The next day, we went to my doctor's office to do the first ultrasound. "Are you nervous?" Jensen asks me

"A bit" I say

"Everything is going to be great" he says and kisses my head

"Ackles?" the assistant calls and we get up from our seats and walk in the office. "Hello, how are you doing? How is Jack?" Lucy asks as we enter

"Great" I say

"Good, let's not delay anymore. Come here" she says and points at the examination chair.

I sit and I lift my t-shirt. Jensen sits next to me and takes my hand. I look at him and I smile biting my lip. He smiles and kisses my lips. "Ready?" Lucy asks and I nod. She puts the gel on my belly and turns on the ultrasound machine. She places it on my belly and moves it around. "There he or she is" she says and I look at the monitor. "He or she is only three weeks old so there is no heartbeat yet, it can be detected after the 5th week, but everything seems good. Congratulations" she continues.

"For a due date, I'm gonna say early April but I'll be more specific in the next appointment" she says and notes it down. "We are having an easter baby" I say looking at Jensen with tears in my eyes. He chuckles and pecks my lips

"Yes, we are".

We agreed on keeping it to us until I completed the first semester and then we would tell our family and friends. But two weeks later Jensen had to fly to Vancouver because he started filming. It was kinda scary for me because we haven't done this before. We were together all the time. We were living, working and traveling together. So I don't know what distance will do to us.

He is still making his bag and then he and Jared will leave together for the airport. "Are you sure you don't want me to call Tina to help you?" Jensen asks as he walks to me

"No, I'll be fine. I won't get too tired" I say. He wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap mines around his neck

"You promise?" he asks

"I promise" I say and I peck his lips "But it's the same for you. The doctor said to take it easy" I continue

"I remember" he says and kisses me

"And make sure you close those damn cabinets" I say and he chuckles

"Don't worry, I learnt my lesson"

"I hope so" I say and I kiss him.

We pull away and I let out a breath. "Don't worry, we can do this" he says and I nod

"I just... Distance was the reason of your break up with Danneel and I just can't get this out of my mind right now"

"The truth is that I thought of this too but I believe that we got this" he says

"I love you" I say

"I love you" he says and kisses me.

He pulls his phone out of his pocket "Jared is right outside" he says and puts it back in his pocket.

"Ok, here we go" I say

"I'll call you when I get home, ok?" he asks and I nod

"Jack, come here baby" I say and he comes to me. I pick him up "Daddy is leaving. Are you gonna sya bye to daddy?" I ask

"Bye daddy" he says. Jensen kisses his cheek and then pecks my lips.

We walk to the door and Jensen opens the door. Then Jack starts to cry "No, no, daddy is just going to work. It's ok" I say rubbing his back

"I love you buddy, I'll be back soon and then we will play dragons together" Jensen says and Jack smiles

"Fire" Jack says pointing at Jensen and he pretends to be burnt. I chuckle and Jensen kisses me one more time.

"Go. We are going to be fine and you are going to be fine" I say

"Ok. Be careful" he says putting his hand on my belly

"I know. You too. Don't stress about us" I say and he smiles. "Go. Jared is waiting, go" I say

"Ok, bye" he says

"Bye" I say and I close the door. "It's just the two of us now" I say looking at Jack.

Later the same day
