《The Touch of Infection》Chapter 87: Really pisses me off

Ezhno's eyes burned to look at the tent Carisa was in. He'd convinced Amite on going off with two other soldiers and looking around the area. All the while as he kept an eye on that single tent, waiting for the guard on the watch to leave.
His eyes almost glimmering when he saw the guard finally begin to step away from his post. He took the chance and walked towards it. Letting himself in before he was spotted. His cold gaze landing on Carisa's surprised expression.
"Ezhno? What are you doing here?" She asked her eyes turning dark on him as she remembered Amite's words.
Ezhno took two steps and was already in front of her, his hand shooting out to grab her by the hair as another hand covered her mouth.
He whispered, "You know even before I knew you I had a small tolerance for human, but every time you raised your voice at Amite... no..." he shook his head, "Every time you seemed to act out in front of anyone, that just really pisses me off."
Carisa whimpered feeling herself being lifted by her head, she grabbed her hair, feeling like her head would be ripped off, and her muffled voice unable to say anything, "Hmf... mm."
Ezhno's smile was slowly creeping up his face. He grabbed the gun on his hip and pointed it at her, "But if I get rid of you... I get rid of all humans in one go." He chuckled, "Just think about it, who would want humans then, because the only one who ever seemed to act all friendly is finally gone."
Carisa looked at him as her eyes trailed around the room, trying desperately to find a way to fight back, her hands feeling around her pocket quickly, nothing was to her advantage until a small head picked in through the door. Bavyn's horrified expression before he let out a shrilling scream.

Ezhno's face contorted in anger turning to look at the boy with his gun pointed at him now. Seeing his finger on the trigger Carisa kicked Ezhno. Not even causing him to move as she continued to take swings at him relentlessly. Just to get the attention back on her as Bavyn continued to wail and run over to hit Ezhno. His small hands only managing to tear his clothes as he sunk his teeth into his leg before being kicked across the tent.
Already another Alaois was coming in the tent, his weapon in hand and looking surprised when seeing Ezhno was the menace. His hesitation being his weakness as Ezhno shot his hand, the gun falling out his grasp, as Ezhno grabbed Carisa with one of his hands. Putting her in front of him as his eyes looked at the entrance, his gun at the ready.
"What are you doing?!" The Alaois asked confused to see him, all while grilling his now bleeding hand.
"Shut up and get out!" He yelled, his grip on Carisa leaving a visibly red mark over her covered face.
Carisa was looking over at Bavyn laying on the floor, pointing at him trying to get the other Alaois to help him. He wasn't moving or making any sound, and she was beyond worried, digging her nails into Ezhno's skin to try and pry him off. Only having his other arm reach up to one of her hands and squeeze it until hearing a crack. Her muffled scream and tears streaming down her face as the Alaois tried to walk over, the ground in front of him getting shot.
And Ezhno's face fuming with rage as the other Alaois still saw Carisa's other arm point at Bavyn, he slowly raised his hands, "I'm just getting the kid."

"Go! Get out!" Ezhno screamed, his hands starting to shake slightly, "He wasn't supposed to be here..." he looked at Bavyn a second before backing at the Alaois, "Get out or I won't aim for the floor or your hands."
Carisa sobbed seeing the Alaois begin to turn back just as another was walking in. In the spring of the moment, Ezhno turned his gun at the one walking in and pulled the trigger. His angry expression turning worried as he laid his eyes on the Alaois on the ground her familiar face burning a hole into his chest.
Throwing Carisa aside as he rushed down, "Amite!" Pressing his hand on the wound in her chest he continued to call her.
Carisa had crawled over to Bavyn as the other Alaois who had walked in was already checking him. All the while more Alaois began running in, one of which was Vasin. His eyes falling upon Amite and begging to help, as his eyes scanned the tent.
"Amite! Look at me Amite!" Ezhno screamed in his native tongue, holding her up against him as she groggily mumbled. Vasin tried prying him off to help her, but he wouldn't budge.
Carisa saw Bavyn's eyes slowly open, his small figure crawling over to her, and curling up as he cried. Getting the attention of Vasin just as Ezhno's hand moved and pointing at the two, "It's all your damn fault!"
Just as he pulled the trigger Vasin along with other Alaois restrained him, but the shot had already rung. And a gaping hole on Carisa's side while she gasped for air, looking down at Bavyn who wailed all the louder.
