It was engagement day....the house was filled with hustle bustle....while boys were welcoming guest ...girls were still making Nandu ready...whereas Manik was sitting in his room....with a nervous face...and beside him Cabir was fixing his coat..

Manik-yr...is it important to wear this...I mean let's wear something more simple...

Cabur-sorry to break you bubble but if you forgot let me remind you Nandu is a fashionista...and she would be getting ready and to match her level you should look your best...

Manik-offcourse(sighed in disappointment)..m I looking bad??

Cabir-trust me you are looking the best of you have ever looked....and these contact lens are just cherry on top..

Manik faked him smile.....

In girls room...the whole room was a mess...

Nandu-navyu Di not this one i want that light pink Sandles with a flower on its side...

Navya-nandu this will look good too...and anyways it will get hide in your dress..

Nandu-but still I have to be perfect...and that Sandles are perfect...

Navya sighed in defeat and again started searching those Sandles...

Soon everyone got ready...

Manan were supposed to enter together ...soo leaving them all headed towards the venue....

While manan where standing together waiting for thier entry.... Nandu looked at him and was surprised to see his look he was looking hot and handsome.... Manik got conscious and nervous feeling her strong gaze to which she embarrassingly looked down... Manik too looked at her and his breath got hitched seeing her looking ever so beautiful....a blush came on her cheeks feeling his intense gaze.... She looked down in nervousness...

Manik as if understanding her inner turmoil....

Manik-don't worry it's just family... You don't need to be nervous... Everything will be fine...

Nandu looked at him surprised.... But gave him a genuine smile to which he smiled back.....

Manik-a... Woh..... You look beautiful...

Nandu again got surprised and a blush came on her cheeks seeing which he smiled ear to ear..

Nandu- you are looking handsome...

Now it's turn for Manik to blush... He smiled at her blushingly to which she smiled back.... No one would be able to tell that few moments back both were hell nervous.... And see just few exchange of words between them and they forgot all thier nervousness... Maybe this is called a sign of beautiful relationship....

Everyone excluding manan all went down together...and started gretting guest with Vikram...soon lights got dim and here enters the couple of night-time"manan"...they went togheter...hand in hand...strictly ordered by Cabir that they have to look lovey dovey type couple....Manik was feeling nervous before but now he too was smiling while Nandu was ever confident...

They were looking made for eachother...everyone present Thier blessed them...it was a small function with close business associates and family....

Way to the hall where manan walked hand in hand....

They sat on the seat surrounded my Thier family....shravo was sitting between manan....when someone from behind palmed nandu's eyes....

Nandu-what the...who is this??

Person-guess kr...

Nandu-arya...I am gonna kill you...

Arya coming in front ...sorry I know late ho gya but maaf krde...and jiju kaise ho aap??..

Manik smiled at him and said m fine!!..

While Nandu was still sitting with an angry pout...but something came in her mind and guestured him to come forward and whispered something in his ears...Arya nodded in no...but getting a glare from her agreed instantly...everyone who was surronding the couple noticed this and adored the duo while Manik smiled at them....

Soon Arya got down from the stage and took mike in his hands....

Arya-hello ladies and gentlemen ....welcome to the engagement of my sister cum bestie nandini murthy and my new brother Manik malhotra....

manan smiled at him...

Arya -so on this auspicious day....Cabir jiju wants to dedicate a dance to them...so please give a big round of applause...Cabir looked at him in horror while everyone controlled Thier laughter whereas Nandu smiled evily...

Abhi(jokingly)-wow...Cabir you are gonna dance...all the best to our eyes....

Cabir gave him an angry glare to which abhi laughed loudly but his laughter was short lived because...

Arya-and and and abhi Bhai will accompany him...

This time Cabir gave him a smirk while abhi looked at him in horror...both gave an angry glare to nandu who shrugged it off and went towards the stage....

Manik-reason for this prank??(he whispered In her ears)..

Nandu(whispering back)-abhi Bhai woke me early yesterday because of which I was looking tired all day while Cabir jeeju teased you alot....so was just pay back time...

Manik giggled listening to it....while Nandu suppressed her laugh....

On stage soon the lights got dim...and abhi apperead on stage

Abhi and cabir danced on Oh hoo hoo from Hindi medium movie...

They did some crazy steps making everyone laugh and at end drag everyone with them... Everyone danced on it...(sry but was not able to describe dance steps but on sangeet wala update pakka i will do)

Later they again got settled .... Alya came forward and put chunri on nandu's head and did her Teeka..... Navya did manik's teeka...

Soon it was time for ring exchange... As they have already exchanged the rings... They removed it from thier hands..... And gave it to each other...

Manik took her hand in his to which she gave a small smile... Everyone hotted for them.... Nandu took his hand and slided ring in his fingers to which he gave a beautiful smile... Everyone clapped more loudly...

Later they proceeded towards dinning table and got settled down.... And have dinner with lot of leg pulling and teasing... Manan were becoming good friends now.... While nandu was not nervous or angry on something related to her marriage.... A beautiful day came to an end marking the start of a beautiful journey of two souls.....
