《Hello, Inside Monster》CHAPTER LIX: SOME TERRITORIES TO DEFEND. OR… MAYBE LIVES?!

„Here’s the „cat!” SolHi hissed through her teeth, seeing Kan when he and inspector Yu turned back to the office and she saw how he looked too: as after a fight with someone, and, after spotting the exchange of glances between DooSan and her sombe, she realized who beat who. „What the hell are these two planning? Behind my back, actually,” she mumbled. After that, she pierced DooSan with her glance, and he felt a strong scratch on his back - a hint that „cat” SolHi awoke, and this meant only one thing: she will sharpen her nails again, probably on his back.
„What’s wrong with you two?” Kan asked DooSan, seeing that exchange of glances between the „lovers,” that seem to be at daggers drawn. „I thought you two made your peace last night.”
„And this was so. But… when she saw the „cat,” she started to show her fangs again.”
„The cat?” asked Kan in amazement. „Who exactly?”
DooSan only grinned: „there’s one! Nothing you should know, actually. What about the basement? Did you find something?”
It has been Kan’s turn to make a wry face: „nothing important. Only an invitation to play.”
„An invitation to play?” mumbled DooSan thunderstruck. „From…?” but he kept silent and looked toward where Kan motioned with his head and he saw Yu, leaving a small box with broken things in front of his son. „Obvious now,” and DooSan returned to his desk. But before that, he put a palm on Kan’s shoulder, letting him know that’s no need for losing neurons for nothing.
„What’s this?” mumbled SuJin, taking his headphones off and staring at his father.
„We are calling them evidence,” murmured Yu, scratching his nose and looking like a teenager that made a slip-up, but who didn’t know how to tell his father about this, who he knew swift to anger.
Taking that box in his hand, SuJin opened it and first took the camera off, which was broken into pieces after Kan simply jumped on it. „Evidence-evidence, but… why does it look like after the war? This is a true attack.”
„Will you be kind not to yell?” Yu hissed through his teeth, sitting down on SuJin’s desk and slowly bowing toward his ear as if he had a great secret to tell his son. „Let’s say that… it has been necessary for this camera to look like this right now. But… do you think that you can make it look like new?”
SuJin only raised a little from his chair, approaching his face of his father’s: „daddy, I’m an IT specialist, not God or a Mago, to make things look like new ones, or maybe an old witch with a Palantir to turn back time by charming it.”
„The Palantir shows the future, not turns the time back,” A Rim whispered in mockery, stopping next to them, for she was just heading toward her desk and heard their talk, by… accident. „And the charms are made in old cauldrons, by the way. You should try it, anyway, SuJin. Maybe it’ll work with you.” After that, she sat down at her desk, happy that she made a good joke.
But SuJin had not tasted that joke that much and, pushing a little bit with his toes, he made his chair approach from A Rim’s. „What?” she asked, seeing him staring at her.
„Nothing special. I was just trying to figure out how did you know that. About the charms, I mean. Did you try it?”
„Absolutely,” snarled A Rim. „And the best I can do is to turn idiots like you into frogs. But… I can make something really special for you by turning you into a toad, if you don’t move your ass from here, right now,” and she pushed his chair with her leg, turning him back to his desk. But she kept squinting at him for a while as if throwing sharp daggers toward him with her eyes.
„Anyway,” Yu said, interrupting that session of „killing by glance” of the two. „Till you figure out what charm to use with the camera, you can start with this one,” and he put the broken phone on the desk, making SuJin wide-open his eyes, for that phone was new - it was a birthday gift, received by Yu from his son only two days ago.
„Dad!” SuJin screamed eventually, practically jerking to his legs and squeezing the phone, and his shout made Kan, DooSan, and SolHi stare in amazement at them. Yu instead looked damn calm, for such scenes of „I’m upset” from SuJin’s part weren’t something new. „How could you? You needed only two days to make my gift look like this. Not even a two-year-old child makes things look like that.”
„Aaa, this… let’s say that it was just a… small accident.”
„A small one?” SuJin shouted again.
