The next weekend when I returned home after my shift, I found Jensen talking to the phone outside in the backyard. He was walking back and forth and by his expression I could say that he's excited. I let my bag on the couch and I go outside too. He smiles even more when he sees me and hugs me. We stay hugged as he continues to talk to the phone. "Thank you, I look forward to it" he says and hungs up.

"Hi babe" he says and kisses me

"Hi" I say and I kiss him again "Everything ok?" I ask

"Everything is great. An old friend of mine is thinking about opening a brewery in Vancouver and he is looking for a partner. I was actually thinking about opening a bar or something but a brewery is an even better idea. I'm really excited about it" he says

"I'm really happy for you" I say and I kiss him

"He will be in Austin tomorrow so he invited both of us for dinner to a restaurant to talk. Will you come?" he asks

"I have a morning shift tomorrow so I'm free for the afternoon" I say

"Great" he says excited and kisses me.

The next day after my shift, I started getting ready to go to the restaurant with Jensen and his friend. I wore a pair of burgundy pants, a black satin top and an also burgundy blazer. "Babe, have you seen my black heels?" I yell from the room because I couldn't find them in my closet

"There are down here by the door" he answers. So I grab my bag and I go downstairs. "Wow, who is that goddess?" he says as he sees me and I chuckle

"You look great too" I say and I peck his lips softly so I wouldn't smudge my lipstick. I get my shoes on

"Ready?" he asks

"Almost" I say. I take my ring out of the necklace and I wear it on my finger. "Now let's go" I say and he kisses me.

We started talking and at first Nick seemed like a good guy. I wasn't talking much letting them talk about their business ideas. But at some point as they were talking, I felt a hand on my thigh. We were sitting to a round table and the hand was coming from the opposite side of Jensen. I clear my throat and I try to get my leg away from Nick's hand but he insists giving it a good squeeze which caused me to jump a bit and hitting the table accidently. "Babe, everything ok?" Jensen asks

"Yes, yes. It was probably some muscle that twitched" I say and he nods.

They continue their conversation with his hand never leaving my thigh. At that point I was furious but I also didn't want to say anything in front of Jensen. He was really excited about this project and I didn't want to ruin his mood.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick, excuse me" Jensen says. Oh no, please... He leaves the table and I sign.

"Mrs Ackles--" Nick says

"Dr (Y/L/N)" I say correcting him

"Ok dr (Y/L/N), I would love for us to have a follow up appointment..." he says running his fingers across my V-neck "... so you can keep an eye on me" he says placing his other hand on his pants. The only thing I want right now is to break my plate on his head. I jerk his hand away from me and I get up. That's when Jensen came back

"I was paged from the hospital, I gotta go. See you at home" I say and I kiss him before I leave quickly.

I took an Uber back home and immediately I got my make up off and changed into my pyjamas. I went to the couch and laid there waiting for Jensen who came a couple of hours later.

"Hey, I thought you would be in the hospital" he says as he sees me on the couch

"I didn't go to the hospital. The truth is that I didn't get paged earlier. I--" I say ready to tell him everything but he interrupts me

"You got bored of us and our business talk, weren't you? But you didn't need to lie to me" he says and kisses my lips

"I know but I need to talk to you about something" I say

"I'm listening" he says

"I know that you are really excited about this project and I don't want to destroy your mood but I think you shouldn't work with him?" I say

"Why? It's a really good deal. Oh, also, I gave him your phone number in case I'm working and he needs something" he says

"You what?" I ask pissed

"He suggested it..." of course he did "...and I thought that it was a good idea because it might be something urgent" he says. I get up and I grab my phone

"Oh my God, Jensen! I can't believe you" I yell

"Wh--"

"Goodnight" I say running upstairs pissed.
