i lay under the rain,

sulking below the stars,

and watch eyes that dart,

thinking no one would ever,

see something trashy like me,

as art,

like they have any right to judge,

because they don't who i am,

or where i've been,

or who cut my heart open,

and let all love erupt,

until it became withered,

and i don't think twice,

when i imagine hope,

because love made life,

all one big joke.