„Aga, a very small one. He only rolled on the stairs, squeezing that phone on his hand,” said Kan cheerfully, not paying attention to Yu’s furious glance, trying to make him keep his mouth shut. „SuJin, you should be grateful that he only broke the phone and his… nose. Otherwise, instead of repairing that phone, you would have gathered pieces from your father. What else can I say?! You are damn lucky, son.”
„Yeah, absolutely damn lucky!” mumbled SuJin, sitting down and throwing the phone right into the trash can. „Here’s nothing to be repaired. You can go to buy another one, because… you won’t ever see another one from me,” and he put again his headphones on his head, mumbling unintelligible words.
Yu deeply breathed in. Then, with his hands into his pockets, he approached Kan, hissing at his ear: „be careful, brother rabbit! From now on, all your secrets will be known by everyone. Actually… I can right now to… SolHi,” he shouted, but Kan covered his mouth with his palm, forcing him to follow him out of the office, and grinning at SolHi, who was staring in amazement at the two men.
A Rim instead only shook her head, reproachfully mumbling: „men! Sometimes I have the feeling that they are brainless! Yeah, they don’t have it, for sure, for there are five men in this office and all of them sigh after one single skirt,” and she slowly grinned, staring at SolHi, who was nicely sitting on her chair, arms crossed on her chest and staring at DooSan, who turned his back on her, pretending that he was working.
But that game with the „serious prosecutor” didn’t work with SolHi, who stood up eventually and, while heading toward the door, she hissed through her teeth: „prosecutor Han, I have a word with you! In private! Right… now!” Then she exited, slamming the door.
But… following her, wasn’t something DooSan really wanted, for he knew very well what was next: a damn good thwacking for the signs on Kan’s face, for, in that fight, he applied some effort to cool his soul. But… knowing that there’s nothing he could do than to follow her, he has been forced eventually to exit behind her.

Outraged, Lee grabbed Nam Yun Ho by the collar of his shirt and threw him against the wall. After that, he approached him in a hurry and, grabbing him again by the clothes, he pushed him against the wall while Yun Ho was touching his bloody lips.
„This is a breach of duty already, honored captain Lee,” Yun Ho hissed through his teeth while Lee was staring at him as if he was a mad beast.
„Then, denounce me! If you can!” Lee answered in an aggressive tone. „But… I’m not that sure you’ll be able to prove that it was me who kicked your ass. I can say that you did this to yourself, after stumbling and falling on the… stairs. What do you say? Is this a good idea?”
Grinning, Yun Ho looked toward the cameras, which he knew turned on. But… surprise: all the three cameras were off. Then, still grinning, he looked to the ground, trying to provoke his rival. „You turned them off!”
„And what did you expect? To leave them turned on while I was showing „my gratefulness" to you for what you did to Lee Da Hi?”
„Lee Da Hi? Who’s she?” asked Yun Ho in fake amazement.
„Do you even ask this, dog?” Lee shouted, pressing his arm on Yun Ho’s throat. „She was a normal young woman like any other actually. How the hell you could kill her so brutally? She had a kid, for God’s Sake!”
Yun Ho pushed the captain from next to him, pointing with his finger toward Lee and madly shouting: „then… she should have stood home and taken care of the kid! What the hell she was doing in a nightclub, working like a hostess? She knew very well what could have happened to her eventually or what others could have asked her to do. So, it’s not my fault that she died as… she deserved.”
And he also received his deserved reward: a punch in his face that threw him to the ground. „Trash! But not even this name I can’t normally give to you, for even trash can be useful: as fertilizer! You instead can’t be even used for this and I’ll take care to have no use while staying in the jail, for… there are a lot of those that will „thank” you for what you did to Lee Da Hi,” and Lee turned his back to Yun Ho, intending to go.”
He stopped instead, hearing Yun Ho saying: „what you’ll do if I tell you that someone asked me to do that? I mean here not only what happened to Lee Da Hi, but also to Ian SolHi."
Lee slowly turned toward him, insistently staring at him: „someone asked you to do that? Who exactly? Tell me names!”
