The room was in a much more comfortable mood, Yupow had stopped oppresing the visitors, and was surprised at Guso’s negotiating savviness.

He wasn’t keen on some of the things he had asked for, but he had confidence the kid knew what he was doing.

In the end he let it become Guso’s show, and decided to take a back seat to whatever would happen next.

Guso set up the time of the demonstration in the afternoon of that same day over at the manufacturing facility of Great Inner Fire Weapons Company.

He gave Clan Head Dirgen a list of the supplies and ingredients he was going to need; to which the Clanhead responded with a perplexed look, but ultimately the Clanhead held his tongue and acquiesced.

After everything was agreed upon, Yupow and Guso bid the gentleman farewell and gave them permission to exit their home.

The ecstatic powerful men of the City showed their final respects and gratitude, and quickly exited Yupows’ house.

The men were overjoyed, the meeting was a resounding success, all they needed to do now was to prepare for the afternoon and make sure everything went according to plan.

Secrecy was of the utmost importance at the time.

Dirgen especially was anxious to get back to his Clan and Company facilities and set everything in order.

To have the live demonstration of the creation of the Focus Shard, take place within his Company’s Headquarters, was more than he had expected to achieve.

This was an achievement he was sure the Old Clan Ancestors would be proud of.

Before they all parted ways Dirgen gave all the men tokens; with which they would be able to enter his company's facility.

He knew trouble would be afoot so he planned to exercise the highest level of security in his Company, there was no such thing as being too careful.

Soon the men departed and set their plans in action, their feet couldn’t move fast enough.

The time of the demonstration was fast approaching.

Everyone had seen the Mayor and his companions head back to their headquarters with expressions of jubilation.

But the men were wary, extremely secretive, and very well guarded.

Besides, the status they held was not something to mess around with, and so the majority of power players decided to take a diplomatic approach, and hope they could partake in the Mayor’s fortune.

Besides as Mayor of Martial Citadel he was obligated to respond to the citizens' needs.

And right now their needs were all consisting in regards to the Focus Shard.

They knew sooner or later they would get answers.

Regardless they maintained vigilance and surveillance on those men who had successfully managed to meet with Yupow.

They knew it was only a matter of time before another bomb dropped.

It was mid afternoon in Martial Citadel and the time of Guso’s demonstration had arrived.

Deep within an underground facility within the manufacturing grounds of Great Inner Fire Company stood a group of powerful and influential individuals.

The anticipation in their faces was apparent.

Present were Citum and all the Heads of the Organization Members representing Inner Focus Alliance, the Mayor and his most trusted Advisers; as well as his smartest Intellectuals and Experts in regards to Inner Energy, the Executive of the Bank Alliance and the Head Engineer of the Energy Union and their group of Experts, and the Owner of the company itself, Clanhead Dirgen, along with his strongest Clan Members and most skilled and knowledgeable weapon and material Crafters.

The stage was set for Guso to demonstrate his knowledge, skill, and ability.

Yupow, who was down below in the test zone, expressed his concern.

“Are you sure you want to go through with this, who knows what kind of forces you'll stir up once you reveal this to the World.”

“I've made up my mind Old Man, go up there and enjoy the show, I expressed to Dirgen that I needed a certain number of men to donate their Inner Energy to me, so you won't have to exert any force.”

“ I wasn't planning to anyway, that whole process was too tedious for my liking.”

To say that the Old Man wasn’t interested in the crafting method of the Inner Energy Crystal would be a lie.

In fact he out of everyone in that room, was perhaps the one that was most interested.

These Inner Energy Crystals represented something very important for Yupow, they were the key to solve one of the problems he had long dealt with.

Guso began to prepare the tools he was going to need to prepare the Focus Shard.

Dirgen had also provided him with assistants to help him maneuver the massive bowls, materials, tools, and machinery that would be used in the process.

Soon Guso began to scream orders.

And like a maestro in an orchestra, he directed the crafting of a masterpiece.

First he began by making the Inner Energy Resin that was required as a seal and layered coat for the transformation of the Pure Glass.

He turned up a massive fire, and poured in the massive amounts of Experts Yew Resin, which they called Burning Yew, and Bleeding Willow Tree Resin into the giant bowl.

He simultaneously had them blend large amounts of Spirit Berry, which they called Ghost Berry, in a large machine blender, and started to prepare a huge pot of specialized powder mix in a device that had a specialized grinder and mixer.

The powder mix consisted of Ghost Berry leafs and branches, red clay, charcoal made from Burning Yew, fresh Burning Yew, Prime Bovine Bone Powder, Inner Bronze, Iron and Steel powder, and as finishing touch part of the liquified Ghost Berry.

Everyone in the room watched in amazement at the ingredients that were selected, and how they were being prepared.

Some of the Master Crafters of the Dirgen Clan were already quite confused.

“I had no idea Ghost Berry could be used as a necessary ingredient to make such a priceless treasure.”

“It looks like he’s making medicinal material and not a source of energy, i'm starting to become a bit doubtful.”

Regardless of their thoughts, everyone still paid special attention to every single one of Guso’s movements, and completely absorbed the information.

Guso proceeded to prepare and boil Prime Bovine fat in another bowl, before adding the first portion of special powder mix under heat, and then proceeding to add a second portion of the powder in greater amounts, along with pure ghost berry juice.

He performed the exact same process on the resin.

He then commanded the assistants to stick in the several special large rods of Inner Energy Metal he had asked Dirgen to prepare in both the resin and fat.

The true spectacle was about to begin. Guso called upon the Experts, Dirgen had provided him, to donate their Inner Energy.

He instructed them to hold on to the rods while they were on platforms, and inject their Inner Energy into the rods, as they would an Inner Energy Weapon.

