The most informal way of saying good bye is 안녕. 안녕 serves for both hello and bye but don't forget. Its informal.

If we talk about formal way, there are .

(1)If you are at a gathering or at someone's house and you have to leave, you would say 안녕히 계세요.

안녕히 계세요 = stay well (in other words its stay safe, stay healthy)

(2) If you are at a gathering or you invited someone over and they ate leaving, you would say 안녕히 가세요.

Remember what 가 means? If we add -세요 to 가, it become 가세요.

안녕히 가세요 = go well (in other words its may your journey back goes well/safe)
