Why am I being like this?

Why this feeling is eating me from inside?

I glanced to my front where Y/n was sitting quietly and eating her dinner. It had been three days since that incident. The cops immediately took her to the hospital after that, but she was declared dead by the doctors.

That halmeoni was called according to legal procedures, and the case was finally closed. Y/N seems better than she was before after meeting that halmeoni.

Though many things happened in the past, my mind always avert to that one scene. My inner turmoil is getting stronger by that day only.

*Flashback*

Just after Jungkook ran upstairs, I also ran after him. The sudden blackout on the screen was horrifying.

But the moment I reached there, my feet went numb. I stared at the scene unfolded in front of me.

Y/n was hugging Jungkook.

I knew it wasn't a big deal, but I felt jealous all of a sudden. The room was a mess with cops and a team trying to control the situation. I felt heaviness seizing me.

"Are you fine y/n '?" Suddenly Suga hyung's voice pulled me out of my thoughts. I looked up. The cops were already out with sasaeng and only we were there. The hyungs were standing around Y/n with concern.

"Yeah." she faintly said as she moved from Jungkook's embrace.

"She needs rest, " Hobi hyung said. "C'mon let's go," He added and everyone nodded in unison. We were on our way back to our rooms ...but only one thought was in my mind...

I wanted to be at Jungkook's place. ....

*Flashback ends*

"YAH! JIMIN-AH!!!!" someone yelled near my ear.

"N-ne..." I looked up from the plate, startled.

"Where are you lost? I called your name for the 100th time, for god's sake." Jin hyung seemed annoyed.

"Mianhae hyung, " I apologized. We were actually having our last dinner here. We are supposedly going back by late-night flight.

"Gwenchana.."He said and continued eating.

"You need to shift back by tomorrow only"

Manager Sejin's words replayed in my head. It was actually our last day together as well...

What should I do about my feelings then?

Y/n Pov

I was gathering my belongings back in the suitcase, and so does Eunji. Everything happened so suddenly and unexpectedly. Just yesterday the case got closed finally and halmeoni was there. The cops said the reports suggested Soohyun was suffering badly from erotomania and bipolar disorder. That was partly because of her upbringing conditions.

Halmeoni was crying so badly and was blaming herself.

She was her granddaughter, after all...

She was taken for more regulations and the only family member of Soohyun for her rites.

After I was done with my work, I was now sitting on the garden bench. We didn't actually get time to sit properly after that. This may be the...probably last meet, if he comes.

I'll miss him.

Miss everyone, to be honest, more than ever now. Because now I know them personally.

"Y/N?"

A small smile made its way over my lips as I waved to him.

"Jimin-ssi!" A sense of excitement was in my voice. I will kind of miss these meetings...

"The stars look pretty today." He said as he sat next to me and looked up at the sky.

"Yeah," I agreed as I looked up, too.

"Are you fine ?" He asked me with a genuine concern in his eyes.

"I'm good. It's been a hectic week for you as well, what about you? "

"It's mixed emotions, honestly. I really wanted to show you Jeju since it's your first time, but manager Sejin..." He said with a little sadness.

"Maybe Jeju's visit with Y'all isn't in my book." I shrugged.

"It's been a long to forget you, you know," Jimin whispered.

"hmm?"

"Oh! Shooting Star!" Jimin exclaimed.

" I saw it too!" The other moment, I closed my eyes and made a wish. I know it's cliche but I believe...

I opened my eyes and turned right, only to meet with dark brown orbs staring at me deeply.

Our faces were just mere inches apart.

When we get this Close!!!?!

No one made any movement.

Are we having a staring contest?

"Did you wish anything ?" I asked, turning my head back and maintaining distance.

"you.." He said.

"Huh!?"
