"can you bring in some warm tea please?" It was nearing fall and the weather has been getting cold. Angelina decided to enjoy some warm tea to relax even more.

Soon Marie returned with a teacup filled with warm tea in her hands. She handed it to Angelina with a big smile.

Suddenly they heard knocking on the door. Angelina signalled Marie to open the door.

When Marie did, they saw the butler.

"Butler? Is something the matter?" Marie asked the butler.

"Someone came looking for the 2nd miss. He goes by the name Robert" The butler answered, his expression remained blank and a little emotionless.

"Oh? Let him in" Angelina got up and put her tea and bowl of pears aside.

"Yes, second miss" The butler bowed and left to get Robert.

"Is he that man that owns the shop miss intends to purchase?"

"Indeed"

"Oh"

The butler came back after 2 minutes, but this time he came back with someone else.

"2nd miss, I have brought him"

"Good. You may go back, butler"

"Yes 2nd miss" the butler left, leaving Robert with Angelina and Marie.

"It's been long, sir Robert"

"Why have you come today?" Actually Angelina knew why he came here. He obviously is here to ask about Angelina's intentions about buying his shop.

Sir Robert is no longer able to run his shop, so he needs Angelina to buy it now. On top of that, the shop no longer attracted much customers.

"Good, bring it here" Angelina turned to Marie and signalled her to bring the money from Angelina's room.

Marie nodded and headed upstairs.

"Take a seat, sir Robert"

After Marie came back, they performed all the procedures for the purchasing of the shop and now the shop is officially owned by Angelina.

Of course, Angelina kept her promise and sir Robert has 10% of the shares.

Sir Robert sighed. He felt sad that he had to sell his shop, but at the same time it felt like a big rock was lifted off his shoulders.
