Jaeshin's POV
"Jaeshin, can you please put these on my table in the faculty room? The one near the door." Mrs. Song asked me. I smiled and nodded. "Sure, ma'am." I took her folders and two of her books and started to walk to the faculty room.
"Thank you, Jaeshin!" I just nodded at her. I climbed four flights of stairs before I reached the last floor (rooftop not included) and went inside the faculty room. When I stepped in, I saw Yan-ne's crush, Jisung, sitting on Ms. Im's chair.
I placed Mrs. Song's things on her table properly, since there are stacked up props on there for our upcoming foundation day.
I turned around to leave the room when I hit someone by the shoulder. "I'm sorry." I quickly said and went out of the faculty room, not bothering to see who I bumped into. I went down to my classroom and saw my classmates already sitting on their chairs.
I went to mine and the discussion started.

After dismissal, it was practice again and we went to the gym. We took our lyres and Younghee's baton in the instruments' storage room and sat down in the side of the gym. We played our pieces for a while when Mrs. Na silenced us.
"In your places, everyone. Lyrists, form one long line. Drummers in the back. Keep distance. The bass drum would stay in the side for now. The majorettes in the back," Mrs. Na instructed and we went to our places.
Mrs. Na went on with the instructions and we (drum and lyre corps) went on with our short choreo. She told us to separate into two groups to give way for the majorettes.
Our practice went on and on until it was five o'clock. We threw ourselves on the bleachers and closed our eyes. I took my tumbler and drank up. "Jaeshin, let me drink water, too." I gave Maeyoung my tumbler and she gulped some contents down her throat.

"Me, too."
"Me, too."
"How about me?"
I chuckled as they passed my tumbler all the way to Kira. They passed it back to me and I put it inside my bag. When I raised my head, a few meters away from me, was Jaehyun. He glanced at me and flashed a small smile.
"Oh my god." I put a hand on my chest, my heart beating so fast. I felt my face so freaking hot. "Jaeshi~n." Bora called me. I immediately looked at her and she was giving me that look.
"W-What?" I want to slap myself for stuttering. "Why are you suddenly red?" She asked and raised her brow up and down. I fanned myself. "We're from practice, of course. Isn't it quite hot?"
She rolled her eyes, chuckling. "Okay, but I'm not buying that." I just shrugged off whatever she said and wore my bag. "Come on, we still have to make our assignment."
Yejin raised a brow, so as Maeyoung and Kira. "We have an assignment?" Yan-ne froze, asking the same thing. Younghee, Bora and I laughed. "Uhm, yeah. In Social Studies." Younghee said and stood up.
Yejin wore her bag. "Oh, that would be just a piece of cake. By the way, bye." She waved goodbye and went out of the gym. We followed behind and parted ways.
Bora and I walked to our small store, just beside the school and greeted Mom. "Hi, Mom." She nodded, smiling at us. We went to her office in the far side of the store and placed our things on the visitors' table.
We pulled out our notebooks and started to make our assignments. "Oh, Jaeshin," I raised a brow at Bora, not bothering to look at her. "Why did you get red, though?" She asked. I paused, sighed and placed my pen on my notebook.

I pursed my lips and she also stopped what she was doing to pay attention to me. "Promise you won't tell anyone?" I asked. She smiled and nodded. "Promise. I never said your secrets to anyone, right?"
I sighed again. "Fine," I inhaled and exhaled heavily. "I.. I kinda have a crush on that Jaehyun guy in Class IV. I don't know his exact room. Don't tell anyone, okay?" She smirked widely.
"Oh? I mean, I can't blame you. Jaehyun oppa is handsome but anyone barely notices him. You have one good eye." She winked teasingly and I blushed. "Shut up, Bora."
"Jaehyun~."
"My name is Jaeshin."
"Hey, Jaehyu~n."
"I'm Im Jaeshin."
"JaeJae. OMG," She laughed loudly. "HyunShin. Now, that's cute." I pouted and glared at her. "Stop teasing me," I paused. "Wait, do you know his full name?"
She was still giving me that look but answered me either way. "Jung Jaehyun." I stared at my notebook.
His name is Jung Jaehyun. It sounds so pretty.
"Jaehyun and Jaeshin sitting on a tree," I glared at Bora. "Don't say it-"
"K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"
