a bad dog who ate something they shouldn't have.

"YUU OPEN YOUR MOUTH!" Daichi exclaimed

NO! YOU'LL NEVER GET THIS FROM ME

"Sawamura, there are other ways to discipline your children..." Ukai scolded as he passed by us.

Daichi lets go my cheeks and I let out mental sigh of relief. Rolling back my sore shoulders I was impressed how strong Daichi was.

"Daichi we're calling all captains down first for team huddle. And Noya-"

I grin with my puffed-up cheeks and Ukai looks at me in disgust. Spit was dribbling down my chin and I quickly wipe it away with my forearm.

"Go clean yourself up." he instructed

I bow quickly to my coach and book it to the bathroom. Closing the stall behind me for some privacy, I spat out the letter and hold the ball that was Kiyoko's letter. Uncurling it to restore its original state, I straighten it as best as you can. The paper was soggy with my drool, but I could make out a few words on the paper. Squinting at the specific sentence, the truth I hid from Daichi, I groan as it's smudged.

It's still illegible... I mean the 'l' in love kinda looks like a 't' and uhh Tanaka's name is kinda there...

Sitting on the toilet, I hear a loud knock on the door, startling me.

My GOD does no one know the term privacy!

"Noya... are you taking a shit? What's taking so long."

It was Yaku. He was a libero from Nekoma that I grew comfortable with. Maybe a littletoo comfortable. Yaku knocks on the door again as he grew impatient.

"Ah YA I'M TAKING A SHIT!" I yell nervously and Yaku snickers in response.

"Never mind then. I'll go to the downstairs bathroom. Take your precious time Noya..." he said sarcastically as I hear his footsteps leave the bathroom.

I sigh in relief. It seemed impossible to get some alone time. What the hell is wrong with Nekoma.

"Noya? Are you there? Can I talk to you for a sec?" a familiar voice called.

Seriously I can't take a fake 'shit' in peace...

"What is it Tanaka?" I yell out angrily, with my fist pounding the bathroom stall.

"I need some guidance... I just got off the phone with Kiyoko" Tanaka murmured

KIYOKO?!

"Well damn (F/N) you make some good barbecue!" Lev gleamed as he cheerfully took a piece from your grill.

"Heh, well what can I say? Learned from the best." you giggle and Lev laughs with you.

'The best' being your dad that is. He always made barbecue because it was your favourite food after a tournament. The refreshing meat was always a good idea to build protein. You chuckle at the thought of your dad.

"Uh Yachi? Your burning your side..." Eri-chan mentioned making Yachi spring to a sudden realization.

"AH! I'M SOSOSO SORRREYYYY!! Now no one's going to eat these!" Yachi yelps as she lifts a piece with a tong to her disappointed face

Yamaguchi comes over and smiles at Yachi. With his chopsticks he gladly takes a piece from her pile and pops it into his mouth.

"AH YAMS! THEY'RE REALLY BURNT!" Yachi yells as she motions to tell him to spit it out. She was a nervous wreck, but Yams looked like he really wanted to do this for her.

"I like mine a bit *gulp* charred..." Yamaguchi states but his body spoke differently. He shivered but kept a smile plastered to his face.

Both of them chuckle at Yachi's burnt cooking. You were giddy as the two of them were deep in conversation.

They're so cuuute

"There you are, I've been looking for you. Thanks for the food (F/N). I love it." Suga chimes as he puts a hand over to your shoulder. He quickly kisses the top of your head, making you blush.

"I'll cook for you next time." he added, and you blush at his gesture.

"That would be nice." you murmured, still flustered over last night. This was the first time he did something like that in front of other people. He really never held back when it came to affection.

A few guys noticed and they howl at the two of you. They pointed with their chopsticks and while they were distracted, Bokuto snatches BBQ from their grill.

"Heyheyhey!!!" Bokuto runs away with a plate of fresh meat as Kuroo starts chasing him down the field.

"Suga! A word..." Keishin called over with a stern face. Suga gulps and smiles apologetically as he heads over to Keishin.

Oh brother...

"So, you and Suga are a thing huh?" Tsukishima came over as he grabbed a piece of meat.

"We are actually." you smile at him and Tsukishima is surprised that you didn't deny it.

"Oh well that's nice, I guess." Tsukishima says but his attention was clearly somewhere else.

Toma and Mika were sitting on the grass, making failed attempts to create a whistling sound out of the thick blades of grass. They were laughing at how stupid they looked, and the rest of the managers laughed at the two idiots.

"You know what else would be nice?" you smile as you turn over another piece. It makes a satisfying sizzle and you coat the other side with the special sauce.

"If you know... asked Mika out."

"Bah. A date with that idiot... H-how could you even assume that I like her." Tsukishima refused as he shoved more food in his mouth.

You laugh a bit and say,

"I didn't say that you liked her... guess you already admitted it yourself huh?" you beat Tsukishima at his own game as he walks away begrudgingly.

Saltyshima heh, what a creative nickname from Hinata.

Hinata and Kageyama were in the distance gulfing down food as fast as they can. They were having a 'competition' on who could eat the most meat. Kageyama started pounding his chest and you immediately freeze.

Should I help him?! I know first aid!

Akaashi notices Kageyama choking and he quickly offers him some water. You relax a bit as Kageyama takes a big swig from the cup.

Silly boys.

You turn your gaze to Tsukki who sits beside Kenma. With no surprise, Kenma is playing away with his Nintendo switch. Yamaguchi waves bye to Yachi as he promised to come back for more. There was a spring to his step as he strutted towards his best friend Tsukki. The three were surrounded by Daichi, Kuroo and Bokuto; Them being the 'pushy uncles' they were, they scolded their children to eat more.

You join the rest of the girls as you finish your cooking. All of you are laughing at how stupid the boys can be. Toma makes funny impressions of Bokuto and Mika imitates Tsukishima's colourful attitude. Kaori and Yukie are laughing to the brink of tears and Yachi and Eri are giggling as they braid each other's hair. Mako sat beside you and continued to tease you about Suga. Everything was so funny to you and the whole time, the girls cackled louder than the boys. Spending the whole week with these girls reminded you of your sister.

They're like sisters to me.

Waking up, my eyes blink a few times to clear my vision. The surroundings were different than what I'm used to.

Where am I?

Slowly getting up from the bed, I scan the room that was painted a mellow yellow. There were photos of me, hung up with strangers that I've never seen before. My eyes fall on a photo that contained me and another guy. He seemed important to me as his cheeks were close together.

Who is that?

Heading to the study table, I turn on the study lamp and look down on an open journal with neat writing.

Is this mine?

I start reading the journal to the open page,

date: January 6th

"Dear Future Kiyoko,

Today is your birthday. The day you celebrated with your sister, (F/N), and your mom. You just played a few board games with them and you felt overjoyed. You see, you were in a long-term care facility for the longest time, thinking you would never escape. But you're home now. You're safe."

My birthday. Hm

I flip the pages at random and begin reading another one,
