a tall muscular male stopped in his tracks watching as the rest of the guard leave the throne room.
Turning around he came face to face with one of the kings.... Caius, he was the most ruthless amongst the three rulers, with blonde hair, pale skin like the others and blood red eyes he was laid across his throne almost lazily his fingers slightly touching his lips.
Felix swallowed slightly he was nervous that he had done something wrong? But if his memory serves him correctly Jane had only put flour in Jane's and Heidi's hairdryer the other night.
Caius eyes watched as the younger male stepped towards him before kneeling on the stone cold floor that is covered in a red substance.
"Yes my king?" Felix questioned the nervousness still built up within him yet there was a hint of curiosity, Felix had just come back from a job after all the he would of thought he was allowed a break but clearly not.
"I want you to go into town and get me more supplies for my art and perhaps while your there pick up Marcus's books from the library that is an order" the blonde king hissed the demand
Felix nodded mumbling a small 'yes my king' before making his way out of the castle doors passing by Heidi who was chatting to a group of tourists leading them into the castle for their fate.
Estelle had woken up with a smile that day the memories from her past had faded into nothing. The young teen had decided that the relationship she had once had with Edward was toxic not only that but she needed to focus on her career after all.
She was currently walking through the streets of her new home. Volterra taking in the gorgeous sights and architecture planning on setting her art station in many areas.

Estelle was wearing a gorgeous light blue dress over a white blouse along with some white low heels her hair was loose and curled every step she took her brown locks bounced almost elegantly with each step.
A small hun escaped her plump lips as she walked into her first location. The art store. She had been told by Camille that there was only one shop that sold paint due to its high rating the other shops meter closed down.
"Buon giorno signorina" Good Morning Young Lady. An elderly woman greeted her the second she stepped into the door with a kind smile and soft, caring eyes.
"Buon giorno" Estelle greeted back with a bright smile before wondering around the shop admiring the paint and other necessities around her
The shop was bigger than the one in forks, back there the man who owned the small shop would only get certain colours in per day whilst here..... she had everything.
The owner of the shop watched the young girl pick up multiple cans of paints along witch a pack of chalk. Pencils and brushes. The old lady was too busy smiling at the girl that she didn't hear the door bell ringing.
"Il maestro della signora Bianchi mi ha mandato a ritirare la sua pittura" Mrs Bianchi master has sent me to collect his paint. The familiar voice made the old woman jump slightly before her eyes beamed at the sight of the male before she rushed into the back of the shop
Felix merely chuckled, of course he is a regular here since the kings do not leave the castles as often as they used to, he could only hope that one that they would be able to do so..... to not lock themselves behind closed doors for the rest of eternity.

A small giggle filled the room causing the tall male to tilt his head slightly he didn't know why but Felix began to walk towards the sudden voice it was as if he had no control over his own body.
Felix peaked his head around the corner spotting a petite girl with brown locks and Doe brown eyes it seemed she was looking through a note book the very one that customers use to show off their art.
Now if Felix was human he would be blushing in embarrassment remembering that he had drawn something in that book... that drawing being Demetri in a woman's bikini.
"You've been staring at me for a while" a soothing voice snapped the male from his trance, Felix immediately looked down seeing the girl he was in fact staring at
"My apologies" Felix apologised his lips twitched upwards slightly before replying "I was just thinking of the drawing I had drawn in that book you was looking through"
The brunette merely hummed her eyes narrowed at the tall male "Your from here correct?" She questioned catching the male off guard
"Yes And your British?" He joked, the male was slightly amazed by how she knew he was from Italy then again he was told by his masters that he had an accent of sorts.
"I'm Estelle, Estelle Campbell" Estelle introduced herself sending the tall male a beaming smile before gesturing to the owner who came back with bags of paint and other necessities "do you paint?"
Felix shook his head slightly the smile turned into a small frown "Felix, and no my..... boss does, I came to collect the items he had bought weeks ago"
Estelle merely scrunched up her nose, she couldn't understand why someone would order paint when they could literally go to the store, well unless he has health problems that is.
Suddenly she gasped and which made Felix look at her with a confused look "are you the mafia!? Img please don't kill me!"
The bulky male couldn't help it, he laughed, actually Laughed! The owner of the shop stared at him in shock whilst Estelle stared with a mixture of confusion and fear.
"Don't worry I'm not in the Mafia if I was then I would be holding a piece of machinery" Felix shrugged picking up the bag full of his masters paint before placing a stack of cash on the counter.
Estelle stayed silent at that moment, she hadn't really met anyone in Volterra well apart from some of the girls in her school but they were way stuck up and snooty that Estelle didn't want to associate with people like them
"Felix?" The bulky male hummed in reply "would you like to go grab a coffee? I saw a small cafe nearly" she questioned whilst nervously fiddling with the hem of her dress.
The tall male took in her question, he did want to spend time with the petite woman already feeling a friendship beginning to grow however he had to go back to the castle to tend to his duties
""I cannot drink coffee Miss, especially during this time of day, perhaps another time?" He asked, eyes softened at the small disappointed sigh that escaped her lips, he looked up at a clock that sat on
the walls behind the counter
"Actually......." He trailed now glancing back at Estelle with a wide smile "I'm sure my boss wouldn't mind me being a little bit late"

