When we went past him I sighed in relief I didn't even realize that my heart was beating so fast. I think that it was because I partly felt embarrassed. It seemed as if I wanted or asked for him to like me or something. But right now I don't even care at all, I'm just happy and really proud of myself. I did very well.

"Earth to Baileeeeeeeeeey!" Matt said waving his hand in front of my eyes.

"Oh! Sorry I was just lost in thought. Were you saying something?"

"I said you were cool baby!" he put hand in the air hinting a high five and I gave a high five smiling at him.

I looked at my phone and saw it was the time for us to have a lunch, which would be my breakfast because I couldn't eat in the morning.

We went to the cafeteria to reserve a table because my and Meggy's class (that I didn't go to) was going to end in a couple of minutes and a lot of hungry students are gonna run to the cafeteria searching for empty tables.

"Are you coming to the cafeteria with me or are you having a lunch with Brittany?"

"I'm coming with you, today I want to be with my best friend," he said putting his hand on my shoulder.

"I'm happy to hear that. Let's go there then."

We entered the cafeteria and saw that Meggy was waiting there for us. She saw us and started waving at us.

"Why didn't you call me Megs?" I said hugging her.

"I knew you were gonna come and I decided to kinda surprise you. Surprise!" she said laughing showing her beautiful white teeth. I swear she could easily be in a toothpaste commercial. Believe me, people would by the toothpaste without thinking too much.

"Matty you remember Meggy right?"

"Of course I do. She was the first person who ran away after meeting me," he said laughing.

I saw that Meggy's cheeks were already covered in red. She was embarrassed.

"Relax Meggy he's just joking."

"Guys I'm really hungry. Who's gonna eat with me?" I say expecting both of them to raise their hands.

"Not me."

"Sorry Bay."

"You're no fun. Then stay here and I'm gonna go and stand in line for the food."

Though I was pissed that they wouldn't eat with me I was happy that Meggy wouldn't have any other choice other talking to Matt. They would get to know each other and maybe he'll like her. I really wish for that to happen. She's the best girl out of all the ones he has ever met and dated.

When I saw that the line was so long that if I waited for my turn I would only get food when I turn 87. So, I decided to buy something sweet from the place where people buy coffee.

I head over there and see that Damon is standing in front of me. I look at him and decide to just walk past him.

"Wait angel."

"Can't you just stop calling me that?"

"Nope I can't coz' you're an angel for me."

"That was really funny. Now, bye," I said trying to go, but he started screaming my name in the whole cafeteria and everybody was looking at us now.

"Are you out of your mind Damon?" I said coming closer to him.

"You walk away and I take actions for you not to walk away."

"And do you think it works?"

"Well, the fact is that you're still talking to me then yes."

Ugh I hate these moments when I know that he's right, but I won't give up. He won't know that he was right.

"Angel we need to talk."

"We do? I don't know about you, but I don't NEED to talk to you."

"Okay I need to. I wanna talk to you."

"Listen Damon, and I want to have Steve Jobs' brains, I want to have a date with Leonardo DiCaprio, I want to sing like Whitney Houston and also I wanna get an Oscar right now. Do you see me getting all of those things now? Nope. People don't always get what they want and you're not an exception. Buh-bye."

He grabbed my arm and led the way towards the exit of the cafeteria. After a couple of seconds we were out of the cafeteria.

"Stop doing that dragging me every time I'm not a dog for you."

"Well if you don't listen to me, I have to make you listen to me."

"You idiot, do you know what's the difference between you and the animals?"

"What does that have to do with this situation?"

"Answer me!"

"That they're animals and I'm a human?"

"You're answering like Owen and believe me that's not a good thing. The difference is that you CAN talk and animals CAN'T. You could've just asked me to talk to you."

"I did. Do you have problems with your memory?"

"No I don't have any problems, neither with my memory nor with understanding."

"Oh so the angel was hurt that I told her she had problems with understanding the last time?"

"Damon I'm gonna punch you in the face and that's gonna hurt believe me. Don't get on my nerves even more than you already do."

"Actually I know that it's gonna hurt. It hurt the last time when you punched my stomach for kissing you."

Both of us started laughing. Well, I'm a really good fighter just like Matt.

"After he what?"

I turned my head to see Jenna standing with an angry face.

"You kissed her? Out of the people you kissed HER? I thought we were together Damon! We just got back together and you're doing this to me?"

"Jenna, baby calm down. It was nothing. The kiss didn't even mean anything to me. I've kissed hundreds of girls and here I am dating you right now," he said approaching her and hugging her.

Ouch! He didn't only embarrass me in front of his friends but also in front of his girlfriend? This is too much.

"If you were worried about who he kissed you wouldn't have forgiven him after he kissed your sister. Moreover, a couple of days ago he was kissing Veronica again. Did you know that? Judging from you face you didn't. So, don't stand here with the face of Juliet who's waiting for her Romeo because you're not Juliet and this guy here is certainly not Romeo. Have a great time figuring out your chaotic feelings and relationship. Ciao," I said smiling at both of them.

He was defeated twice in a day. Actually, all of it is his fault. He doesn't even know what he wanted himself. One minute he's saying that he likes me, the other he humiliates me in front of his ex-girlfriend or present girlfriend I don't even know anymore and his friends. Sometimes I think that the guy has a personality disorder.

He has to understand what he wants and then act. I entered back into the cafeteria and saw Matt standing in front of the doors. He has heard all of it.