„Then… find them out by yourselves if you’re interested!” Yun Ho snarled, supporting his back against the wall to stand up. „I won’t let you discover all the aces I have in my sleeves: so, right away! I’ll keep something for later, for… I won’t go to jail, captain! Not even for a second! So, if you don’t want to work a lot for finding out… obvious things, you should do well to let me out of charges. And… when I’m out, you’ll be informed about everything.”
„Do I look that stupid?” said Lee, taking Yun Ho by surprise.
„Stupid?! No, of course not! Actually, I thought you are a smart person, one that can make great deals accepting such… offers to later solve his case in… seconds, let’s say. And… who knows?! Maybe you’ll get a promotion working with me!”
„I’ll better pass!” said Lee calmly. „That promotion… you’re talking about… I can get it by working hard and… deserving it, as you’ll pay for everything you did… into a maximum security prison!”
And Lee went out, not paying attention to Yun Ho’s unhappy grimaces, who finally understood that his trick didn’t work as he thought, and this meant that he had a counted time. That’s why he hurried to catch up with Lee: „Captain, wait! No… wait! We must… talk! I’m sure that we can reach an agreement,” he kept mumbling, fighting with the two big guys that were guarding the door of the interrogatory room and who didn’t allow him to catch up in the hall as Yun Ho wanted.
Then, being pushed back in the room, when the door closed in front of him so suddenly, for he right away jerked toward it not to allow the guardians to close it, Yun Ho had a nervous breakdown. And, grabbing the chair, he threw it against the wall, making a deafening sound all around the room when the chair hit the floor. But his madness didn’t stop with the chair: he even intended to turn the table upside down, but it resulted impossible for him to do that, for the table’s metallic legs were stuck on the floor. Yet, he didn’t calm down so easily and started to punch and kick the wall, madly shouting, for the madness and the fear really took over him, for… he was afraid not to be killed in the end, for - he talked too much.
Soon instead, weakened, he left himself to „slip” on the wall, being stuck on it with his back, and, from his eyes, tears flowed down his cheeks, even if he was known as the „iron man” till that moment.
And… how not to cry when he knew very well who he worked with till that moment: Min SinJu wasn’t that kind of guy with who one could mess with without paying for this eventually, and Nam Yun Ho not only threatened him with revealing his secrets, but he even tried to get part of their common business, and this meant that he didn’t have too much time left on this world.
„Damn you all, stupid dogs!” he mumbled, slowly hitting his head against the wall. „I made a deal with the devil when I messed with you. And… I’ll pay for this: for being naive and for trusting my friends.”
But it wasn’t about trust there, but about stupidity, for he started to do business with Min SinJu for being greedy and for his absurd desire of being someone famous, no matter in what kind of social circles he was „known.” And he understood that he wanted to be someone important right after entering the police and seeing how hard it’ll be for him to „break walls” and get an important role inside the police system. That’s why he chose the easy way: the money way that was falling from the sky and the celebrity way acquired by punching and kicking those who were weaker than him.
The same happened to Lee Da Hi, who became his victim not because someone told him to do that, even if he said that to Lee, but because he got to a point when he couldn’t control himself anymore, especially because of the consumed drugs - daily and in big quantities. That’s why, when he came that night to the club, he first decided to have some fun before settling accounts with SolHi, who he knew will come to the club that night. That’s why he summoned Da Hi to his booth and simply told her: „undress!”
The young woman denied his requirement instead, and this awoke the monster inside him and he right away started to kick and punch her. And when she was already laying unconscious on the floor, he hungrily „fed” himself from her body. But… even if he left her practically breathless, he was sure that she wasn’t dead when he left that room to go with SolHi and with the rest of his puppies that were following him everywhere. Yet, the young lady, whose name he found out only when he met Lee, has been found eventually dead, inside of a trash can. Why? Who needed that death and what for? Min SinJu? But… why? As far as he knew, Min SinJu and Lee Da Hi didn’t know each other. Or… was he wrong?
To find out this instead… was too late and he also didn’t have who to ask about this, for… you see, when they brought him to the Organized Crime’s office, nobody came to visit him. Only a young lawyer from Ian Hion Uk’s office, and she only „passed by” there to tell him to keep his mouth shut if he wants to live.
