《The Innocent Salvatore (Niklaus, Elijah and Kol)》Chapter 14

"Love, wake up." Niklaus tells his mate, trailing kisses down her back and shoulder. He had woken up earlier to make her breakfast, knowing she would be hungry when she woke. Feeling a light touch on her body Angel slowly opened her eyes, met with the sight of her hybrid. Smiling at him Angel grabs his neck lightly, pulling his lips to hers.
"Good Morning." Angel whispers against his lips, a smile on her face. Pulling away Niklaus walks out of the room for a second before returning, this time a plate of food and a empty glass in his hand. Setting the food down Angel watches as her mate sets up a tray, setting it over her lap.
Angel watches him set the food on her tray, fruit salad and an omelet, her favorite. Grabbing fork Angel digs in, moaning at the taste. So engrossed in the food Angel didn't notice Niklaus biting into his wrist and pouring his blood into the empty glass.
Chuckling at his mate, Niklaus sets the glass of blood down on the tray as well. Knowing she would need it after the night they had. It was their second day in Italy and he had planned a day inside, a movie night with snacks and such.
Niklaus watches his mate eat, a smile on his face. He had eaten earlier in the morning, before making her breakfast. Niklaus had wanted to do something special for her, hence why he made her breakfast.
"You're being creepy." Angel tells Niklaus, setting her fork down on her empty plate. Angel had noticed him staring at her the whole time she ate. Snapping out of his thoughts, Niklaus chuckles at his mate. Bending down to his mate and giving her a small peck. Her mouth tasting like the fruit she had just ate.
"I couldn't help it, Love. You look to beautiful." The blond hybrid tells his mate, a charming smirk on his face. Not expecting his words, Angel blushes. Turning as red as a cherry tomato, she could never control her blush.
Grabbing the plate Angel sets it on the side table. Standing up from the incredibly soft bed Angel winces, her whole body was sore. Niklaus had surely not been soft.

Catching the wince all laughter was whipped from the hybrids face. Had he been to rough? He hoped he hadn't hurt her. Speeding over to her Niklaus picks her up bridal styler, making a squeal exit her mouth.
Biting his wrist Niklaus holds in to her mouth, signaling for her to drink. He noticed that she hadn't drank the other glass he had given her. Maybe by giving her his blood it would help her heal quicker.
"Sorry, Love." Niklaus tells his mate, his voice heavy with sadness. He really hadn't meant to hurt her the night before, he had just gotten carried away. Grabbing his wrist, Angel brings it up to her mouth. Drinking the blood that it offered.
It was something about her mates blood that made her moan, she had never tasted anything better. When she finished Angel gives his wrist a small kiss, watching the wound begin to close.
"Nik," Angel tells him, turning around to look into his eyes. "You didn't do anything wrong. You weren't to rough. I'm just a little sensitive." At her words a smile starts to grow on his face. No one had been able to tell what he was thinking like she had before. All it took was one word from him and she knew what her ment.
"Thank you, Love. You don't know how much those words mean to me." Niklaus tells the small blonde in his arms, leaning down to kiss her forehead.
Angel smiles at the affection before looking up at her mate. "Can I go shower?" Angel asks him, she hoped that the shower might relax her muscles more.
"As long as I can join you." Niklaus tells her, giving her a wink and a smirk. Blushing Angel looks down at her feet before softly nodding her head. As soon as he nods Angel gets picked up, carried into the bathroom where they didn't just shower.
"Nik, look!" Angel yells, running out of his arms towards the huge building. The camera Niklaus had gotten her a few days ago around her neck. Today was their last day here before they had to go back to Mystic Falls. Niklaus watching his adorable mate with a chuckle, running after her so she doesn't get lost.

