Camille's POV

Lily and I are on our way to breakfast when we pass the marauders. "Hey Evan..." James starts to say and she curses him by pointing her wand behind her. "Shit!" I hear him curse and see him holding his face.

"Fantastic curse connection today, Evans. Bravo!" Sirius calls as Peter claps.

"Fuck you Black" she says.

"Come on Prongs you're blocking the hallway" I hear Remus mumble.

"Fuck you all" James replies from his spot on the floor.

"A little harsh don't you think?" I ask Lily. "He was just saying hello" I tell her.

"Maybe, but it was entertaining" she says smirking.

"Who are you and what have you done with Lily Evans?" I ask. We giggle as we enter the great hall. We go sit across from Alice and Frank. "Hey you two" I say smiling.

"Morning Camille, Lily" Alice says smiling.

"Hi" Frank says waving slightly.

"Morning Alice and Frank" Lily says as she prepares her plate. Axel appears and jumps onto my shoulder as I grab some pancakes. "I'm going to the library at lunch with Severus, is that ok?" Lily asks Alice and I.

"Of course, I was going to hang with my brother and his friends anyway" I tell her.

"You mean Sirius" Alice says making a kissy face and I blush. "Besides Frank is taking me out on a picnic as today is a nice day" she states.

"More like you're going to make out under a tree" I tease and Frank blushes.

"Whatever" Alice says waving it away.

"Can you pass the syrup Frank?" I ask and he does so. The rest of breakfast was uneventful. We then went to Transfiguration before I had a free. Which ended with me doing homework for Transfiguration. Honestly it's the first day and lesson & we already get homework. But it is our OWL year. Which McGonagall spent fifteen minutes talking about explaining her expectations for us and what grade we have to get to do NEWT transfiguration.

Professor Sprout and Grubbily-plank gave the same lecture about OWLs in their classes. It was lunch time and I was about to sit in between James & Sirius. But Sirius pulled me onto his lap. "There are plenty of chairs available" I tell him.

"But I want you on my lap" he states and I roll my eyes.

"So what's the next prank going to be?" I ask.

"Pink and Purple Slytherins" James says smirking.

"Been there done that" I say bored. "Why not prank Filch? I'm sure we could get Peeves to help" I suggest smirking.

"Brilliant idea" Sirius says kissing my cheek tenderly. We spend the rest of lunch eating and discussing ways to prank Filch. When lunch finished we settled on everytime he tried to get into a broom cupboard it'd be locked. Simple I know, but it'll drive him crazy. Especially when Peeves has been making messes all over the school.

Sirius and I were working to Potions when we ran into his younger brother. "Lupin can I speak to you?" he asks ignoring Sirius.

"Sorry Regulus, we're on our way to class maybe some other time" I tell him. All he does is nod his head and walks off. "Don't worry Sirius, I can handle your brother" I assure him kissing him gently.

"I know, I just don't want anything to happen to you" he states. We enter Slughorn's class room and he gives us a lecture on OWLs. Before he had us make a draught of peace by ourselves. Only Lily, Severus and I did it properly. After class he gave us a homework on moonstones and their uses in potion making. We then had Charms and I then had Arithmancy before it was dinner time.

After dinner I went to the library with Remus to do our homework for the day. As well as get a head start on our potion essays. While the other three went to tell Peeves our plan to prank Filch. Remus and I worked until nine thirty before returning to the common room. Where James told us Peeves would help with the prank. We got the others to do some homework before going to bed.

But before that James reminded me of quidditch tryouts this weekend. He is now captain of the Gryffindor team. We need a new chaser, beater and keeper. So everyone is trying out, including current players. Sirius of course he made deputy captain.

Anyway I enter my dorm quietly so as not to wake the other two. I change into my winter pj's before going to brush my teeth. I give Axel a small pat before crawling under the scarlet covers. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit my two soft pillows.
