"YELLOW'S COMING! AND THEY'RE ALSO ON THEIR WAY!"

"Oh my gosh— shut up." Aspyn laughed, shaking her head at Karl's antics. Sapnap giggled in the background. They had been making the joke repetitively for the past hour— the stream had barely started when they had begun the joke.

She placed the four diamonds she had collected into the community chest, and turned to see two members of the yellow team building a bridge above they base. "They're probably TNT'ing." She voiced her thoughts. Aspyn ran back into the forge to grab some gold. She then bought a water-bucket with her six gold and rushed out, towering up a couple blocks before she placed it down.

Water flowed over their hot-dog-shaped bed, just a second before the yellow team dropped a piece of pre-lit TNT.

When they jumped down, it was easy to attack them. Her, Bad, and Karl were in the base already, so it was a 2v3. When they were successfully knocked off, Sapnap returned from the middle. "Wow," he said in awe, "Angel is literally cracked."

She grinned, "I've played this way too much growing up— I just have loads of experience." She can remember the days she'd come home from school and made a beeline right to her kuya's computer. It got to the point where he bought her a gaming laptop for her 14th birthday, just a year before he left to California.

"Uh actually, I'm pretty sure I'm carrying us right now. You're all literally dog water, c'mon. Some help would be nice." Karl retorted with a scoff. He had the highest record out of the four of them for falling into the void, though he wouldn't admit it.

"What the— HOLY SHIT!"

"LANGUAGE!" Bad scolded Sapnap. Today was the first day Aspyn had met Bad— Alex had joined the call when the stream first started, and begged her not to begin scolding him like Bad seemed to do. According to Bad, Aspyn was already his favourite of the three, and she was almost completely sure it was because of the fact that she told him she didn't swear much, barely even.

"HOW DO THEY HAVE DIAMOND ARMOUR ALREADY?"

On my second monitor, Karl squinted at his screen. "You absolute nimrod— they don't have diamond! they're just the blue team." Sapnap had mistaken the blue leather for diamond.

"Oh.. yeah, I knew that."

"They're two different shades of blue. How did you manage to mess that up?" Bad laughed as he continued to protect their base.

Sapnap grumbled, "it was shiny! It was like glimmering under the sun or something." The game chat pops up with

"Wooo! Nice job, Sapnap!" Aspyn cheered as the sound played. It was now only their team, the yellow team, and two greens. Yellow still had their bed, but they were planning on ambushing them.

Apsyn tossed an invisibility potion to Sapnap and crouched in front of him. "Karl and I will run in— if there's a trap, it'll only affect us. Run in a few seconds after." She told him, earning a nod from his cutely-designed character.

"Alrighty wifey." He joked and turned towards the shop to buy some more items. Aspyn bought two more fireballs with her extra iron.

"HEY!" Karl yelled to earn both of their attention. She glanced at his stream to see him sat leaning back on his frequently abused chair, arms crossed with a pout pulling his lips. "Don't call her wifey, she's MY wifey." He gave a false-upset look at the camera. The chat spammed blurringly in amusement.

She rolled her eyes, but laughed nonetheless. She eyed at the game chat, nodding when she read that the green team was eliminated. It was just them and yellow now.

"Okay well," Sapnap starts as him, Karl, and Aspyn began walking to yellow's base. Bad was guarding their base, claiming to 'reinforce the hotdog'. "We're fiancé's, therefore, if she's your wifey, she's mine too."

"Nope, that makes absolutely no sense." Karl refused, despite Sapnap's statement being partly logical. "Okay, don't mess this up Sapnap." Karl said before running straight into yellow's base with an ear-piercing battle cry. He had one knock back stick in his hand— that was all he chose to buy, apparently.

"AHHHHHHHHH."

"Karl— YOU DIDN'T EVEN WAIT FOR ME!" Aspyn yelled as she sprinted in a few blocks behind him. They were immediately hit with blindness and slowness, and swung their weapons recklessly. Karl had bought the dumb whacking stick and continued to swing it around, even managing to hit one member of their team off.

Sapnap was entirely focused on breaking the bed, barely making a noise — even if he did, it probably would not have been heard under Karl's loud taunts and battle cries. "I GOT IT!"

The group cheered when they killed the remaining members, the word "Victory!" displayed across their screens in the typical minecraft font. Aspyn leaned back in her chair, smiling in satisfaction. It was the first game of the day that they won. Not being in streamer mode she heard a ding in the Discord, indicating that someone had joined the call. She grabbed her mouse and switched tabs, seeing 'Dream' now under the list of names in the voice channel.

"That was so cool!" He said to announce his presence. "Like— I did not think— I've never seen you play bed wars, Angel." He had been lurking on the stream for awhile now, and was overly impressed by Aspyn's plays.

"Is that Dream? Hi, Dream."

"Hello!"

"Hi, Dream!" She greeted.

"Angel, you are an absolute beast." He exclaimed, his voice rising a few octaves.

Aspyn blushed at the praise. All her friends seemed to commend her and declare their admiration for her— which was something she wasn't used to. And despite still getting used to the unfamiliar feeling, it felt oddly nice. "Thank you."

"She's actually insane," Karl added. "Like, she's played a lot, so she's really tal- HOLY COW! [Twitch User] thank you for the 100 bomb! I really appreciate that, man!"

Aspyn smiled. She really did believe that all of them deserved the success they got. They were genuine people. And she only knew Karl since October, but he had shown kindness to her since the start. She didn't even know who he was the first day they met, but he was as kindhearted and amiable as he was today. It made sense that he was in Mr. Beast's crew— with his generosity and spirit, he fitted right in.

"That was actually nuts!" Dream continued. "Wait, so do you play Minecraft often, Angel?"

"Well, I suppose." She paused. "I don't do any of your speed-running stuff, but I've been playing for years now." The group laughed.

"You should teach Angel how to speed run," Sapnap chuckled. "It would be a great video."

"Trueeee." Karl added.

"Only if she teaches me how to play bed-wars." He mused. He would love to teach her— not just for the video, but it seemed like it would be fun for the both of them as well.

Aspyn grinned, "that sounds super fun. I'm in."

"STOP STEALING MY FRIEND!" Alex whined right after the discord chime was heard. Like Dream, Alex was also lurking on the stream. "STAY AWAY FROM ANGEL YOU FUCKERS!"

"LANGUAGE!"

"I swear if Angel starts saying language— Bad, you won't hear the last of me." Alex huffed in a false-threatening tone, his voice lowering at the end to add effect.

Aspyn rolled her eyes. "You're so dramatic— all of you, really." She was watching Karl's stream while she spoke to them, laughing when Karl pulled a flabbergasted expression. He pointed to himself, looking at the camera with a look that read 'excuse me?'.

"Hey!"

"Except maybe Bad." She added, laughing at Karl's offended face.

"I think I need to end stream," he mumbled as he feigned a sad expression. He sniffed to add dramatic effect. "I just— I lost my best friend today and I don't think I can stream right now."

The group howled in laughter, and even Karl couldn't hold the sad bit for long.
