《So Into You》Part Seven

Troy wrapped the covers around his body, it was Friday which meant only one day left of school then it's the weekend, he smiled at the thought of sleeping in till late and trying to avoid people he knew from school (well not avoid everyone, there is at least one person from the gang spamming him telling him to meet them somewhere)
But Friday also meant another thing, he promised Gala he would go out with her somewhere, he really didn't want to lie to her saying she was busy, she would of knew, he doesn't have a life outside of school to be busy with anything else.
He got to school at his normal time, which had been the first term this week. And those dreams about Orion has stopped, well at least it doesn't go on for the whole night, he collects his stuff for his locker and walks to home group with the others.
"What do you think Gala has planned?" Jake whispered to him, Troy turned his head to see Gala, quietly chatting to two girls seated next to her.
"I actually have no idea, girl stuff props, haven't been on a proper outing with a girl in ages, not counting the times I went with Emma to those events you all bailed on her"
"Gia could of went but she was stuck babysitting the neighbours kids and it was my sisters first home comp in ages!" He justified
"How did that go?" He asked
"She came second, I was stuck translating most of the event to my little bro, we all know he can speak English he just, doesn't" Jake smirked
Troy laughed, he knew Jakes little brother well, after all the times he's been over there and hearing Jake and him have a full blown argument in Arabic while he just stood there with no idea what they were talking about.

When the home group teacher walked in and all the students went silent.

Gala went up to Troy at first break, she taped his shoulder mid conversation with Jake and Gia. She tapped his shoulder again and he turned around.
"Finally I got your attention Troy" she smiled swishing in between him and Gia, she rolled her eyes "I have a plan for this afternoon here" she hands him a piece of paper with times and activities on it.
Jake took a peek over at the sheet and his eyes widen "my apologies Gala, aren't you going a bit too into this whole thing with Troy?"
"What thing?" Gia questioned
Gala just looked at them "our outing this afternoon, I thought Troy would go on all about it"
"Oh he has, he can't stop talking about how amazing Friday afternoon would be, hanging out with a pretty girl and all" Gala didn't quite get Jakes sarcasm and smiled brightly
"Aww I'm so glad you think that Troy!" She cheered hugging him by the side, Gia just looked away, this was going to end badly "maybe you should hang out with me and my friends, they talk about you all the time, nothing negative"
"I think I have to pass, I'm fine here with my own friends" he apologised to her
"That's fine" her voice broke "I'll see you after to school then" she walks off
"So I'm guessing that crush on Orion is gone" Jake smirked
"Well, He's still in my dreams, sometimes he's only there for a second, but-"
"Even if he rejected you still like him?" Jake questioned
"Talk about yourself Jake" Gia exclaimed, he went silent
"Just cause I'm hanging out with Gala after school doesn't mean I lost all interest in him" Troy confirmed

"Are you sure Gala just wants to hang out with you?, nothing else?" Gia wondered
"If she gets too clingy just start telling her about your cat" Jake joked
"She doesn't like Louie, only person I have met who doesn't like my cat, why wouldn't you like my cat he's so cute-"
"Okay we get it Troy" Gia cut him off "I'm going to find Emma"
"She's with Noah working on a thing for class" Jake told her "so technically we were both ditched by the love birds"
"So we're the singles club now?" She guessed "that's okay I guess"
"I mean Gia, if you want to-"
"Singles club it is" Troy cut Jake off
"So we can meet over each other's places and had meetings and eat cake?" she piped
"Wait really?" Jake wondered
"No, come, let's just get ourselves ready for our next class" she said as she stood up "you boys coming?'"
They both looked at each other, there wasn't really anything else to go, they both stood up and followed Gia
