Saturday had finally arrived and Raven was excited for the day. She would finally be learning the gender of her growing children and she would also finally be seeing relatives and friends that she had longed to see since the incident.

The time was 7:43 a.m. and she lay restless in her bed, phone propped on her belly as she play FarmVille: Tropical paradise. Stephen tossed from time to time before reaching out and clinging to her. His touch made her smile again. The little kisses he would lay on her belly before he drifted back to sleep. You know the little things.

She could hear the door open downstairs but knew she wasn't allowed to leave her room until Victoria came and fetched the couple. Everything had to be perfect or it wouldn't happen at all. She played her game a little longer before being disturbed by Stephen once again. The little pecks he was giving her made her smile but scrunch her face up at the same time. He had yet to brush his teeth and she knew that his morning breath was a force to be reckoned with.

"Good morning princess."

"Morning baby, go brush your teeth."

He groans making her laugh a little.

"I'm too comfortable to get up. I'll do it when she tells us to get ready."

"Get up. You know the babies hate the smell of your morning breath."

He shakes his head no and burrows it back between her growing boobs. Raven strokes his head slowly making sure to brush his hair in the correct direction so she doesn't ruin his wave pattern.

Everything about her husband was gorgeous. His skin tone alone could make her melt. It was flawless, no blemish in sight. She loved how he kept his beard trimmed but long enough for her to run her fingers through it, it was full but he kept it oiled and detangled. His waves were flawless and would make anyone sea sick just looking at them. They would glisten in the light when he would take his silky off and every Durag he owned matched his outfits.

As they lay there she took the time out to admire and pick out the features on Stephan that she hoped her children would have. She just prayed that they didn't have his thin eyebrows.

"Stop staring at me girl."

She laughed as she looked down finally realizing that he had been awake and watching her watch and look over him.

"I can't admire you?"

"There's nothing special about me. You're the one worth staring at. At I'm glad I get to stare at that pretty little face for the rest of my life."

The spend the rest of their time betting on the gender of their babies, going over names again, and getting ready since the time for the baby shower was approaching soon.

Stephen would occasionally stare at Raven in the mirror while she got dressed and did her make up. Everything about her was beautiful to him. Her lips were his favorite they weren't too small and they weren't too large. She had big brown eyes they always demanded his attention until she laughed then they would thin and you wouldn't know if her eyes were open or shut.

"You know I love you right?" He said while pulling his polo shirt over his head and buttoning the two buttons.

"I do now." Raven clears her throat and turns around to fix his collar and help him put on his necklace.

"I know the past is behind us but I can't help but apologize for everything I've done wrong baby, you know I never meant to hurt you."

"I know Stephan, let's just not talk about it right now. Today's a special day for us let's just relax and enjoy our family and friends ok ?"

He nods and plants small kisses from her forehead to her lips. He loved that Raven was now his and only his. Even if that meant he would have to get rid of her family again after this baby shower so they wouldn't ruin things between the two of them.

Moments later Victoria found her way into the couples room interrupting their little bathroom photo shoot. She couldn't help but notice how beautiful Raven looked. Even with just eyeliner and clear lipgloss on. The baby blue, pink and white pants romper and white Chanel slides she spotted looked so simple but cute. The bouncy 22" curls she wore fit her face perfectly while the silver Stephen necklace she sported pulled everything together.

Stephen stood back giving the two some space while he placed the silver chains and Raven necklace on his neck before adding his silver Rolex to his wrist. He looked clean pink polo, white Levi's, all white 4's.

"You look good daddy."

He kisses her forehead. And runs his hands around her body appreciating every curve god gave her.

"Ok you two lets go they're waiting."

The couple follows Victoria downstairs and outside into the large backyard. A large banner reading "R & S BABY-Q🍼🧸" hang across the balcony of the house. You could just glance around the backyard and see how much hard work Victoria had put into her best friends baby shower and it seemed as thought she was more excited for the little one than anyone else.

As the couple strolled around Raven coo'd at the details. Little plastic grills holding cupcakes, cookies , and everything sweet. The cake was was designed as a grill with a BarBQ bottle that read "Sweet Baby Raven's BabyQ sauce". Everything about it she loved. Vicky had really outdone herself.

"I love it V! Thank you so much."

"Yeah V you out did yourself this time."

She smiles in confirmation. Then proceeds to get Raven seated. Everyone clings to the couple hugging and congratulating them. Until one woman finds her way to the back yard. How they both hated her. She was the reason Raven had left him and done the things she did. And she was also the reason Stephen had purposefully gotten Raven pregnant and kidnapped her. Everyone stopped their chit chat to focus on Maryland. You could tell she was drunk already from the way she stammered and walked into the backyard.

"Well say it isn't so. My son went out and got "you" pregnant. Stephen I told you that girl was no good, now look at you trapped. You know a fat girl like her just wanted you for the money."

Raven slowly got up and made her way back towards the house, Stephen attempting to stop her but Victoria encouraging him to let her go.

