Camille's POV

"You got our vault key Cami?" Remus asks as he enters my room. We were going school shopping today then going over to James' for dinner. Remus actually told me we'd met the others in Diagon Alley. I'm just glad my robes from last year still fit me, so I don't have to go to Madame Malkin's with a bunch of boys.

"Yes I do" I say showing it to him before putting it in my inside jacket pocket. Dad was going to drop us off at the Leaky Cauldron on the way to the ministry. While Mum was at work already. "You have our supply lists?" I ask him.

"Right here" he states handing them to me and I place them in my bag. "Let's go Cami" he says and I follow him downstairs. Dad asked if we were ready and had everything as he met us at the front door.

"Yes, oh one second" I say raising a finger. "Axel" I call upstairs and the ferret runs down towards us. He climbs up onto my shoulder and I give him a pat. "Now we have everything" I tell them and they chuckle. We get into a taxi and it drives us to the Leaky Cauldron.

"Ok, behave and we expect you home at ten thirty the latest" Dad reminds us. We nod our heads and enter the pub. Remus leads us strait through to the back and takes out his wand tapping the wall three times. I then lead him to Gringotts so we could get some money from our family vault, vault 722.

"Remus and I wish to enter our families vault" I state when we reach Gringotts. We were at the front reception desk.

"Do Miss and Mr Lupin have their key?" the goblin asks. I held it out to him and he took it. "Very well, I'll have some escort you down" he states handing the key back to me. The other goblin appeared and took us down where we filled both our small money bags. I thanked the goblin when we were back on ground level before Remus and I left.

"Ok first two stops the joke shop and Quality Quidditch Supplies" I state. Remus grumbles, but doesn't object when I say "then I'll buy you a copy of Hogwarts A History."

"Deal" he states smiling and we enter Gambol & Japes Wizarding Joke Shop. I got some prank supplies and a book on old wizarding pranks. We then went to Quality Quidditch Supplies so I could get myself a broomstick.

"Remus, Camille" James and Sirius call as we enter the store.

"Hey you two" I smile hugging them both.

"We got you a super early birthday present" James says smiling as Sirius holds out a package to me.

"My birthday isn't until March" I remind them confused.

"We know, but you'll need this if you are going to try out for the Quidditch team with us" Sirius explains.

"You didn't" I say in awe looking at the package.

"We did, go on open it" James and Sirius state. I do so to see they got me one of the best racing brooms around. A Nimbus 1700 with my name engraved in it.

"This means a lot to me guys thank you so much" I say hugging them both.

"Be sure to practice with it before try outs" James tells me. "You could start tonight before dinner" he suggests.

"Sure, but I get Sirius on my team" I tell him.

"No far, I was about to see the same thing" James states pouting. "Now I have to choose between Peter and Remus. No offense Remus, but neither of you are that good at flying" James states holding his hands up.

"We'll be even then as Sirius can't fly with one hand" I tell him.

"I'll have you know I've been practicing" Sirius states. "Now where to next?" he asks after buying a beaters bat. Yeah he was trying out for beater, while James and I were trying out for Chaser.

"Book store" Remus states and the other two groan. I giggle as I jump on James' back and he carry's me to the store. I then spotted Lily talking to Alice and jumped then before running over to them.

"I missed you guys" I told them as I pull away from our group hug.

"You saw me last week" Lily reminds me.

"You said you had a family problem" Sirius states as he appears at my side.

"I'll see you two on the train" I tell the girls and they leave. "I already had plans with Lily before you or James owled me" I state facing Sirius. "I didn't tell you because I knew James likes her and would ask me to ask her about how she feels about him. No offense to you, but you can't keep a secret from James" I explain.

"I understand, just wish you trusted me" he states giving me a hug. I give him a smile then make him carry both our books along with the one I was getting Remus. "Want am I? A trolley?" he asks.

"No just a good friend and gentleman" I state smiling as we head back downstairs. I paid for my books and he paid for his. "I don't see the others" I tell him as I look around. Axel had fallen asleep in my hoodie awhile ago. So I couldn't have him go find Remus and the others.

"Why don't we get an ice-cream then go to the Apothecary" Sirius suggests.

"Sure, why not" I say and we leave the store together. "I just hope Remus doesn't ruin my new broom" I state.

"I'd be worried if Peter had it" Sirius states and we laugh together. That's the thing about Sirius, he can always make me laugh. But is still a major flirt only with me though, which is weird. "You know my brother is starting this year" he tells me as we wait for our ice-cream.

"I didn't know you had a brother" I state.

"We used to be real close, until I started school and was sorted into Gryffindor" he explains.

"I noticed everyone seemed surprised that you were Gryffindor, why is that?" I ask.

"Everyone in my family has been in Slytherin for centuries" he states.

"So you're the black sheep in your family" I say trying to lighten the mood.

"Yeah, guess I am" he chuckles. My choc-chip and his honeycomb ice-cream arrives. "You know this is the first time we've been alone" he states casually. I think about it and nod my head in agreement. "So tell me about yourself" he states.

"Can you keep a secret?" I ask him and he nods his head. "There's something about me no else knows, except for my family and probably Mister Ollivander" I tell him. "I can't tell you here, but I'll tell you when we reach James'" I assure.

"I can wait" he states and we finish our ice-cream. Then head to the Apothecary where we found the other two with Peter. We all finished our shopping and went to the floo network fire place. "This is simple, all you have to do is grab some powder and through it into the fire saying your destination" Sirius explains to Remus & I.

"Potter manor" James states demonstrating as he disappears in green flames. I grabbed my broom and supplies to go next. I sent Remus a wink and smiled at Sirius and Peter.

"Potter manor!" I shout and I was swallowed by green flames.