„Do they really think that I’m that useless that they are trying to manipulate me as they want?” Yun Ho murmured when he was already much calmer and he was sitting on the floor. „They are damn wrong if they think so, for… even if they left me alone in this fight, I’ll make it eventually and I’ll stand up again, and… when I am back to freedom, then… be careful you all, damn dogs! Especially… Min SinJu, be careful, for… I’ll kill you for sure.”
***
„Min SinJu!” murmured Lee, being in the monitoring room and staring at the screens, not losing anything of what Yun Ho did or said since he left the interrogatory room. But… even if Yun Ho saw Lee leaving, the captain turned back on tiptoe and entered the monitoring room, turning again the cameras on and carefully watching everything the defendant did.
That’s why he could read on Yun Ho’s lips Min SinJu’s name. But even so, he didn’t know how or how much SinJu was involved in that, or how to demonstrate that he was really involved. That’s why he simply left himself fall on the chair and decided to wait, for he was sure that Yun Ho will finally talk, feeling that he has been left alone.
But… the hope dies the last one, and that hope really died eventually, for Yun Ho asked to be brought to his cell, right after he completely calmed down, and… hours later… he has been found dead in the same cell - hanged with his own laces by the bars.
***
A deafening sound has been heard when the door, that leads toward the roof of the Prosecution Building, hit the wall, and, right after, SolHi showed up on that roof, barely standing and holding her hand to her chest, feeling that the world collapses over her again, even if she thought that morning that she left everything behind.
And all this happened for destiny had other plans for her: to make her suffer. And SolHi was really suffering at that moment, feeling desolated, unprotected, abandoned.
„It can’t be! No, it can’t be!” she mumbled while approaching the edge of the roof so fast. But when she was about to step over that edge and fall through the air, she suddenly stopped and fell to the ground, opening the floods gate.
„SolHi! SolHi!” DooSan shouted, showing up on that roof soon after. But he really became scared, seeing her on the floor, crying away, and so dangerously close to the edge of the roof. That’s why he hurried up to get next to her and, kneeling, he grabbed her by the arms, shaking her body and trying to make her come to her senses this way: „stop this, I said! You don’t have why to cry! Not for that guy!”
But his words didn’t calm her down. Per contra: she started to cry even louder and, through mumblings, he only understood fragments of what she said: „I’m not crying for… him. I just… cry… for… it… hurts!”
„I know, SolHi! I know, for what happened was only yesterday. But even so, you mustn’t fall prey to emotions. Not now when this case seems even more complicated than before, and you…,” and he again touched her cheeks with both palms, forcing her to look at him. „You are strong! You’ll be fine!”
„But… how to hurdle this, DooSan? How to feel better with all this pain felt in my chest? How… to hurdle this?” said SolHi with tears streaming on her cheeks, even if the cry calmed down a little bit and all this for DooSan was there and she didn’t want to fall prey to madness in front of him.
„I don’t also know this, SolHi. Yet, it would be best if you did this. You can’t cry for a guy like Nam Yun Ho.”
„And do you think I’m crying for him?” SolHi shouted and, after pushing DooSan away from her, she stood up. „I’m crying for I feel that’s unfair, DooSan. It’s unfair, for… he left this world so easily, without even paying for what he did to me. Do you think that’s easy for me? Knowing that that idiot died only a day after being caught?”
„Then… all the more so you mustn’t cry and look for the guilty guy, for I’m sure that Nam Yun Ho hurt you because someone told him to do that,” murmured DooSan, still sitting on the floor. After that, he looked at SolHi, who was staring confused at him. And, seconds only after, he stood up, saying: „let’s catch that trash that’s trying to hurt you, SolHi. Let’s catch him together!”
„To catch him? DooSan, I remind you that you have been the one who told me to stay away from this investigation. Or… did you already forget this?”
