I stayed up all day and all night holding his hand and letting him know that I'm here, that I'm not leaving him not for a second. My eyes never left his face. I was just waiting for him to open his eyes and especially his right eye to open normally or see his old smile that I fell so hard in love with.

Early in the morning Dr Shepherd came in the room. "Good morning" is the first thing that he said

"Good morning. I'm Jensen's mother, Donna. How is my son?" she asks talking as fast as she could

"We are going to take him for a CT and I'll let you know when we know more" he says. Two nurses come inside and they take him out of the room while he was asleep.

About half an hour later, the Dr Shepherd came back. "From the scans we saw that the stroke is over and he should be starting to back to normal when he wakes up. But he is not over the danger yet because there is a possibility of a second stroke in the next 24-hours" he says

"Can we keep him asleep in order for him to heal entirely?" I ask

"Yes, we can. But that's your decision. And to be honest I recommend doing that because sleep help the brain to provide new cells and heal" he says

"Do it" I say and he nods

"We'll bring him back here in a few minutes" he says and leaves.

Two days later, he was still asleep but he was getting better. He wasn't in danger anymore which made me feel a bit better. To be honest, my eyes were hurting and I needed sleep but I didn't want to leave him either. Today we were waiting for him to wake up so I couldn't look away from him. I was just waiting to see those pretty green eyes of his.

Jared, Misha and Alex were to come visit Jensen now that he is stable. When the nurse called, I gave the cars to his dad and he went to bring them up.

"Hey" Jared says and hugs me "How are you holding up?" he asks

"I'm fine" I say

"She hasn't slept in three days" Jensen's dad says

"I'm fine" I repeat "I'm just waiting for him to wake up" I say and Jared nods.

"Did he have any injury on set the last few days?" I ask

"Not any that I know of. He had a fight scene on Wednesday but it went fine. There were no accidents or anything" he says and I nod.

"Don't worry, he's tough" Misha says and taps my shoulder "I mean whatever I do to break him and make him laugh, he doesn't. He just looks at me with a straight face" he continues and I chuckle.

I look back and Jensen and I rub the back of his hand. I notice that his eyes twitch "Jensen?" I ask and then I feel his finger move. Everybody comes next to him. Happy tears form in my eyes. "It's ok baby, don't pressure yourself. Take your time. I can wait. We can wait" I say holding his hand. A few seconds later, he manages to open his eyes and smile too.

"Hi" I say between my tears "Welcome back" I say. He opens his mouth to talk

"Hi" he says after a few tries. More tears roll down my cheeks. But by his look I could tell that he was confused and a bit lost. He might didn't even recognize me but that's ok for now. Shepherd said that it will probably happen but it will go away in a couple of hours

"How are you feeling?" I ask

"I-- I'm g-- good" he says and I smile. He smiles and keeps staring at me. "Y-- You're cute" he says and I chuckle. Actually, everybody chuckled

"You're cute too. Wanna date?" I ask

"Yeah" he says smiling

"Ok. I promise that we will when you get better" I say and he nods.

"Sammy? What happened?" he asks looking at Jared

"It's ok. They said he might be confused for the first hour" I say and Jared nods

"Just a minor accident. You'll be fine in no time" he says and Jensen nods.

"Cas? I thought that Lucifer killed you" he says looking at Misha and I chuckle

"Last years finale?" I ask Jared and he nods.

"You remember Cas? And when I say that he is your boyfriend, you get mad" I whisper to myself

"(Y/N), please..." he says desperately in order to make me stop talking

"Jensen? You remember my name?" I ask

"Of course I remember your name (Y/N), what are you talking about? Also how is Jack?" he asks and I look at Alex

"I'm fine" Alex says

"Come on, will that joke ever stop? I'm talking about our Jack" he says

"Oh, he is good. He is home with Tina" I say still kinda shocked from the sudden change.
