"Are you sure you want to go to work today?" Jensen asks me in the morning

"Yeah. If I see him again, I'll call you" I say and he nods. "I love you" I say

"I love you too" he says and kisses me "Be careful, please" he says

"I will" I say and I kiss him again before I leave.

When I got to the hospital there were cameras outside the main entrance. Luckily I always go in by the Emergencies but as soon as Kelly saw me, she told me that the chief needs me in his office. I knock on his door and he lets me in immediately. "Sit dr (Y/L/N)" he says and I do. He sits on the other side of his desk and takes his tablet. "You have never caused a problem to the hospital but... Do you mind to explain me what this is?" he asks handing it to me and I see that bastard's face again. It was a video that had over two million views.

"Hi guys. I'm making this video because I need to confess something. I have been a victim of sexual assault by the partner of a well known actor. Jensen Ackles and I went out to discuss the details about a new project and his girlfriend, or fiance or whatever, tried to seduce m-" I pause the video.

"No, he is lying. He put his hand on my thigh and... Oh my God" I say wiping a tear that fell from my eye. "He came here yesterday and lean close to me and put his hand on my left breast. You can see it in the camera's footage" I say as fast as I can

"Ok, I believe you" he says trying to calm me down

"Really?" I ask

"Yes, I just need you to tell me around what time and where it happened so I can save the video" he says

"5:30, right across from the elevators at the emergencies" I say immediately and he writes it down.

"Great. But you understand that until the situation has calmed down, I'll have to suspend you. It's only day first and there are already press outside waiting for you. I'm so sorry dr (Y/L/N)" he says

"I understand. Thank you" I say

"You're welcome. I'll call you if I have news" he says and I nod. I leave his office and I rush back in my car so no one notices me.

Jensen's POV

As soon as I saw his video, I called him. I was pissed and wanted to beat him to death.

"Hi, Jensen. I'm sorry you found out about it like this man but I couldn't keep it a secret" he says as he answers the phone

"What? No, you assaulted her. And you even went to find her in her workplace" I say pissed

"That's what she told you, right? Jensen, I didn't do anything. And for sure I never ever went even close to the hospital. I'm sorry to break it to you but she probably lied to you" he says. That moment the door opens and (Y/N) walks inside. She throws her bag on the floor pissed and I hung up the phone.

Your POV

"I'm gonna... Did you see it too?" I ask Jensen

"I did a couple of minutes ago" he says and I nod

"I can't believe him! He is playing victim now and why? Because I said no? You don't believe him, do you?" I ask him

"What? No, of course not" he says but he doesn't seem really sure.

"Really Jensen? You believe him? Thanks a lot" I say and I grab my bag from the floor. "Where are you going?" he asks

"Somewhere that at least they believe me" I say

"I believe you baby" he says

"I don't see it. He put doubts in your head, didn't he? Tell me why did you propose to if you don't even trust me?" I ask

"Of course I trust you--" he says

"Then help me file a lawsuit against him" I say

"Shouldn't we think about it first?" he asks.

"Thanks for the support Jensen" I say ironically. "But I'm done crying and being afraid of him. I won't just sit here listening to his crap. I'm gonna get my payback and I don't care how much money and time I will spend in a lawyer's office or a court since I'm suspended from work because of his... confession" I say and I open the front door. "With or without you" I say and I leave storming the door behind me. I get in my car again and I drive to my lawyer's office.