„No, I didn’t. Yet, now… with Nam Yun Ho dead… you are back in the team and that…”
„I’ve always been in the team, DooSan,” SolHi reproachfully pointed out her point of view. „The fact that you and sombe Kan have decided to let me out of the investigation hasn’t been my decision. But… even so, I’ve been here, looking for evidence… which actually serves for nothing at this moment while that idiot is dead.”
„Then… make those evidence be worthy to use.”
„To be worthy? DooSan, he’s dead. He’s dead and we can’t do anything to make him pay.”
„Not him. But… the one who ordered all this… we can make him pay. We are still on time for this.”
„Yet… you aren’t sure,” said SolHi, suddenly wiping her tears and staring again at him. „I can’t understand how you can be that calm knowing that Nam Yun Ho is dead.”
„And what should I do, SolHi? To be overcome with despair?”
„No, of course not. Yet… anyway, I don’t even know why I jaw you this, for… it has nothing to do with you. The one who suffered last night was me. Well, except the hurt hand you had because of me and which actually… I don’t understand why you didn’t ask me already to pay for that too.”
„SolHi!” DooSan furiously shouted.
„What? Did I cross the line?” she also shouted.
„Yeah, for… I’m not asking you to pay for everything that happens to me. But… I’ll ask others to pay for what happened to… you,” he said, self-confidently. After that, he grabbed her by the arm and held her to his chest, as tightly as he could. „I won’t forget what happened to you, SolHi,” he said in a whisper.
SolHi was surprised at first by his reaction and stood calmly for a few moments, feeling DooSan’s heart beating in his chest so fast that she thought that that heart will soon escape from that cell of feelings and will run away. The same happened to his breathing that was hissed and she didn’t understand why, for even if DooSan ran after her to the roof, it had already been minutes in a row since they were talking, and their fight hadn’t been so important to be nervous and to make his heart beat so fast.
Eventually, she tried to push him away from her: „DooSan, I don’t think we should…,” but DooSan stood against her attempt to escape from his hug and held her even tighter to his chest while his bandaged hand was caressing her head which was touching his head. „DooSan!”
„I know!” he eventually murmured. „I know that you feel uncomfortable next to me. But yet, SolHi: give me a chance.”
„What for?”
„To show you that I care! Even if you don’t trust me, even if you suspect me in everything… give me a chance, SolHi. Let me stay by your side!”
„DooSan, I…!”
„I don’t care! I don’t care if you see me only like a friend, like a colleague, or like a stranger. I want only to accept me next to you and…,” he looked at her with love, with fear, with pleading eyes: „…try to understand what feels a heart that’s afraid to lose you.”
SolHi looked for a short time into his eyes, trying to read truths in them, for she was sure that DooSan was hiding something and that there was something more behind that kind glance, that seemed to be the glance of an in-love person. Yet, she couldn’t see anything else than sadness and deep concern. But even so, she pushed him away from her eventually, saying: „I think we shouldn’t exaggerate, DooSan. Yes, I accept that Nam Yun Ho’s death took me by surprise and that I overreacted. But… I’m not begging for mercy. At least I don’t need yours.” And she turned her back on him, intending to go.
DooSan instead grabbed her by the arm, impeding her to leave him alone there. Then, after a few moments of waiting, a time he considered to be an eternity, SolHi looked at him: „I don’t feel mercy for you, SolHi.”
„Then?” she asked in a whisper.
„Find out by yourself, if you can!” and he put her hand on his chest, over his heart that kept beating, controlled by that wave of emotions that took over him at that moment.
And he waited: for her reaction, to hear her voice, to feel that she understood him. SolHi instead only stared at her palm that was touching the man’s chest, a man that she considered a stranger to her at that moment, but also so dear to her. Then, she closed her eyes for a few moments, remembering a moment known only by her: the hand of a man grabbing her hand and forcing her to touch his chest, and SolHi felt at that moment that she was also touching DooSan’s chest in her memories, feeling the same heartbeats she felt when she touched the chest of that man that was wearing a white shirt in her memories.
