Trunks is heading to the past as bulma sees him off as the time machine lands in the past trunks senses goku's energy drop tremendously
Trunks:so over there huh
Trunks puts the time machine into its capsule form and into the case before flying off to where goku and the others are
Meanwhile
Goku is getting choked out with a large as Android on top of him as Vegeta kicks the Android in the face and sending it flying off of goku he then kicks goku to piccolo who catches goku and piccolo then tosses goku to yamacha to take home so goku can take his medicine
After chasing number 20 who unknowingly to the z fighters is Doctor gero trunks arrives
Trunks:sorry I'm late...what the hell
Piccolo:Trunks what are you doing here
Vegeta proceeds to have a realization that trunks is his son
Trunks:WHY THE HELL ARE YOU FIGHTING DOCTOR GERO
Shocked faces all around
Vegeta:What do you mean doctor gero that's the Android
Trunks:no it isn't
Piccolo:yes it is
Trunks:NO IT ISN'T
GERO:YES I AM
Trunks:You stay out of this
Tien:how is this not one of the androids that kill us
Krillin:you said two androids
Tien:and we've been fighting two
Trunks:I know what I said but that's not one of them
Vegeta:why didn't you tell us what they look like then
Trunks:I only ever met the two
Vegeta:Well look at that SO DID WE
Bulma then comes flying in
Gero:and there's my door
Gero blows up bulma plane as trunks saves her and baby trunks but let's yajirobe fall to the ground
Trunks:are you ok
Bulma:AHH WHERE'S MY BABY
trunks:he's right here in my arms

Bulma:oh thank you
Vegeta:DAMN IT HE GOT AWAY AGAIN
Trunks stands up and watches Vegeta
Bulma:so question why was doctor gero here
Vegeta:ok first the boy now you what Is the meaning of this gero business you said he dies didn't you
Trunks:yes I did say that but I think my traveling back in time and fighting freeza was enough for gero to worry about possible threats to his plan... So he likely made more androids. Or as I call them artificial humans And he turned himself into one as well
Vegeta:well that's all nice but how about the next time you come back to give someone a heads up GIVE THEM A FUCKING PHOTO OR DESCRIBE THEM
Trunks sighs
Shiki: .... I'm going to kill him
Zanpakuto spirit:I wish we could but at least he gets better
Vegeta:because of you and your mother
Bulma:wha
Vegeta:we've lost gero so he's probably back at his lab by now and god only knows where that is
Bulma:I know where that is
Vegeta:you do!?
Bulma:last I checked he should have a lab in the mountains north of north city

Trunks then flies off to catch up to Vegeta

Piccolo:yeah uh... No point hiding it like he said so that guy is the future version of your baby
Bulma:oh wow he grows up to be a real cutie doesn't act anything like his father either must be my more dominant gene's

Trunks catches up to Vegeta who looks behind him
Vegeta:if you want to help you could start looking around
Trunks:do you even know where you're going
Vegeta turns his head
Vegeta:I do so why don't you make yourself useful and go down and look around try not to die kid
Trunks:will you listen there's no way as you are that you could beat the artificial humans
Vegeta:just say androids boy
Trunks:GR FINE YOU CAN'T BEAT THE ANDROIDS It will take the two of us to do it
Vegeta:you even try and assist me in this battle and you'll be my enemy
Vegeta then flies faster
Trunks:stubborn asshole I'm going to let 18 break your arm
Trunks flies a little bit quicker as well catching back up to his father
Vegeta:absurd not only is he keeping up but he's not transforming either.. Not to mention that fact that he's a super saiyan and at his age to... Then again he is my son
The two continue flying for about 30 minutes until they feel krillin raise his ki followed by piccolo and Tien heading to him the father son duo fly towards the others landing right outside geros lab
Vegeta:so what's going on here what are you having a party
Piccolo:must be because you're late
Vegeta:only because of this brats back seat flying
Trunks:oh yeah sure blame it on me
Vegeta:BOY YOU BEHAVE BACK THERE WHILE THE ADULTS TALK
Trunks:I'M NOT A KID
Meanwhile in the lab
18:jesus they're loud
Gero:And you NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THEM
18:i dunno we may need some help
18 looks at another pod and begins walking over to it
Vegeta then proceeds to blast the door down allowing everyone to see the androids
Vegeta:I take it those are the big bad androids
Trunks:oh for the love of
18:mm
18 shrugs and begins messing with the pod as gero begins to yell at her until 17 kills gero following cannon trunks blasts at them but doesn't transform and he makes sure that the blast is weak enough to not do any harm

Both challenges to those native to this world, and against other people have come from earth. Author's comment: I'll be uprfont with you on the entire war thing that the description hints at. Yes it will eventually happen, and many of the strange and out of place things in the beginning will tie into that. Not that it will be explained until much later in the novel. In fact the first 100 or 200 chapters will be spent on the main character growing stronger as an adventurer before the entire war even begins to start rearing its ugly head. So for those eager for the war to kick off sorry, but there won't be a big explosive war so early. At least not with the empire (although if you read carefully you may be able to pick up signs of how close the war is with what happens in the story). But the wait (I hope) will be worth it as it will be diving into some of the stuff a otherworlder in a significant position of power could do with the right knowledge. With that little warning over with I hope you enjoy this novel of mine. Its my first actual attempt at writing a story for people to read so please keep that in mind. If you have any criticism please tell me. I'd love to read them and will be using them to help me in improving my writing quality as time goes on. Experience is the best teacher after all.
