《Simple Man(Jensen Ackles X reader)》Part 5

Work was hectic, we were behind schedule for filming so we had to stay a lot of time overnight but luckily our trailers came with beds. Finally though, the weekend came and I was excited for the party!!
I decided I'd just bring beer to the party, since I'd feel weird showing up empty handed. As I'm applying my makeup, I hear my phone go off and pick it up to see Jensen is calling.
"Hello?" I answer.
"I'm outside but I have to go to the bathroom, mind if I run in?" He asks.
"Sure, I'm on floor 6, apartment 6G." I chuckle. He hangs up and I check the bathroom to make sure there's not embarrassing out before going into my bedroom. I straighten up my bedroom so he doesn't think I'm a slob, and than run out into the living room. I toss out all the trash, and put dishes in the sink as fast as I can.
I hear a knock at my door and take a deep breath before opening it.
"Hey, Bathroom is down the hall through my bedroom." I inform him stepping aside.
"Thank you." He smiles and speed walks towards the bathroom. I nod and watch as he disappears into my room before going back into the kitchen. I grab the case of beer I bought this morning, and put it on the counter before making sure I had my purse and phone. I look at myself in the reflection of my fridge and make sure everything was okay. I wore ripped jeans, a grey T-shirt, and white converse. My hair was in a pony tail and my makeup was light, since Jared said dress casual and comfy.
I look up from the fridge and see Jensen is watching me from the living room.

"Jesus you scared the crap out of me." I sigh, with a small chuckle. He smiles and chuckles as well before rubbing the back of his neck shyly.
"Sorry, didn't mean to stare. You look good." He smiles. My cheeks heat up and I smile, biting my lip slightly.
"Thank you." I chuckle. I grab my black leather jacket before we leave my apartment.
Jensen carries the case of beers down for me, and places it in the back of his car. As were driving, Jensen and I talk about how long he's known Jared and he gives me a little information about their family.
"Yeah he doesn't get to see them a lot but when he does he's the happiest giant in the world." Jensen chuckles. I smile widely, thinking about how happy Jared is going to be this week.
"Awww that's cute. I bet he's even happier when he goes back to Texas." I chuckle.
"Most defiantly, he runs home, grabs his stuff and is on the first flight out when filming is done." Jensen laughs.
"What about you? What do you do when filming is done?" I ask.
"I go back to Texas to see my daughter JJ." He informs me.
"Aww that's sweet." I smile. I didn't know he had a kid....I bet he's great with kids. I'm going to have baby fever for weeks now that I know this crap.
"Yeah she's my world." He smiles, pulling out his phone. He turns on his phone, showing me his lock screen.
I smile widely, admiring the picture. "She's absolutely adorable." I comment.
"Thank you, She's my little princess." He smiles proudly. I smile, and listen to Jensen continue to rant on and on about JJ, not minding a thing. I loved seeing how his face glowed up talking about her, it honestly made him ever more captivating.

Eventually we reached the Padalecki house, which was larger than I expected. Jensen grabbed the beer cases we made our way to the front door. I rang the doorbell nervously, and heard the squeals and giggles of kids. When the door opens, I see the familiar goofy face of the moose Jared.
"Hey guys I'm glad you made it!!!! Come on in." He smiles widely, stepping aside. I allow Jensen in first since he was carrying the beer and I follow.
"You have a beautiful home." I comment to Jared as he leads us to what I assume is the kitchen.
"Thank you, But Gen did all the designing She's great when it comes to stuff like that." He shrugs. When we enter the kitchen, I see two little boys who are spitting images of Jared, a man with dark hair and blue eyes, and than a women with long dark hair.
"Hey Gen." Jensen smiles, giving her a small hug after putting the beer down.
"Hey Jen, and who is this lovely lady you brought?" She smiles warmly at me.
"This is Y/n, she's a new member on the show." Jensen responds, wrapping his arm around my waist. My cheeks heat up, and all I can do is smile and wave like I was a little kid.
"Hi I'm Gen nice to meet you." She smiles, and offers me her hand. I shake and return the smile.
"Nice to meet you as well, Jared told me you did most of the designing for the house it's absolutely beautiful." I compliment.
"Awe well thank you, I wanted him to feel like he was back home in Texas so he didn't get too home sick." She smiles. Jared wraps his arm around her waist and pecks her cheek. Gosh they were cute.
"And y/n these are my two boys Tom and Shep." Jared says pointing to the two little boys.
"They're so cute." I chuckle. They give me shy waves before they run off in giggling fits.
"And that dude over there is Misha he's part of the Cast too, just starting later this season." Jensen says pointing to the man with blue eyes. He approaches us and offers me his hand which I shake.
"Hi it's very nice to meet you." I smile shaking his hand.
"It's nice to meet you too." He smiles back.
The boys go to the living room, to watch a game while I stay in the kitchen to help Gen.
"It's so nice to have another girl here with me. Misha's wife is at home with her kids and I never really got along with Jensen's ex wife." She whispers as were preparing food.
"How come?" I ask.
"She was kinda snobby, didn't let Jensen be the real him." She responds.
"That's terrible. Jensen has such a great personality, how could you change that?" I frown, looking over at Jensen laughing at something Misha said.
"So are you guys a thing ooorrr?" She smirked nudging me. My cheeks heat up and I let out a small giggle shaking my head.
"No no we're.......just friends." I smile.
"Well I think you guys would be cute together." She winks before grabbing the platter and carrying it to the dinning room. I grab the drinks and following her, blushing at the thought of Jensen and I.