"She'll do nothing but use your money to build a new body and leave you high and dry on child support while she takes that baby back to the states and abandon it."

Stanley made his way to his ex girlfriend trying to calm her and take her back to the living room before she made things worst than what she already had done.

"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH ME ! YOU'RE THE REASON OUR SON LIKES FAT BITCHES NOW!"

Ebony shakes her head and makes her way past them and back into the house in hopes of finding Raven and Victoria. She had always hated Maryland because she seemed to be one of the small girls that always thought big girls didn't deserved love or to be noticed, they belonged in a gym until they were summer time fine. As she made her way upstairs she found Raven in a fit while her best friend and husband were trying their best to comfort her.

"Ray, you ok baby? Don't let the demon outside ruin your day ok?"

"She's right though ebony, all I'll ever be is fat. No matter how much Stephen spends on a personal trainer, no matter how much I work out, no matter how many meals I'm missing. I'm always going to be fat and Stephen is always going to pick a skinny girl over me when he gets upset."

Everyone looks to him and he sighs and ask them to leave for a moment. He knew this would happen and that's exactly why he didn't want to invite his mother she was the devil in red bottoms.

"Baby, I'm sorry I cheated in the past , but things are getting better between us Ray. You know I'll always pick you I always have. That whole thing with Izzy was a mistake and nothing like that will ever happen again. I promise you that. I put that shit on my kids."

"First off all don't put shit on my kids unless you're going to keep that promise until the day we die. We both took vows Steph and I need you to live by them. But right now I need you to get rid of your fuckin mother or everybody including me is flying back home tonight."

He shakes his head before kneeling down to kiss her belly and the beautiful ring he placed on her finger just one week after they settled in. He knew he wanted to be with this girl for the rest of his life and no matter how much weight she put on or how much she would have after the kids he would always love everything about her.

"Imma go get that done for you right now princess."

She kisses his lips one last time and he lets her past before following her back outside to the backyard with the rest of the family. His mother sits on the couch crying and he walks past not giving a care in the world. Victoria had heard the couple getting ready to come back down and informed Maryland that her flight would be ready to leave soon and a car would be coming to get her. As upset as she was she knew that was the only good thing she could do for her son and his family right now.

Back in the backyard the couple found themselves having fun, playing games and eating food with their family and friends. Raven missed them all but she couldn't help but love the little bit of solitude she had here with her husband. Being Mrs. Thomas had finally grew on her.

She sat at the table with her girls and the three of them gossiped. Catching up on the months missed. Grace had gotten a mans and Vicky had a few but had brought her favorite to the baby shower with her. He was summertime fine indeed and she was proud of him.

"Girl he's more than just fine he's good in bed too bitch."

We all giggle and continue to enjoy ourselves allowing family and friends to join into the conversation and somehow beginning a UNO game. Once the fun is over it's finally time to cut the cake and discover the gender of the twins.

"Alright everyone gather round, time to tune in and see what these little baby's will be. Bring forth the happy couple."

Raven and Stephen take their places by her side, cake knife in hand, and a little more excited than they thought.

Raven picks a burger to cut into while Stephen cuts into a big piece of steak cake. She screams once she removes her piece revealing the blue cake inside before shoving a corner in her mouth. Stephen removes his piece peeping the pink cake from the inside and an instant smile plastered on his face.

"It's a girl." He lets everyone finally see his piece and his dad gets up to congratulate him as does everyone else slowly.

Raven had gotten her boy and was excited to bring her little munchkin into the world. Her little girl on the other hand she wasn't just ready yet knowing what she would have to deal with.

The only thing left to do was finalize the names of the children and await the day they came. The rest of the baby shower went smoothly and well into the night before everyone began to leave and make their ways back to their luxurious hotel.

Raven lie in bed cake laying on her belly while she stuffed her faced and watched her husband undress and pick out his clothing for his business meeting in the morning.

"Today went well no?"

She shakes her head yes and finishes up the cake she had been snacking on for the last couple of minutes with vanilla ice cream.

"I'm just glad we're both getting what we wanted. But I kind of wanted two boys. I mean a girl is fine but I don't want her to become a little you."

He side eyes her while trying to correct his tie on his suit for tomorrow.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"You know exactly what I mean E, unless you get some serious professional help you might need to take time off when the kids come."

"I'm not taking time away from the kids. That's final."

Raven breathes heavily before getting up and heading to the bathroom to brush her teeth before getting settled for bed.

Stephan comes in shortly after to do the same.

"I'll get counseling...." he says before spitting the toothpaste into the sink and rinsing his mouth out.

The both make their way to the king size bed and snuggle up. Raven decides to watch skin wars while Stephan pretends to not be amused by the show.

Light snores fill the room as her husband dozes off leaving her and her busy twins up alone.

"I wish you guys could settle down so mommy could sleep."

And as if like magic her babies found their places and settled. No kicking, no punching, no switching positions. Just stillness. Still enough for a tired mother to finally close her eyes and catch some sleep.

Tomorrow would be a busier day than today and she needed all the rest she could get.