Those that were watching grew curious at the command; but after a few moments of contemplation a spark of understanding started to dawn on those who were more knowledgeable.

Soon both the fat and the resin started to boil furiously, and a faint glow started to emerge out of both of them.

Gusos both materials would soon be ready.

But before he could achieve victory, some of the Practitioners started to run out of energy, something Guso had predicted, so he had the exhausted Practitioners switch places with someone who was fresh.

Eventually the resin flashed a bright glow and started to boil away.

It was a sign that it was complete.

Even though it took a little longer, after a couple more Practitioner replacements, the fat also flashed a bright glow and started to boil away.

Guso had now successfully created his largest batches of Inner Energy Resin and Inner Energy Fat.

Everyone looked at the two giant bowls of liquid in amazement.

It was obvious that the ingredients were special.

The Inner Energy Experts from the alliance looked at the batches with jaws wide open.

“It can't be! impossible! It can't be this easy!”

“What is it Master Citum?” Asked the concerned Bank Executive named Mister Rumonpath.

“Those two liquids have been imbued with Inner Energy, hardly any of the Inner Energy is escaping! Even in Inner Energy Weapons, as soon as you stop injecting Inner Energy into them, the Inner Energy disperses, but that's not the case with those two materials, it’s incredible!”

Everyone looked at the ingredients in awe.

They came here to view the creation method of the Focus Shard, but they felt like they had witnessed the creation of two more treasures.

Guso hearing the commotion decided to pause and explain.

“Seems like you guys are in luck, you guys are witnessing the creation of 3 Inner Energy materials for the price of one. This item right here is called Inner Energy Fat. And this one right here is called Inner Energy Resin. They are two very vital ingredients in creating Focus Shards, but they definitely have many other uses. Do with this knowledge what you will.”

The Experts in the facility were too overwhelmed; the kid in front of them had too much knowledge and talent.

What kind of a method was this?

Did this make him some sort of Alchemist or Inner Energy Scholar Genius?

They were already impressed beyond belief and the best was yet to come.

Dirgen was seething at the mouth with glut at all the treasures this kid was bringing to him.

Whatever he had given to the kid was peanuts compared to what he was getting right now.

He grabbed the attention of one his Master Crafters.

“Tell me you got every detail on how to make those two materials, those two by themselves are a huge gold mine.”

“I did, sir! I got every detail right to the tee, knowledge on how to make those two items belongs to us now!”

“Good, good I'm pleased,Young Guso keep on showing us that genius mind of yours.”

Guso proceeded with the crafting process after the short explanation.

He commanded the assistants to bring out the large quantity of Pure Glass, along with a seven layer coating machine.

He had asked Dirgen that every single Pure Glass had to be carved with Inner Energy by a Practitioner, as that was the best way to do it.

Dirgen had struggled to carry out that instruction on such short notice, but he had managed to deliver in the end.

Guso carved one uncarved Pure Glass, just for the sake of demonstration, and threw it in the pile.

The coating machine was filled in order with Inner Energy Fat, paste mix, liquid Ghost Berry, Inner Energy Resin, Inner Energy Fat, one last layer of paste mix and a final layer of resin.

Soon the machine started to coat the Pure Glass in the layers of ingredients, and set them aside in another machine to dry with heat.

In the meantime while the Pure Glass was being prepared, Guso instructed for the Inner Energy Fat to be heated up again, and that triple the Inner Energy Rods be inserted into it, with the increased amount of Practitioners also on standby.

Everyone felt the climax was about to arrive and were seething with anticipation.

The powerful Inner Energy users and Master Crafters were especially anxious to see what would come about from Guso’s results.

Soon all the Pure Glass Crystals Dirgen had provided had been prepared in the appropriate manner.

A machine came over with the glass and positioned itself next to the bowl of fat.

Guso looked at the doner Practitioners and gave them one last instruction.

“ As soon as the last Pure Glass drops start inserting the maximum amount of Inner Energy that you can. As soon as you sense that your energy is about to run out, swap out prematurely so that we can keep the same constant stream of energy being injected at the same time.”

All the Practitioners nodded in agreement.

At Gusos command the machine dropped all the Pure Glass into the bath, and as soon as the last glass dropped down the Practitioners started to inject Inner Energy into the bath as vigorously as they could.

Soon the fat started to boil violently and the Inner Energy started to condense towards the bottom.

The Expert’s surrounding Guso recognized this as a similar method to how he made the two previous items.

But they soon realized this part of the process was going to take much longer than before.

One after another, doner Practitioners started to run dry on energy and swap out with a replacement.

Soon none of the Practitioners who had started in the beginning of the process were seen holding the Inner Energy Rods.

Minutes turned into hours, the process went on well into the night.

Despite the long wait, none of the spectators were bored; they had come anticipating such an event.

The creation of such a precious item couldn’t be that easy after all.

The crafting process progressed steadily through the darkness, until eventually, just before sunrise, a breakthrough was made.

Many a Practitioner had already been used, but after a new set of Practitioners were coming in the fat started to glow, the Inner Energy within the bath started to condense towards the bottom faster and faster.

The surrounding Expert’s were so silent, you could hear the sweat drops run down their foreheads.

All of a sudden a massive flash of light emanated from the bowl, and all the Inner Energy within quickly condensed in one spot.

Guso suddenly screamed in an alarmed fashion.

“Don't stop injecting Inner Energy, do it until the fat starts to boil and steam!”

The Practitioners obeyed his command, and soon the fat started to boil as Guso had said.

After it started to steam the Practitioners finally let out a final breath of relief, and finally collapsed on the platforms, exhausted.

Everyone in the facility could see a bright silver glow constantly emanating from the bowl.

As if there was a valuable treasure deep in the bottom of the fat.

Guso had succeeded.
