"There are no photos from that night" he says interrupting me and looking at the jury proud of himself.

"Actually there is" I say and he looks at me surprised. "In the group chat with my girls we always send our outfit when we go out to dinners, dates, etc" I say

"Good for you miss-" he was saying

"I want to see it" the judge says interrupting him. Michael immediately hands my phone to the judge. "The group chat with Kim Rhodes and Briana Buckmaster?" the judge asks me

"Yes" I say immediately. The judge scrolls through the messages and finds the date of the dinner.

"Is this it?" the judge asks me showing me the photo

"Yes. I took this photo in the restaurant's bathroom and sent it" I say

"With the caption 'Business dinner with almost hubby and his friend'?" the judge asks and I can see Jensen keeping back his chuckle

"Yes" I say and he shows the photo to the jury

"Great. Mr Harris, your next question better be better prepared" the judge says to Nick's lawyer and he just nods. Michael takes my phone back and winks at me with a smile. I smile back and I take a deep breath. It's going good for now.

"Miss (Y/L/N), have you ever lied to Mr Ackles? At least once?" he asks

"Objection" Michael says

"It's relevant" Harris says

"Overruled. Answer dr (Y/L/N)" the judge says.

"Yes" I say looking down.

"Let's go now to when my client came to see you in the hospital. Can you guide me through what happened?" he asks

"I was just coming back from a surgery and the nurse informed me that a new patient is asking for me in Trauma Room 2. So I went there and I saw Nick" I say

"And what did you do?" he asks

"I left and he followed m-"

"Exactly. You left your patient. You refused to treat him" he says

"He w--"

"And what did you do next?" he asks not letting me talk

"I went home because I wasn't in the mental state to treat any patient" I say

"Right. And how did you go home? Did you drive?" he asks

"Yes" I say

"So you left the hospital because you weren't in the mental state to treat a patient but put in danger so many other people by driving that moment" he says

"N-"

"No further questions" he says and goes to his table.

Michael stands up again "Dr (Y/L/N), you said that you have lied to Mr Ackles. When and why?" he asks trying to clean the situation

"They are usually little things that I just hide because I don't want to hurt him. Like at the dinner, I said that I got paged by the hospital so I could leave because I was feeling uncomfortable. But I said the truth to him later" I say

"Thank you" he says and goes back to the table.

"Doctor, you can return to your seat" the judge says and I do. Immediately I turn to Jensen

"I'm sorry" I say

"Don't apologize, you did great" he says forcing himself to smile. I smile too and I turn back.

"Next witness, Mr Jensen Ackles" Michael says and Jensen goes to the stand. "Mr Ackles, (Y/N) mentioned that when Mr Daniels squeezed her thigh she accidentally hit the table with her leg. Is it true?" Michael asks

"Yes" he says

"And when you returned from the bathroom, how was she?" he asks

"She seemed a little shaky and left quickly" Jensen says.

"Did you think that something was wrong there?"

"I did. And especially when I returned home, I found her on the couch and when I told her that I gave Nick her number, she got mad and run to the room"

"And then Mr Daniels send her these messages" Michael says and shows everyone a copy of the messages.

"When did dr (Y/L/N) told you what happened to that dinner?" Michael asks

"The next day, right when she returned from work. She told me what happened at the dinner and the hospital, she showed me the messages and begged me not to work with him" Jensen says

"And what was your response?"

"That of course I wasn't gonna work with him"

"Thank you Mr Ackles. The witness is yours" Michael says and sits down.

Harris stands up "Mr Ackles, did you know about your mom's gallbladder removal surgery last year with dr (Y/L/N) as the lead surgeon on the case?" he asks and Jensen looks at him not understanding what he is talking about. I immediately bury my face in my hands

"Oh God no..." I whisper.