Suddenly she winced: „SolHi?” murmured DooSan, seeing her immersed in thoughts and SolHi looked into his eyes. At least it seemed that she looked into his eyes, but she was actually looking at his lips, trying to remember that night with that man in a white shirt, who she kissed in her memories. But instead of tasting again DooSan’s lips and remembering why she considered him so familiar, she looked to the ground and sighed.
And DooSan took her shyness as an acceptance of his feelings, of which he wasn’t totally sure that they were real. Yet, he approached her again and hugged her while so gently touching her head, and her lips, unwillingly, kissed his neck.
And they stood like this for minutes in a row… waiting. And… when both of them were completely immersed in the magic of the moment, happened what both of them wanted so much: SolHi lay her head on the man’s chest, and DooSan wrapped his arms around her, holding her so close to his chest, being at all afraid that they will be seen by someone, not caring at all that others could judge SolHi for her dare to love a forbidden man: her victim’s brother.
***
„I didn’t know they are dating,” murmured Yoon Suk sadly, staying in front of the door and looking at that romantic scene which had DooSan and SolHi like the main characters. And Yoon Suk came there bringing two juices, for when SolHi ran out of the office, practically crying, he was just entering. And… knowing very well where she was heading, he followed her seconds after only.
But he was late to come there, for… trying to surprise SolHi with her favorite drink, he went first to the vending machine, and DooSan could „take advantage” thus of his absence. Thus, left behind, Yoon Suk could only give up on dreams and leave that place with the tail between his legs, with his head bowed, and with his heart broken, for it was too obvious already that he lost, for even if he heard that SolHi and DooSan were living in the same apartment, he hopped that there was nothing between them. But… he has been once again wrong.
Who hasn’t been wrong has been Kan, who followed Yoon Suk right away, seeing him going after SolHi. That’s why he also came to the roof: hoping that he’ll help in case Yoon Suk and DooSan will fight for the same woman, even if SolHi seemed not to want any of them by her side.
But he has also been wrong, for SolHi didn’t chase away DooSan. Per contra: she hugged him, and this meant that she accepted his love.
„Let’s go, Yoon Suk!” said Kan, eventually, seeing the pain in Yoon Suk’s glace while looking at the two lovers. Kan has been even forced to grab the young detective’s hand and drag him after him, for Yoon Suk seemed not to hear or see anything, being immersed in thoughts and suffering.
But even if Yoon Suk suffered a lot, understanding that he lost before fighting for the woman he liked, he eventually gave up on the idea of hurting himself by staring at the same image repeatedly: the one of DooSan and SolHi together. However, while descending the stairs, he denied Kan’s offer to have a drink together, telling him: „I’ll better go to work,” and he hurried to descend first those stairs.
„What’s wrong with this love?!” murmured Kan. But, receiving no answer, he stuck his hands into his pockets and, humming a sad melody, with a sad smile painted on his face, he followed Yoon Suk. In his soul instead, Queen Melancholy started to act up, for he remembered things he thought he has forgotten, about an old love he also lost without fighting, for life chose another ending for his love with his beloved wife - a tragical one, that was all the time breaking his heart.

„See you in the parking lot,” DooSan read a text message while he and SolHi were exiting the Prosecution building, intending to go home.
„Go first!” he told SolHi, throwing her the keys.
SolHi instead found weird his reaction. „What about you?” she asked.
„I have something to do,” he mumbled, forcing a smile and hiding the phone at his back.
„Give it to me!” SolHi suddenly said, stretching her hand toward him and staring into his eyes. „Or I swear that I’ll leave that cat earless.”
„It’s not Kan!” DooSan hurried to say. But, seeing that she was heading toward him, he right away put the phone inside his pocket and crawled a few steps back. „It’s… personal!”
SolHi made a wry face: „and you are the one who was talking about feelings,” she mumbled eventually. „Well, be as you wish! I hope you will enjoy that visit to hell with the new „cat!” she hissed through her teeth and, turning her back on him, she hurried toward the parking lot.
„Huh!” DooSan breathed a sigh of relief, seeing his car leaving the parking lot, even if SolHi pressed that gas pedal to the brim and he heard the brake pads deafeningly squeaking. But he said nothing hearing that sound, being aware that SolHi did that to enrage him. „It was close!”
