Bulma lands the plane at capsule corp
Bulma:wait here
Trunks:um ...ok
Bulma runs into the back and then inside capsule corp
Trunks leans back into his seat resting his chin on his hand with his elbow on the arm rest
Trunks:now what and what's with this shopping trip... Seems kinda pointless to me
Shiki:a mother wanting to spend time with her son
Trunks:mm... Still doesn't answer the question of what to do while I wait for mother
Hyōrinmaru:well.... We could ... Just talk I guess or we could try and play another card game if you promise not to pull what you did last time
Trunks:.... I'm not apologizing
Shiki:she's just jealous that you used another dragon
Hyōrinmaru:I am not
Bulma:sorry about that trunks
Trunks: no it's fine but could you tell me what it is we stopped here for
Bulma:Oh I just had to drop off younger you
Trunks:what
Bulma:didn't you notice I had your baby self with me the entire time he's a bit tired so your grandpa and grandma are keeping a eye on him while he sleeps
Trunks:shouldn't we bring him with us then... I mean what if he wakes up
Bulma:don't worry your grandparents can handle it trunks now let's go

Bulma is walking through a mall with trunks following close behind looking around
Trunks:apparently malls in the db verse aren't that different from my orginal world... Neat
Trunks sees something and walks over to it as bulma begins talking
Bulma:so anyway trunks I hope you've at the least enjoyed yourself here I'm sure things here are a lot different then what you're used to but I hope you've at least enjoyed it even if it has been constant fighting ......

Bulma looks behind her after not getting a reply and she notices that Trunks isn't behind her anymore
Bulma:Trunks... TRUNKS WHERE'D YOU GO... Ahh you've got to be kidding me huh
Bulma notices a bit of purple hair sticking out from everyone else as she moves to it
Bulma:trunks what are you......
Bulma sees trunks pick up a sharp knife with a smile on his face
Bulma:eh?
Trunks:not to bad actually
Bulma:trunks what are you doing we're supposed to be clothes shopping
Trunks doesn't reply instead just checking out the knife
Hyōrinmaru:you don't need it
Trunks:doesn't mean I don't want it
Shiki:why wouldn't he need it what if he loses you in combat that kinda hurts both of us and at least this way one of us is still useful
Hyōrinmaru:have you forgotten about ki blades
Shiki:no but and I think this will be 2 against 1 ki blades are fine and all but nothing is quite like a actual blade
Hyōrinmaru:*sigh*
Bulma looks at trunks examining the knife and finally she let's out a sigh
Bulma:well... Why not
Bulma:excuse me how much for this
Trunks looks at his mother who begins talking with the clerk in the end trunks is now walking out with a new knife and bulma is leading him to the clothes again
Trunks:you didn't have to do that
Bulma:well... I wonder about that you seemed pretty invested in that knife still you have a sword so I don't see the need for a knife
Trunks let's out a chuckle and scratches the back of his head as bulma smirks
Bulma:but no more distractions young man let's go
Thirty minutes later trunks is carrying about 20 bags of clothes
Trunks:isn't this a bit much

Trunks:oh no
Bulma:what do you think for a new jacket... Blue or black I mean you're wearing blue now so maybe a change would be good
Trunks:a new jacket to... I'm not used to this I need a escape..
Bulma:well trunks which one I guess I could just get you both
Trunks:actually.... What about that one
Trunks nods his head getting bulma to turn around and looks for what trunks Is referring it
Trunks:look up
Bulma:... A red one huh
Trunks:I mean ... Why not
Bulma reaches to pull it down doing so bulma notices the material
Bulma:leather to mm
Bulma turns to trunks and holds the jacket up
Bulma:guess it wouldn't look to bad hard to say with all the bags though... Well alright we'll get all three
Trunks:WHY
Another thirty minutes go by and trunks has put the bags in the plane..
Trunks:that sucked
Shiki:not like the bags were heavy
Hyōrinmaru:still there are a lot of them
Bulma:alright that's about it so what did you think
Trunks:I think we got to muc-
KABOOM!!!
Trunks turns around looking for what blew up seeing the mall on fire and collapsing
Bulma:what happened
Trunks runs past her
Bulma:TRUNKS WAIT . ... Why does it feel like future me has to say that a lot

Although I plan for him to refine his techniques and increase his repertoire. - You can guess from the name, but there will not be too much action in the dungeon itself. Plus, the dungeon has been fully built, so not too many things will be added either. The whole idea is to kill potential intruders before they enter the Dungeon. - This will be more like a Kingdom building story, than a Dungeon Building one. MC will try to dominate his surroundings so that he can keep his Dungeon safe. - There will be Slice of life elements, since realistically speaking, events aren't supposed to happen all the time. - This work is inspired, to a certain extent, by Murayama-sama's Overlord Light novel. Minus the 'emotionless' undead MC, and the premise of misunderstandings. The NPCs will also be aware that they were characters in a game, that came to life for some reason, so no need for MC to role-play to pull the wool over the eyes of his own allies. Also, unlike Overlord, there is a chance for the cast of characters to increase through a built-in gacha system(This is not a spoiler, this will literally be explained in the first few chapters.), except that the rates are absolutely abysmal, so it won't happen frequently. Maybe I'll use a poll to decide the next ally? We'll see.

Please be aware: Prio's Notable Past is written as part of Royal Road's Writathon 2021, I recommend using the "Read Later" button and read it after the marathon, as I may be shuffling around and writing additions to all the chapters throughout the marathon.
