"Are you all right, love?" I heard Nik say from the door. I was sitting in his room by myself as I try to get myself together.
I nodded my head not saying anything. After what happen I'm too distraught over the events that had happen to speak.
Nik walked in and sat next to me on his bed. "I wanted to ask you something today hoping you might agree with me." He started to say and I look at him giving him my full attention.
"I wanted to know if you would like to move into the Compound with me?" Nik asked. I was shocked. I mean a of course I want to move in with him. Before I could answer he continues. "If your wondering about if you have to sell your apartment, then don't worry about it. You can still keep it, I made an extra room for Angel to sleep in it's right next to where my daughter will be sleeping but if you don't want to that's fi—"
I cut him off with a kiss so he can stop his ranting. He gets so adorable when passionate about the things he loves. I pull away with a smile on both our faces. "Yes, I will move in with you. But I'm still keeping my apartment. Davina is living there with me." I said.
He smiles happily at me before bringing me into another kiss.

There will be sex(I'll try to keep the explicit stuff to a minimum, but it will be there), swearing, really bad jokes, and enough food to spoil your diet. There will not be a lot of action, epic quests to save the world, or anything even remotely resembling a big-bad-evil-guy(a few smaller bad guys, sure. But, no BBEG). Note: This is a re-write of my first story "Congratulations, You're Dead!". And, is much more what I wish I had written in the first place. The characters and the world are very similar, with a few key differences. The story may borrow some elements from Congrats, but should be considered as its own work. Reading Congrats first is not needed, or even reccommended, not unless you want to see some really cringey romance in the early chapters.
