"Ok, let's get you to lay down first and then I'm gonna go do some groceries" I say as we enter Jensen's house "Bed or couch?" I ask him

"Couch" he says and I nod. I help him lay down and get comfortable. I sit next to him

"You know, you look really hot even when you are in a hoodie and sweatpants" I say and I kiss him

"You always look hot" he says and kisses me. He brings me closer to him

"No Jensen. You are still hurt" I say

"We'll take it easy" he says and kisses me

"Dee and JJ will be here any minute" I say

"Fine" he says and lets out a breath

"I love you" I say

"I love you too" he says and kisses me.

The doorbell rings ans I open the door. "Hi (Y/N)" JJ says excited and runs inside

"If anything happens, you call me" Danneel says

"I will"

"Great. I'll come to pick her up next week but if she gets you tired, I can come sooner"

"We'll be fine. Thank you" I say and she nods. After she said bye to JJ, she left.

I walk to Jensen "Here is your phone, here is your laptop and the tv remote. Keep yourself busy until we come back" I say

"Ok" he says

"JJ, let's go shop some things and then we'll be back to try to cook dinner" I say and she nods. She takes my hand and I open the door to leave "Have a good time you two" Jensen says

"You too" I say and we leave.

When we returned home, JJ made sure her dad has taken his medication and I cooked. I cooked and it turned out to be not that bad. JJ and I started playing hide and seek. Basically she would run around in the apartment and hide while I had my eyes closed. And when I would find her she would scream and laugh at the same time which was the cutest thing ever. Jensen's phone started ringing and caused us to stop.

After he hang up he had a really worried expression on his face. "How about I put JJ to take a nap?" I ask him and he nods.

"But I don't want to sleep" she says

"Come on, just a bit and then we will play again

"Fine" she says and goes in the room pretending to be mad. I put her to sleep and I go back to the living room.

I sit next to Jensen. "What happened?" I ask and I take his hand. He takes mine and rubs with his thumb the back of my hand

"It was the detective. He said that they found who did this" he says

"That's good, right?" I ask

"(Y/N), this... accident, wasn't an accident. It was intended but not for me. It was planned for you"

"For me? Who would even bother to--"

"Matt Dewan" he says and I freeze

"Dewan... like my old boss Dewan?"

"Yes. Apparently he was really pissed at you because he says that you ended his business"

"Me? How?"

"The business had a lot of bills to pay and a partnership with supernatural, made him confident that his business would survive"

"That's why he told me to be careful and make a good job or I'm fired"

"Exactly. And when you left and came to work with us, we ended our partnership. And he went bankrupt. That was his motive"

"And Liz started working on the flash so that's ehy I had no idea. This is all my fault"

"No, don't say that. Please"

"They caught him, right?" I ask but he doesn't answer "Say it"

"He escaped this morning. That's what the detective just told me"

"Wait, that means that you already knew who did it and his motive. Why didn't you say anything?" I ask a bit pissed

"Because I knew that you would blame yourself. I just wanted us to forget this and move on. Please don't be mad at me"

"I'm not mad at you, it's just that... What if he tries again something? What if you get hurt because of me again? What if JJ gets hurt because of me?" I say and a few tears start to stream down my cheeks. He cups my cheeks and wipes the tears

"Nobody is going to get hurt, ok? We are just going to be careful. They'll find him soon, ok?" he asks and I nod. He kisses me and hugs me.

Three weeks later

"Ready to go back to work Ackles?" I ask Jensen as he comes out of the room

"You have no idea" he says and pecks my lips.