„That was SolHi?” he heard Kan’s voice behind him, something that made DooSan wince. „I’ve been right. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have winced seeing me. Let’s go then!”
„Where?” asked DooSan in amazement, following Kan, for he received that text message from him.
„You’ll see! And it’ll be better to hurry up, for it’s almost night and it’ll be damn interesting if we get there late.”
„I hope so! Otherwise… I swear that you’ll see what SolHi’s „curse" meant."
„Curse? What curse?” asked Kan in amazement, stopping and suddenly turning toward DooSan, who took a step back. „Ok, say it! With what she blessed me this time?”
„With leaving you earless, for… she understood what „cat” scratched my face this morning.”
„Aaa, it was for this… and I was wondering what the hell I did for deserving her furious glance all day long? She was defending her territory. It’s a shame yet… for not stabbing my nails deeply in your face. My bad, for… it seems that I won’t have another chance to do this. Or… maybe now while she isn’t here…,” and he took a few steps toward DooSan, who took a few steps back.
DooSan suddenly stopped and grabbed Kan by the arm. „Let’s go, cat Kan! Not the other, but… I intend to get home early tonight or for sure SolHi breaks my neck,” and he pushed Kan from behind.
„I don’t understand why are you bothering anyway! As far as I know, SolHi doesn’t want you by her side.”
„For the moment! But… I’ll take care to have her. So… don’t throw sand in the wheels and get once inside that car,” DooSan hissed eventually through his teeth, and, once seeing Kan inside the car, even if he was tsk-ing provocatively and was reproachfully shaking his head, DooSan said nothing more and rushed to get inside of the car too, on the passenger’s side. Then, the car left the parking lot… of course, at full speed.
***
„Personal, on my a…s, Han DooSan!” SolHi mumbled, turning the engine on when she saw Kan’s car passing in front of her and she also saw DooSan next to Kan. „Don’t worry, anyway - I’ll find out eventually what are you two planning, for… I don’t think you caressed your snouts that well this morning only for fun,” and she pressed the gas pedal to the brim, following them.
But even if she tried to follow them unseen, for she stopped into a kind of hide-out, not that far from the prosecution, she didn’t make it, for Kan saw her following them right away.
„Mice on board!” Kan told DooSan while staring into the rear mirror and seeing SolHi’s face so well while driving the car that was following them. „And she doesn’t even bother to follow us like a „ghost.”
„But… how did she understand that? She left!”
„Left? Who? SolHi?”
„Who else?! You also saw her leaving. In my car.”
„If you believed that she gave up, then you’re really innocent, prosecutor Han. I was more than sure that she’s there, somewhere close, lurking on us and waiting to see what we are planning, for… as I told you this morning - her dog nose won’t let us act freely.”
„Then? What to do? She can’t follow us!”
„Simply: grab something tightly!” and Kan pressed the gas pedal to the brim.
„Have you lost your mind?” shouted DooSan. „Do you want to kill us all?”
„I won’t kill anybody. Don’t worry. More knowing SolHi, for… it’s not the first time she’s „following” someone at speed. So… as I said, hold something tightly!” and he again pressed the gas pedal, which squicked because of the pressure.
„So, those two decided to get rid of me!” murmured SolHi, grinning. „Then, they are more than welcome to try it, if they want,” and she also pressed the gas pedal to the brim.
And a real race started: eyes on the rear mirrors, hands on the gearshift, legs on the gas pedals, and cunning smiles on their face while the cars changed the lane so many times, zigzagging among the cars that were deafening ,,yelling" behind them, „blessing” them with „kind words.”

A try on a virtual reality oriented story, about a guy who's absolutely mundane and anti-social but through FSK a VRMMO finds himself beingone of the worst people on the net. Maybe it's just stress relief or trying to have fun but this one is one step closer to writing a little better. You might find words that have mistaken letters in them or grammarbut I'm pretty confident in my english although it's not my main language.Lastly I would like to say report that the novel will have Mature contentof the worst sort, so please refrain from reading it unless you are an adult.
