It was 9 in the morning...everyone was sleeping because of the journey...Manik,navya and mukti were awake and were sitting in the living room!!Vikram was in the study doing some work...

Navya- all the dresses are here..alya when will decoraters come???

Alya-i have no idea..I guess on the day of function

Manik- don't stress yourself much bhabhi and dii...give me some work..I will do it!..

Navya-uff..this is not the first wedding we are attending...you know in my wedding everything was taken care by abhi and Nandu..I and Cabir was soo free that time...I want Nandu and you too be free..and Manik spend some time with her!!...you know she doesn't opens up easily...you have to work hard to be her friend...

Manik nodded listening to her while Alya while careesing his hairs-i know my brother will do this...and you and Nandu make a great couple together...

Manik nodded shyly...

Manik-i have to wake muku di up...bie..

He ran from there while navya nd Alya laughed on this!!meanwhile Cabir and Dhruv came downstairs...

Cabir-whats so funny please tell me too!!

Navya-nothing...you want coffee???

Cabir- ya...

Alya- dhruv??

Dhruv-ya me too!!..

Navya-i will prepare it!!..

Alya- come I will help you...and let's prepare breakfast too!!

NavyA- cool!!..

They both went from there while cabruv sat and were discussing about the preparation...while Nandu and abhi came in thier night suit...nandu's eyes were still closed and her whole weight was almost on abhi..

Manik who came back calling mukti saw nandini and was lost in her....

Abhi- gud morning guys!!..

Navya who came from kitchen frowned seeing them..-why you both are not ready!!Nandu wake up..

Nandu stood staright at once listening to navya ....

Nandu-dii dekho na...merko nend aayi h and Bhai mujhe jabardasti neeche lee aaye...

Abhi- aare you haven't eat anything since soo long...so just eat something and then sleep again!!..

Navya nodded her head in disbelief while others adored the duo...

Navya-you both!!...get ready in 15 mins otherwise no breakfast!!!...

Nanbhi looked at navya with horror and listening to it ran upstairs...

While others chuckled...

Navya-manik...pls dad ko inform krdo ki breakfast ready hone Wala h toh jaldi kaam finish krke aaye!!..

Manik- Okey dii!!.

He entered in study room to see him busy in work but with a frown...

Manik-uncle aap theek ho??..

Vikram looked at him and nodded in yes...

Manik-uncle...agar kio problem h toh you can share it with me!!...pls consider me like your son !!

Vik-uncle bhi bol rahe ho aur keh rahe ho tum mere bete ho!!...

Manik looked at him with confused face...Vikram guestured him to sit in front ...

Vik-bete...tum mujhe Papa bola sakte ho!!..

Manik looked at him with slight tears...it was something he always craved for...although he never showed neither any of malhotra kid but all they craved for was parents love...a father's protection and a mother's warmth!!..he felt his throat dried...with great difficulty he said-papa!..

Vik smiled lisenting to it-bete...tumhe Maine aise hi apni beti ke liye nahi choose kiya...janta ho woh mere iss decision se khush nhi h par h toh meri jaan.. beti h toh kuch soch ke hi tumhe choose kiya h!!...par fir bhi ek baap Ka dil h chinta toh hoti h!!..tumhe pata h Maine tumhe uske liye kyu choose kiya??..

Manik nodded in no...

Vik-beta Maine tumhe pehli baar ek road pe flower buy krte hoye dekha!!..tumhe dekh ke laga tum bahut aamir ho fir bhi ek bache se flowers buy kr rahe ho!!...kuch din baad Maine tumhe orphanage main dekha jaha main pehle kahi baar jaa chuka ho!!..main tumhare simplicity aur itna paisa hone ke baad bhi inte aache attitude se impress ho Gaya aur apni Nandu ke liye tumhe perfect samjha...dheere dheere tumhare baare main details nikale toh pata chala tum Cabir me dost ho...aur Cabir ke dost matlab tumhe kuch galat hoohi nahi sakta!!...par beta kya tum sach main Nandu ko khush rakh sakte ho??...

Manik-i know Papa...apka pareshan hona correct h...but Papa main toh itne main hi khush ho ki apne mujhe apni princess I mean Nandu ke liye kabil samjha ....Papa aap mujhe itna aache se naa jante ho but Nandu usse toh jante h.. Nandu bahut different h...bahar se tough but andar se utni hi naive...and she can protect herself...u are worried for her na then don't be because your princess is very strong who knows how to protect herself and how to make place for her in everyone's heart...I know she will make that place in everyone's heart and I will make sure she feel comfortable and happy...I am not saying you to trust me but trust your daughter...she will be happy Because she knows how to be happy!!..

Vikram cauld only smile because he was sure that his princess is in safe hands!! Although he was sure before also but manik's word added a little more to this trust!!...

They heard navya calling them and went towards the dinning table...

Everyone was present Thier ...Vikram sat on the head chair while on his left was abhi,mukti and Nandu and on his left was cavya and dhruliya....Manik occupied seat next to nandu...they started thier breakfast with light chit chat when nandu's phone rang bringing a smile on her face!!..everyone noticed it and looked towards her

She immediately picked the phone...

Nandu-wth..I was calling you since so long where are you??..

Guy-doll I am on my way I will just come in few hours...

Manik how was sitting next to her was able to listen Thier convo and frowned on listening doll from somone else....

Nandu-oh..but you should have picked up the phone!!...I was soo worried!!...

Manik felt jealous seeing Nandu caring for someone else ...while she hardly asks about his health!!...she was worried for someone who is not picking up her call!! It was disturbing him...

Guy-doll don't worry I will be back...just wait for me..love you!!!

Nandu- but I hate you...bbye..

Saging this she cut the call...and resumed her breakfast where as Manik was feeling sad and jealous and was finding it difficult to control his emotion...all this was noticed by Cabir who thought to talk to him later!!...

Later in the afternoon ...all the girls were trying outfits whereas Dhruv and abhi were making calls regarding arrangements...Manik was sitting in his room in deep thought..cabir entered to see what he was expecting! A lost manik!!..

Cabir(keeping hand on his shoulder) - manik!!

Manik(came out of his trance) - huh??

Cabir-kya hoya? Kya soch raha h?

Manik-bas yahi ki main nandu ke liye theek toh ho na?

Cab-obvsly...wrna hum kya tujhe Pagal lagte h joh tum dono ki Shaadi decide karenge!!..

Manik- fir bhi!!.. I mean i know nandu wont cheat me but is she in love with someone else??

Cab-apne dil se poch!.kya lagta h usse..

Manik frowned listening to his answer and kept his hand on his heart and repeated the same question in his mind...to which his heart immediately responded no way!she can't cheat me!!!

Cab-kya lagata h aab? Manik it's just that teri aur uski lifestyle different h nothing else... Waise u were feeling jealous right?

Manik immediately looked towards him but then started looking everywhere but not him... It was it for cabir that he doesn't want to share it but his answer is yes!!...

Cabir(chuckling) -it happens!! With everyone!! Even I was in the list...

Saying this cabir left leaving a confused manik behind!
