Many hours later, and to be exact almost 18 hours later I could go home. As soon as I close the door to my apartment, I throw my bag on the floor. Jensen immediately comes to me "Hey!" he says excited but I stop him
"I need to sit down" I say walking to the couch. Jensen gets my things from the floor as I crash on the couch. Jensen lifts my legs and sits on the couch too placing them on his lap.
"That bad?" he asks
"A warzone Jensen. Accident after accident, patient after patient, surgery after surgery and then all the paperwork" I say with my eyes closed as he massages my legs.
"My mom packed us some of the food that was left so I'm gonna go bring you something to eat and then you can go for sleep" he says
"Thank you" I say and he kisses me.
"My mom also gave me some homemade pie, ice cream and some pieces of strawberry tart that were left when I told her that you love pie" he says
"I'll call her tomorrow to thank her. Now can you brought me some pie to try it? Please?" I say giving him the puppy eyes
"Ok" he says and gets up from the couch.
So after I ate, I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep again. That pie was amazing. Is the strawberry tart and the ice cream so amazing too? I couldn't stop thinking about it. I get up from the bed slowly so I wouldn't wake Jensen up and I go to the kitchen without turning on any lights. I take both the pie and tart out of the fridge, I take a fork and I sit down.

I hear a small noise from the room and I freeze. I see Jensen coming out and he is still looking a lot sleepy. He goes to the fridge and takes a water bottle. But it seems like he hasn't noticed me yet even though I'm right next to him so I stay quiet. He drinks some water and turns around to leave. "Holy sh--" he yells as he finally sees me
"Hi" I say smiling and also hesitating a bit
"(Y/N), what are you doing?" he asks still trying to control his breath from the sudden jumpscare. He looks at the table and at that moment I was eating the last piece of pie "The pie? All of it?" he asks
"It was really good" I say feeling totally guilty
"I know" he says
"I couldn't sleep Jensen. It... It was calling for me" I say and he gives me the bitch face.
He gets up and goes to the fridge again. "Where is the strawberry tart (Y/N)?" he asks and his eyes land on the other empty plate that was in front of me.
"I couldn't sleep Jensen!" I say again
"Let me guess it was also calling" he says as he sits next to me. "But all of it? I didn't get to try" he says
"I'm sorry. But there is a bit of pie" I say and I feed it to him.
"The ice-cream" I say as I remembered it. I go to the fridge and I get that too "Here" I say offering Jensen a spoon.
"(Y/N), can I ask you something?" he asks
"Of course" I say and I eat some ice-cream
"First the pie, then the tart calling for you and now the ice-cream... Should I be worried?" he asks

"What... No, I'm not..." I say but then I remembered that my period is late
"I'm gonna go bring tests" he says, runs to grab his wallet and leaves.

I get out of the bathroom and I place all three of the tests on the table. "How long?" Jensen asks
"Three minutes" I say and he nods. We sit on the couch and for whole three minutes we didn't talk or blinked away from the timer. All the tests were negative and we both let a breath of relief out.
He wraps his arm around me and I lay my head on his shoulder. "Yesterday when I said I wanted one, I didn't mean this soon" he says
"Yeah, me too. Not that I don't love you or that I don't trust you" I say
"I know" he says and kisses me. "Let's go to bed now even though I don't know if I can sleep after this" he says and I chuckle.

The next morning, I woke up earlier than Jensen to go to work so I made him some breakfast. I was almost out when he came out of the room "Good morning" I say
"Good morning" he says and kisses me.
"I got my period this morning" I say
"Thank God! This is the best news I've heard lately" he says and I chuckle
"See you later" I say
"See you" he says and kisses me once more before I leave.

Your average Reborn Game System story, similar to The Gamer and Solo Leveling. Written for fun rather than novilization like the others, so it is smaller and less intense. It is set in an AU Warhammer based on a slightly modified version of Warhammer Fantasy's End Times.. So you might notice names and events but don't expect it all to go the same way. And the Main Character is not the only Player in this game~ I'm kind of a catastrophe when it comes to ethic and drive. So don't be alarmed if there isnt an update for a week or three. Or if there is three updates at once. It's a rewrite of the Rehammer that is around, which means the start is mostly the same with some small changes. Chapter 15 is the first fully new chapter of the book. though Chapter 14 has a large addition. You effectively can skip to that and not missing anything major if you read the old one, if you don't wanna rewrite.
