While the group fought their battle, Azra was hurrying to the king's castle to report of the attack, she entered the throne room not even bothering to close the door which woke king Triglav from his nap.
"Your majesty, please, it's urgent" Azra panickingly said.
"Calm down and tell me, what happened" the king said with his deep and raspy voice, which had a majestic aura.
"The south part of the town is under attack by some strange cult"
"So, Chernobog made the first move" Triglav muttered.
"Cherno w-what?"
"Tell me, how many people are attacking us and how strong are they?"
"Four, my group is fighting them as we speak, three can use intermediate level magic and one beginner level"
"I see, i will have some soldiers on standby, if you need reinforcements just fire this in the air" said Triglav as he gave Azra an item which looked like a small firework rocket.
"I understand" she said and quickly left the castle, then Triglav called his soldiers to the throne room.
"Soldiers, heroes, some of you may know, and some of you may not know about the Blood Rose Order, today they launched an attack in the south part of the city, currently a group of adventurers is holding them back, i request of you to be on standby and await further orders"
"Yes, your majesty" all soldiers said at the same time and started preparing their gear and weapons.
Azra flew out of the castle, and saw the state of the battle, and all of her friends near death.
"If i use this, then it will hurt their pride" she thought while looking at the firework rocket in her hand.
"But if i don't, they will die"
"It's over!" screamed Lothar as he jumped to impale Ivan with his ice sword.

But before he could deliver the final blow, Ivan used wind to shatter his sword, and then stabbed an wind arrow into Lothar's shoulder.
"Damn it, that poison is making me slower, and blocking my mana paths" Ivan deducted while gasping for air.
"Well, a wind mage is out of air, how ironic" Lothar said while panting, his skin was back to its original color and all of the ice on his body had melted.
"Like you are in any better condition"
"Stop being annoying, let's end this" Lothar said.
"I agree"
Both of them forced out every last atom of their strength, and went for a killing blow.
"Darkness chase" Andrej whispered and shadow hands bound Anatoli to the ground, while he using his fast steps inflicted several wounds on Anatoli's body in seconds.
"In the end, the smarter beats the stronger"
"Shut up you little shit" Anatoli yelled, and by spending all of his mana, his entire body became covered in thick stone armor.
Katarina was slowly suffocating, while Svetislav laughed maniacally.
"Ugh, i don't know how to break out, wait, maybe this could work" thought Katarina and she raised her hand slowly.
"Underwater" she murmured weakly, and a geyser erupted from the ground and shot Svetislav into the air, freeing Katarina from his grip.
"You little bitch!" yelled Svetislav as he landed and threw fireballs which Katarina quickly extinguished.
"Puddle hand" Katarina transformed her left hand into water and used it like a rope to bind Svetislav.
"Judging by your body, i think that your brain is three times smaller"
"You bitch!!!"
Magdalena attacked Anya from all directions with wind slashes, which Anya dodged with ease, while she dodged Anya covered her right arm with stone, then she punched the ground with it and pulled out a piece of the earth, which she reshaped into countless spears, which she launched at Magdalena, some of them left bleeding wound on her body and one was stuck in her arm.

"The earth is all around me, you can't escape" taunted Anya with a smirk on her face.
"And so is the air" Magdalena shouted as she prepared her last attack.
Meanwhile at Karna's hideout…
Karna sat in a dimly lit room underground, observing the fights through a crystal ball, she was surrounded by cloaked individuals of varying sizes.
"We have succeeded in distracting that group, now we can begin our true task" she said calmly.
"For this i will need three advanced level mages, Juju, Misha, Eric, can i count on you?"
"Yes, master" the three individuals said and bowed down.
"Excellent, now your task is to infiltrate the castle and capture the king, you may kill him if it's absolutely necessary, but it would be better to bring him here alive" Karna explained the plan to them
"Yes, master"
"Good, now go" she commanded, and the three of them vanished the same second.
"My soldiers, it looks to me like that group will be victorious" Triglav said.
"Hooray!" all of the soldiers yelled.
"Your presence is not required, you may go back to your tasks, unless i order you to return"
"Yes, your majesty"
"Not so fast!" the roof broke apart, and a gigantic muscular man with flame colored hair and a black eyepatch over his right eye broke into in the throne room, on his back was a small girl with green eyes and ash colored hair.

Displaced
Sucked into the void without warning, a handful of people from around the globe suddenly find themselves in the foreign world of Scyria, a place filled with people who can jump three times their height, conjure fire from thin air, and perform any number of other inhuman feats. Scattered across the realm and armed with newfound powers far greater than those of the native Scyrians, they each struggle to find their path in this unfamiliar reality. Their unforeseen arrival sends tremors throughout the world, toppling a centuries-long age of relative peace, prosperity, and progress as they each leave their mark on the world in their own ways. But Scyria has its own share of intrigue, even without these unwelcome guests. A major metropolis is wiped from existence out of nowhere, triggering a manhunt across the continent for those deemed responsible. Two feuding nations decide to bring their hostilities to a new level. Blades clash, nations fall, and plots years in the making begin to reveal themselves. This is the story of some unwilling trespassers, taken from their lives against their will and thrown into situations they barely understand. This is the story of some unfortunate Scyrians, their lives blown apart by the newcomers’ sudden and destabilizing existence. This is the story of Scyria, a world with a lost past buried beneath millenia. But as both the Earthlings and Scyrians are about to find out, sometimes the past doesn’t stay buried forever... I marked the story as having Gore, Sexual Content, and Traumatising content because it does contain a bit of all three, though not what I believe is a significant amount. Just wanted to be safe. It does contain a whole lot of profanity, though. That one is very much deserved. Greys II - Ghosts
There he stood, dark eyes, dark hair, beautiful in the most devastating of ways. It scared me how little he had changed, his hair was longer and black, his frame thinner, like he hadn't eaten since I last saw him. His eyes were different, lacking something they had always held before, lacking anything really, and yet he was the same. He looked weak, but I knew he wasn't. "Hi, angel."His voice was just as dead as his eyes. It sent a shiver up my spine. That was the reason I felt sick, that was the reason he seemed different. He was dead, and as much as I wanted to hate him, I was sad he was empty, sad he wasn't the same man anymore."Hello, Gabriel."My voice came out softer than I would have liked, the words burning my tongue. But it didn't matter, I got the desired effect even if the volume wasn't there. He flinched, his eyes widening, his eyebrows twitching up and together, his jaw setting for just a moment. But then it was gone and he looked away, death settling back in his eyes, in the lines of his face.» ✦ «#2 in Angel Romance#3 in Demonology#11 in Thriller#Mature, 18+ for all the reasons. Not a YA novel (again).**Due to disturbing themes, violence, depression, language and literally everything else, this is not for the kids. Ghosts is darker than Intentions.
