Someone that's sweet

Always enjoyed being around me

Loved to talk and play with my hair

Always made me laugh and made me feel better

But then things changed

I didn't see you that much

You would barely respond to my texts

And when you did you always lied

When I saw you again

You were a different person

Always ignored me and told so many lies

A manipulator who easily played my eyes

A person I loved changed

I should of listened to what they all say

I went through the pain and lessons were taught

And I was able to heal from vulnerability

When the year came to an end

I never saw you again

I learned that people change

And sometimes the person you love

can die while still living...
