I was still holding his hand waiting to see him open his beautiful green eyes. I cup his cheek and I rub it softly "Please wake up baby. Please... I need you to wake up... I need to tell you how much I love you. Please Jensen..." I hear the door open and I turn to see who it is. I wipe quickly my tears "Hi, I hope I'm not bothering"

"No, come in Danneel" I say and she does "I thought you would bring JJ" I say

"No, she is with Jared. I didn't want her to see her dad like this" she says and I nod.

Then an officer comes inside "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting something but which of you was in the accident with him?" he asks

"I was" I say

"Can you come with me? It won't take long" he says

"Go, I'll stay with him" Danneel says and I nod. I get up and I follow the officer to his office. He wanted me to describe what happened with every detail I could remember. I did tell him everything I remembered even if I wanted to forget it. I went back inside and sat down again. "Everything ok?" Danneel asks

"Yes, he just wanted me to say what happened back there" I say and she nods. "Not only they did that but they left him there and left. Who would do something like this to someone?" I ask

"I don't know but they'll find them. I'm sure of that" she says "I'm gonna go bring some coffee, ok?" she asks and I nod.

Jensen's phone started to ring. I take it in my hand

Great, Danneel just left and his mom doesn't even know me. How am I supposed to tell her this? I take a deep breath and I pick it up

"How are you doing baby?" she asks and my eyes get watery again

"I'm sorry, Jensen is not... available right now" I say

"Is he filming? What time is he going to be done?" she asks

"Actually it's more complicated than that. I know that you probably don't know me but you have to find out about it at some point. Jensen had an accident earlier today" I say

"Oh my God, how is he?" she asks obviously worried

"The doctor says that his condition is critical but stable"

"Oh God, I felt that something was wrong today. Alan and I will be there as soon as we can (Y/N)" she says

"Wait, how--"

"Jensen already told me about you. Don't blame him, I pressured him to. See you there" she says and hangs up.

That's when Danneel came back. She hands me a cup of coffee "Thank you" I say

"You're welcome"

"His parents are on their way. I had to be the one to tell them that their son is... I'm a complete stranger to them. His mom said that he told her about me but they don't know me. And I bet that when they will see me, they want nothing to do with me" I say

"Why are you saying that?" she asks

"Come on Danneel. Look at you and then look at me. You were the incredible wife of their son. And I'm the exact opposite. I know nothing about cooking, babies--"

"I didn't either when I first met Jensen. And don't say that again, ok? Don't ever again compare me with you. I'm something from his past but you are present. And he definitely wants you to be future too. He never looked at me the way he looks at you. He never talked about me like he talks about you. And I'm glad that we both took the right decision, both for us and our family. And if you are worried about his parents liking you, don't be. They both respect Jensen's choices and I'm sure that they will adore you" she says

"You think?" I ask

"If I didn't, I wouldn't let you meet JJ" she says and I chuckle.

"By the way, there are journalist and cameras outside so be careful if you go outside" she says

"Wait, how did they found out so early" I ask as I take my phone out

"I don't know" she says. I open it and I search for jensen ackles

"I typed Jensen Ackles and one of the suggested searches is jensen ackles accident" I say and I pick it. There were many articles that were published a few hours ago. "There are a lot of them and guess what is the newest update"

"What?" she asks and leans to check it

"Jensen Ackles: Ex wife on the hospital to see him after the horrible accident" I read

"I'm so sorry (Y/N), I thought that they didn't--"

"It's fine" I say and I put my phone back inside. "I just want him to wake up now. I don't care about them" I say and she nods.