To Become a Troll: A Monster Evolution Story
Thrust into the supernatural world of the deep forest, Paul finds himself in a situation where he could find himself prey to pretty much every other creature and animal around. If he's to survive, he must shed his weak form to grow stronger and survive. But the forest is full of creatures beyond human understanding, that act without the need for food or shelter and that seem to exist for the sole purpose of dragging humans to the bottom of a murky river. Is it really possible to kill such creatures when your only strength is physical prowess? --- A monster evolution story based on Swedish creature mythology. The focus will overwhelmingly be on the progression of the main character and his slow increase in strength. Although many of the creatures are based on Swedish creature mythology, I have taken creative liberties in order to ensure that evolution lines and the such are in line with the usual. The main thought I had when going into this is that I want to delay the "meeting a human" section as much as possible. My plan is to get him to endgame levels of strength before even sniffing the possibility of seeing a human. Whether I'm actually able to do this remains to be seen, but I'm holding my thumbs! Also, I'm aware that there are other troll evolution stories, but this is unrelated to them. They can do their stuff and I'll do mine, but this is in no way related to any of them. That said, hope you enjoy it!

Author's note: You are reading a first draft, written mostly while drinking cheap whiskey. Expect it to read like hot garbage and I guarantee that it’ll meet your expectations. I’m a storyteller, not a writer - there’s a huge difference between the two professions. IMPORTANT! This story is told in a first-person limited, conversational style, with Emmett occasionally breaking the 4th wall and addressing the reader directly. This means that YOU and Emmett may have absolutely no idea why stuff is happening, because there will be little or no exposition or other POV's. Read the comments for spoilers, ask questions if you want to know something. This work incorporates blended aspects of Xianxia, Wuxia, Super powers, and Western Magic into a post-apocalyptic fantasy adventure. It is none of those things and all those things, mashed together. The MC is Over Powered, but so are many, many others. He just hasn't met them yet. Dear Student, What follows is an adaption of the diary of Emmett Carter before his Ascension. While the decades during and after the Aurora Apocalypse are lost to us, the Ascended himself has allowed us to publish this work so long as we warn the reader that it may not be entirely accurate or present an unbiased viewpoint of the events. One should also note that the Aurora was in flux during that time and some things that were possible in the early days are no longer possible, especially with the advent of the Akashic record. Editors have included footnotes when possible to explain pre-aurora technologies or concepts and how they relate to current magical technologies. The contents of this work may upset readers. If you’ve ever been in a natural disaster, had a house fire, witnessed a murder, lost a loved one to violence, or have a strong opinion on the sanctity of life, please do not read this. It contains dramatic scenes of a world in the throes of an apocalyptic event. There are no rainbows and unicorns, only loss, uncertainty, and death while the survivors struggle to rebuild their lives. Updates Thursdays and Sundays for now. Word count is about 2000 ~ 4000ish per chappie.
