Camille's POV
I was marking papers when there was a knock on the door. "Come in" I say as I put my quill back in the ink well. I look up to see Hermione enter the room looking nervous. "Is something wrong Hermione?" I ask her.
"I don't know, I found out something about someone and I don't know how to feel about it" she states.
"Why come to me? And not one of your friends? Or Professor McGonagall?" I ask her.
"I've known you longer then any of them, you used to babysit me" she states.
"True, what did you find out dear?" I ask her curious.
"Well you probably already know, but Professor Snape substituted our last Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson" she states.
"Yes, I would of done it myself. But I had a Charms class to teach and Professor Flitwick could not cover me" I tell her.
"We were up to red kips and hinky punks. We weren't suppose to start nocturnal beasts for weeks. But he had us learn about werewolves. He even gave us an essay on the ways you recognize and kill werewolves. He wants two rolls of parchment on the subject by Monday morning" she explains.
I growl in annoyance how dare her, oh I am hexing him. No one messes with my twin brother. "Professor?" Hermione says concerned. "Are you ok?" she asks me.
"Just annoyed with Snape" I tell her. "I take it, you've already done your essay?" I ask.
"Yes, and I also did some research and the lunar cycle. Professor Lupin's fear is a full moon and I've notice he seems to get sick on full moons. I think he's a werewolf" she explains.
"I know better then to lie to you Hermione, Remus is a werewolf. But Snape makes him a wolf's bane potion every month. He is perfectly safe. I've known him my whole life, he wouldn't hurt a fly" I tell her.

"Did you go to school with him?" she asks curious. I think and cast protective and private charms around the house. "Professor?" she says confused.
"What I'm about to tell you, stays between us. You can't tell anyone, not even Harry and Ron" I tell her. "Can I trust you with this secret?" I ask her and she nods her head. I turn back into my true self.
"You're a metamorphmagus" she says shocked.
"Know, just really good at charms and transfiguration. My name is not Melody Prewett, it's Camille Lupin. I have been in hiding since the war ended. Remus is my twin brother, I was there when he was attacked and was nearly bitten as well. But our father arrived and scared the werewolf away" I explain.
"Hermione, please I am asking you not to tell any of the students about Remus. The staff already knows and Dumbledore trusts him & me. Can you keep his and my secret?" I ask her. She chews her lip and nods her head. "Now run along, I have to finish all this marking if I want to watch the match tomorrow" I tell her.
"Ok, good bye professor" she says and leaves. I finish marking the papers. Then go to dinner before going to my brother's office. We put wards around it and I turn into a unicorn. He soon turns and we greet each other happily before curling up & falling asleep.
(Next day at the match)
It's bucketing down with rain as Gryffindor faces Hufflepuff in the first match of the season. I'm sitting in an empty stand with a shaggy black dog beside me. Remus could not make it as he is still weak from last night. "Flies just as good as Prongs" I say with a proud smile as we watch Harry fly by. Padfoot nods his head in agreement.

"How about after this, we go for a run in the forest" I suggest. He gives me a doggy smile. Before we turn our focus back onto the match. As Harry and the Hufflepuff Seeker Cedric Diggory disappear into the clouds after the snitch.
"Go Harry!" I hear Hermione yell and smile. The other players continue to play. Ignoring the seekers. Currently Gryffindor is fifty points up. But if Cedric catches the snitch Hufflepuff will win the match.
Suddenly the air becomes cold and I look up. A flash of lighting lights up the sky. To reveal Harry falling, Cedric holding the snitch and dementors closing in on the pitch. "Aresto Momuntem!" Dumbledore yells slowing Harry's descent.
"Expecto Patronum!" I yell and my unicorn patronus chases the dementors away from the pitch. "Go, I'll check on Harry and write to you tonight. Be careful" I tell Padfoot before racing down to the pitch. McGonagall had conjured a stretcher and Flitwick had levitated Harry onto it. McGonagall and I head to the hospital wing while Dumbledore goes to lecture the dementors. Flitwick went in search for Harry's Nimbus with the Gryffindor team and his friends. While Hufflepuff celebrated their victory halfheartedly.
"No broken pains, he should make a complete recovery. But I'll have him stay the night for observation. Also to make sure he has plenty of chocolate" Madame Pomfrey states. We nod our head and I went to my office. I wrote a quick note and sent it to Sirius. Before going to tell my brother about the match.
"Is Harry alright?" he asks me.
"Yes, but he won't be happy about losing the match. This is the first time Gryffindor has lost with him playing as seeker in a match" I state. He nods his head in understanding. "How are you feeling?" I ask him.
"Better, I'll be returning to teaching on Monday" he states.
"That'll make your students happy. Snape gave them homework and it sounds like no one is happy about it" I tell him.
"I'll be sure to assure them that they need not do it, what was the subject?" he asks me curious.
"Werewolves" I state.
"Trying to expose me without saying anything. Sneaky, but I think only Hermione will join the dots" he states. "I just pray she won't look at me differently" he states.
"She won't, she already came to me" I tell him. "She has agreed to keep the secret" I assure him. He smiles and we decide to have dinner in his office. We talk about our parents and about other random things.

Dauntless: Origins
Snow white hair, blue eyes, pale. Devil, monster, mutt, failure. This story follows one Tyr Faeron, crown prince, heir primus and mass murderer. A wrathful, angry, and lost young man that has made it his goal to hunt down the men that killed his mother - and he is on the cusp of finishing the promise he'd made before her cairn stones so many years ago. On the surface he is duplicitous, whimsical, and base of cunning - but within the depths beyond the many masks he wears, something is waiting. Waiting for an end, the end he'd come to long for, whether it be to himself or any possible threats in his vicinity. After that long labor of vengeance is completed... Nobody knows, not even him - an arrogant and otherwise solitary individual with nothing in the way of friends - only the brothers of the blackguard who follow him through life as he pursues this mission. He was born a prince, but he'd be called a disappointment - failing to manifest the great power that he was born to before being summarily discarded by his father, a 250 year old 'primus'. That word again... Men who can shatter mountains and level cities, that's what he was supposed to be. Some call them demi-gods, all Tyr sees is a poor excuse for a parent. Time had made him bitter, cruel, and arguably psychotic - seeing only enemies wherever he looks. They'd come for him, too, one day - to wipe the slate clean and make room for another - and it's his conviction to ensure that he dies while taking as many of those rats with him. This is a story about finding acceptance, growth, and understanding - from the point of view of a cold and brutal individual who wears many masks. Of someone who was born to be the greatest emperor the eastern continent has ever seen - but he failed in that. Strong, yes, but only in the context of a man - Tyr's magic is weak. His convictions are weak. He has been made a beast of instinct by loss and a constant confronting of his own impotency in the face of his father. A mythos that stretches across planes, of magic, a pantheon of cruel gods. Of someone who's dedicated his entire mind to the art of killing a man, and none to living a normal childhood or coming to understand friendship, empathy, or compassion. The first five years of his life a mystery, a hole none have ever been willing to fill, leaving him warped and twisted. His formative years gone and what must've been most of his humanity along with it. Now 17, he is on the cusp of leaving the city he'd never been permitted to leave for what might be the first time in his life. Always searching, though he won't know what for, for some time. An episodic that follows experience and symbolism rather than a never ending series of battles - where the conflict lay in constantly searching for wholeness in lieu of great villains or heroes. This is where it all started, the origin, the tale told a million times - and yet it hadn't been, 'reality' is tricky like that. The greatest lie ever told by the tongue that speaks is that any of this was real at all.
