Back At Home
"Well I don't know where they went?" I said to my daughter Rosemary on the phone.
"I'm sure Abraham has everything handled, he just needs a break from all this drama." Rosemary said.
"He hasn't ran away since Alicia started living here."
"He has always come back. And I'm sure Alicia will make sure he has his head on straight. She seems like a headstrong girl."
"Must've gotten that from her father." I said remembering him as if he was my own.
"Now Mom don't go on and tell Alicia's father that she ran away. Okay?"
Uhhhh....
"YOU DIDN'T!" Rosemary said a tad bit upset.
"Rose, I had to okay."
"I can't believe you. He is a little occupied at the moment don't you think Mom!" Rosemary said continuing to scold me.
"It's the first time they have run away together and might I say overnight! What else was I supposed to think!"
"You could've waiting a day and see what happened."
"They both didn't reply to my calls. I was going crazy all night!"
She didn't say anything.
"What did he say when you called him?"
"He seemed a bit nervous when I called, well I suppose he would since I called the number that will reach him at all times, supposedly it was only for emergen..."
"Mom do you hear yourself?! Of course he is going to think something is happening, you called him on the life or death PHONE!"
"Can you stop yelling at me! Jeesh. All he said was he was going to figure out where she is."
"The situation just got worse."
Vegas
I woke up with the sun shining through the windows. Last night was amazing.
I vaguely remember after admitting my love for Abraham we continued to kiss and touch one another with passion but it didn't go anywhere again because Abraham didn't want it to. First, because we didn't have protection and second, we are not ready as a couple to. I was perfectly fine with that because I don't want to go too fast.

Abraham wasn't in bed with me but there was a note on the pillow:
Seeing you sleep every morning never gets old. I didn't want to ruin the moment and wake you. I'll be back soon.
Love, Abraham
He really is the sweetest boyfriend. I got up and walked to the other room or living room where the terrace was. Where we were last night. I walked out and noticed I was only wearing my bra and undies when the slight breeze hit my skin.
I quickly went back in when I heard knocks on the door.
Must be Abraham. Did he forget the key?
"Coming." I yelled.
I happily opened the door and when I saw what was behind it...my whole world stopped.
Still nothing from Abraham or Alicia and I am freaking out. Where could they possibly have gone?
I was pacing the entire house. Rosemary said she was coming over because she was sure I was going crazy.
Which I was.
I heard a knock on the door and it opened with Rosemary coming in.
"Mom." She walked up to me and gave me a hug.
"Where are my babies?" I said in her shoulder.
"They are fine. I think you are over thinking this. You have to trust them Mom."
"Rose....they are like my children. If any of you guys ran away I think I would've died and I am dying slowly because they are gone."
"Mom why are you so nervous about them not coming back? I mean they are adults."
"You know now that I think about it, I'm not sure I am capable of taking care of two young adults. I thought I was but this is overwhelming. With Abraham I was just getting the hang of it after 20 years. It was getting easier. But then Alicia came and I noticed she was more than capable of being on her own but her father didn't want her to be alone. So I was fine with it but then I noticed the attraction they had for one another. It was coming on slowly but surely. Which is perfectly fine but I think Abraham is taking this to the next level."

"Mom what do you mean?"
"What I mean is I think he is going to end up like his mother. Rebellious. And this is just the beginning."
"Mom?" I turned to see who the person the voice came from.
She's here.
"Dad?"
"Go put some clothes on this instant Alicia." My father said in a monotone voice but it was as if though he was yelling at me.
I ran to the room and put on some sweats and a v-neck. While putting on my clothes so many questions were going through my head. How did he get here? How did he know where I was?
Who told him?
I heard footsteps coming and turned to see my father coming towards me. He grabbed my suitcase and started packing all my things.
I didn't notice before that he was wearing his uniform. The dark blue one.
He continued to pack and was fuming.
"Dad how..."
"Alicia don't talk. We are leaving."
"What?!"
"You heard me. We are going home."
"I am NOT going home."
"Yes. You. Are." He said in that tone that makes me shut up the minute I hear it.
He zipped up the suitcase and grabbed my hand.
"Can you let go. I am not a child."
"THAN STOP ACTING LIKE ONE!" He rarely yells at me and I was scared.
He brought his hand down his face in frustration.
"Alicia what happened to the daughter I left behind only a few months ago? What happened to the trustworthy girl I knew so well? What happened to the girl who was so shy of her body? Oh but NOW she opens doors half naked!"
"Alicia?" I turned to see Abraham standing at the door with bags of what I presume is food in his hands.
"Oh this just keeps getting better and better." My father said pissed.
"Dad..."
"WITH A BOY ALICIA! REALLY!"
"Sir..I..."
"Don't you dare talk." My father said pointing his finger at Abraham.
"We are leaving. Now." My father grabbed my hand and started to drag me out of the room.
"I am not...leaving..." I said grunting trying to get away from my dad's grasp.
I managed to get loose and ran to Abraham. He grabbed my face and kissed me. "I love you." I said with tears in my eyes.
He kissed me again and said, "I love you too."
My dad grabbed me around the waist and practically dragged out. I grabbed Abraham's hand and tried not to let go but I was being dragged out.
Our hands let go and the last thing I seen was Abraham's face with so much sadness.
What was going to come after this?