"You can't keep running away, Love. You might get hurt or lost." Niklaus tells his mate sternly when he reaches her, watching as Angel looks down sadly.
"Sorry, Nik. I guess I just got too excited again." Angel tells him, looking down in shame. She had tried to listen, but she kept forgetting not to run off.
"Just try to remember, Love. I can't have you getting lost." Niklaus responds, giving her a small peck on lips. Watching as a small blush grows on her face, it happened every time.
"Excuse me." Angel hears a voice ask, making both of them turn. Looking over, Angel was created with the sight of a beautiful blonde. She was almost alluring.
"Yes?" Niklaus asks the women, wrapping his arm around Angel waist and pulling her into his chest.
Giving the two a smile, the women starts to speak. "Would you guys like a tour? They're free just so you know." Finishing, Angel notices that the women had a soft italian accent. The closer she looked at the women the more perfect she started to look. Was it possible for a person to look that pretty?
Looking up at Niklaus from her place by his chest Angel starts to jump up and down lightly. "Can we? Please, Nik?" Angel asks him, begging by now.
Giving her a smile, Niklaus nods. Watching as his mate grabs his hand, pulling him along as she follows the women as she lead them to the rest of the tour group. Walking in Angels eyes go wide, it looked so elegant. The castle was old, but beautiful. Filled with marble and paintings.
The tour went on for around an hour before they were lead to a different room, a throne room. Still holding Niks' hand, Angel watches as the women turns around to face the group. Ignoring the three men that were sitting on throne at the front of the room.
Angel watches as the woman's smile starts to fade before she speaks. "I'm afraid this is where the tour ends. Thank you so much, for coming." Confused Angel looks around, watching as fear spread to everyone's faces excluding Niks and her own.
Angel watches as the three men at the front of the room speed to the tour group at a speed that was not human. Their mouths opening to reveal fangs, their eyes red. Pulling Angel closer to him, Niklaus speeds to another side of the room. Snapping a few peoples necks as he goes.
After a few minutes, no one from the tour group is still alive. Excluding Angel and Niklaus, but they weren't technically alive. All the eyes in the room turn towards the pair, blood running down their mouths.
"Hello, Mates. Come any closer and I'll kill everyone you've ever met." Niklaus threatens the group, his hybrid face out and Angel behind his back.
"Who are you?" One of the men yells, wearing a weird looking robe.
"Niklaus Mikaelson. I presume you've heard of me." Niklaus tells the group, a smirk on his face and arms open wide. At his name gasps are heard from all over the room. People backing away in fear of the mighty hybrid.
"W-we apologize, Sir. We mean no harm." One of the brunette men stutters, afraid of the Mikaelson hybrid. Smirking at the fear Niklaus bids them goodbye before speeding out of the castle, Angel in his arms. He hated those stupid excuses of vampires.
As soon as Niklaus stops running Angel looks up at him. "Are we going home now?" Angel questions. Has much as she enjoyed being with Niklaus she missed her other mates greatly.
Nodding his head, Niklaus looks down meeting her eyes. "Yes, Love. We're going home."

The Last Marshal
Weird West Fantasy Noir Once the Republic Marshals brought order to the chaotic lands along the Frontier, facing dangers both human and supernatural with ancient wisdom and a six-gun —but that was a long time ago. Destroyed by conspiracy and betrayal, all that remains of that secretive order is one nameless man on a trek though the West seeking revenge on the woman he blames for the Marshals' fall and his disgrace. When a visitor from our world joins him on his journey, they together must confront the horrors of a strange land, the mysteries of the past and the real meaning of their quest for justice. The world of Tellus is what 19th Century Earth would have looked like if the stories of Poe, Ambrose Bierce, Lovecraft and William Hope Hodgeson were real. History in this world moves slower. The old faiths persist and civilization never conquered the dark corners of the map, at least not without being inextricably changed. Technology and culture takes a little longer to evolve in this land, as people here tend to spend more time pursuing their elaborate revenge plots or trying to avoid being the next sacrifice to the Outer Gods rather than advancing science or statecraft. Imagine Cormac McCarthy by way of Edgar Rice Burroughs, though a little less testosterone-drenched than that description would imply. Three caveats: First, there are deep mysteries here, including how such a world came to be and who controls it. Second, this world is not wholly unconnected from our own. There is a historical point of divergence, but in the distant past. To paraphrase Twain: history in this world is not a repeat of our own, but it does often rhyme. And finally, this is not a setting that lends itself to happy endings.
