Camille's POV

It is team for the first quidditch match of the season Gryffindor vs Slytherin. Who have a new captain named Steve Laughalot who is a chaser. Emma Vanity nearly became captain, but is just Seeker as she is her second year. But she may get the position next year as Steve is in his final year and she is a natural flier and leader.

I'm nervous about the match and I could tell the other two are too. But they are hiding it well and Remus is trying to get me to eat. "You better at least have one piece of toast Lupin" David (Gryffindor team captain) tells me. Sighing I take a piece of buttered toast and begin to ate it. David smiles before heading over to the rest of the team; Jack (beater), Jess (chaser) and Allie (chaser).

When we finished breakfast we all head down to the pitch. Peter and Remus went up to the stands to get a good seat. Allie and I got changed in a separate room to the boys. I put my hair up in a ponytail, Allie didn't have to as she has short hair. We then joined the team and David gave his pregame speech.

"Just fly fast and shoot straight, we can't lose" he states.

"Play well" we all say joining our broom handles together before following David out onto the pitch. David shock hands with Steve before we all kicked off the ground hard taking to the sky. The balls are released and the game begins as I start my search for the snitch. But I also watch to see how Emma flies.

I can tell she has a faster broom, but that she has problem with sharp turns and braking. But I knew if we were in a race for the snitch she'd win. So I know I have to out smart her some how. I tune into the commentary to hear Sirius get a Steve with a bludger. Also that the score is tied twenty all.

Then I thought of an idea of how to out smart Emma and fawn seeing the snitch. She takes the bait and follows focus souly on me. So when I make a sharp turn avoiding a bludger it gets her in the stomach. Knocking her off her broom, lucky she is only four feet off the ground.

I fly back up to the sky as Madame Pomfrey examines Emma giving her the clear to continue playing after giving her a potion. Emma glares at me with a death stare before flying away. Gryffindor are now thirty points ahead when I spot the snitch for real.

When I zoomed towards it Emma did not follow me until Steve yelled "she's spotted the snitch for real Vanity!" So she flies after me, but it is to late for her to catch me. As I close my hand around the straggling snitch and raise above the game holding it up.

"Camille Lupin has caught the snitch, Gryffindor wins" the commentator announces. My team fly over and pull me into a hug as we slowly lower ourselves to the ground. Once we reached the ground James and Sirius put me on their shoulders while I laugh. They carry me to the castle before putting me down as Remus and Peter join us.

"That was amazing Camille" James states.

"Did see the way she hit the ground, boom" Sirius laughs.

"I'm proud of you Cami and our parents will be too" Remus smiles.

"You all did well" Peter squeaks.

"Thanks guys, but James that first goal was awesome and Sirius the way you hit Steve with that bludger was amazing" I tell them. "So let me guess? Party in the common room tonight?" I ask the whole team.

"Is there any other way to celebrate our victory?" Jack and Jess ask me. They are fourth year fraternal twin brothers. Jack has brown hair and Jess has red hair, but they both have green eyes. Allie smiles wrapping her arm around Jack, her boyfriend of two months. Allie has auburn hair and blue eyes. David has dirty blonde hair and light brown eyes.

"You'll handle the food and drink?" David asks them.

"Sure, do you two want to come?" Jess asks James and Sirius. They both nod their heads before leaving with Jess and Jack. Allie then grabbed my arm saying she'd help me get ready for tonight. I frowned at her, we still have two hours before the party. But say nothing as she drags me back to my dorm where Alice, Marlene and Lily were waiting. Allie's two dorm mates join us and all seven of us get ready together. But Allie left with her room mates to get dress in their dorm.

(Party)

I watch Alice dance with Frank and they are both smiling brightly. Lily and Marlene had already called it a night. So has Peter and Remus, so I decide to call it a night. When someone grabs my hand and pulls me to the makeshift dance floor. I look up to see a smiling Sirius and giggle shaking my head. He had trying to get me to dance with him all night.

"Thanks for encouraging me to join the team" I tell him.

"Anytime, besides you're a natural" Sirius smiles. I like it when he smiles, much better then his annoying smirk. "Camille do you think we could ever be like that?" he asks looking at Alice and Frank. I look at them and smile gently seeing them cuddled up on the same chair.

"Maybe, if you can ever stop flirting and be serious" I state.

"But I am Sirius" he says smirking and we laugh quietly. "Please give me a chance Camille" he begs. I think about it weighing up the pros and cons.

"If you can get Axel to like you without food and gain Remus' permission along with my father. Then we can talk about a relationship" I tell him. Then peck his cheek before saying "goodnight" and heading up the stairs to the girls dorms. I fall asleep quickly after changing clothes and brushing my teeth.

(Marauders dorm) Remus' POV

"So how'd it go?" James asks Sirius as they both enter the room.

"It went well, we spoke had a laugh and she kissed my cheek" Sirius states. Peter is a sleep and I was reading a book.

"Who?" I ask him as I close my book.

"I got Camille to dance with me and asked if we'd ever be like Frank & Alice. She said maybe if I stopped flirting and could be serious" Sirius explains.

"But you are Sirius" James states and they both chuckle.

"So I asked her to give me a chance. But she said I had to have yours and Axel's approval along with your dads'. Then maybe we could talk about a relationship then kissed my cheek goodnight" Sirius finishes.

"You already have my approval, I know you'll never hurt her. But gaining Axel's and Dad's maybe harder. It won't be impossible though" I assure him. We all change go to sleep in out separate beds.
