The phone that was in the room starting ringing. Jensen immediately opened his eyes "It's ok, I got it" I say and I get up "Yes?" I ask as I put the phone on my ear

"Hello Mrs Ackles and I'm sorry to bother you but there are two visitors for Mr Ackles. Alan and Donna Ackles" the nurse on the phone says

"Ok, I'll be right there" I say and I put the phone down. "I have to go and do something. But I'll be right back. You just relax" I say and I kiss his forehead.

I take the card and I go to the reception. "(Y/N), how is he?" Donna immediately asks me

"He is... calm. That's the key to getting better for now. But he can't talk or move but it seems like he understands me when I talk to him. The doctor said that we shouldn't try and make him talk or move" I say

"Of course" she says

"Come on" I say and they follow me to his room "The next two to three days are critical and they are doing everything they can in order to prevent surgery and reduce the damage" I say and we walk.

I stop out of his room and I turn to them. "Can you give me a minute to tell him? I don't want to... surprise him" I say

"Of course. Go" Alan says and I nod. I open the door and I get in. I close the door behind me and I sit next to him. "Baby, you already have your first visitors. Your mom and dad are here. They are waiting outside and I'm going to bring them inside now. I just want you to not even think about it. Don't worry, don't stress out, ok?" I say slowly to him "Great" I say and I get up.

I open the door and I let them in. "I'll give you some time" I say and I get out. I go outside of the hospital in order to take some air. I sit on a bench and I call Jared.

"Hey, how is he?" it's the first thing he said

"Left hemisphere subarachnoid hemorrhagic stroke that's probably caused from a head injury" I say and I hear him let out a breath "He can't talk, he can't move, especially his right side and there is a possibility he loses ability to understand us too in the next two days. But after three days he should be coming back to normal" I say

"Are you with him now?" he asks

"No, he is with his parents. I came out for some air"

"Ok. Do you want me to come later or shouldn't I?" he asks

"I don't know. I mean I don't want to put more pressure in him but from as far as I know he doesn't like people to see him like this" I say

"Ok, ok. I'll come when it's safe because the rest of the guys want to see him too. You just call and let me know when it's safe" he says

"Thank you" I say

"You got this. Rock, right?" I hear Alex's voice and I chuckle

"Right" I say

"Can you keep me updated?" Jared asks

"Of course" I say

"Thank you. Bye" he says

"Bye" I say and hang up.

I get up and I go back inside. I sit on me sit next to Jensen and I take his hand. He tries to squeeze my hand so I put my other hand on top of his and I wrap it around mine. "I talked with Jared and he says that Jack is having a really good time playing with Tom, Shep and Odette. But I'm sure that he misses you, so you don't pressure yourself in order to be ok. Can you do that for me?" I ask and he closes his eyes in agreement. "Great. That's all I want from you now" I say and I kiss his forehead.

To be honest, I was ready to cry by just seeing him so weak. But he needs me now more than ever and I need to stay strong for him in order to take care of him. And I was dying at the thought that this might cause permanent damage to him. That he might not remember me or the kids, or not being able to talk normally again, or walk, or even kill him.
