"Melly!" I shouted into my phone.
"Yeah?" Mel laughed.
"I'm in need of assistance!" She laughed and sighed.
"What do you want, Sara?"
"I don't know how to do makeup!" I continued to scream. She laughed again and I heard her sigh.
"I'm on my way, Sara. See you soon."
"Kaaaay!" I sang before hanging up. I looked at the time and sighed. I was supposed to be at the red carptet at four. The showing was at six and the afterparty started at eight thirty. I was hyped!
I had completely forgotten about what dad and mom had said about my biological mother. I honestly didn't care what she wanted. Daneel was my mom and she's all I wanted. My real mom walked out on us. That was her choice so boo hoo for her.
I grabbed my dress and took off the plastic. It was beautiful. It was a gold color. It had a gold flowers and a gold belt. It also had a thing that went around my neck. It was mostly gold. Actually...it was all gold. It looked really nice on me. It went just a little tiny bit below the knee. I had gold colored heels with sparkles on them too. To top it off, I had a bracelet and clutch. I went ahead and put it on before Mel walked into my room.
"Alright girl. Time for Melly to take care of you!" She said.
"Wheres your stuff?" I asked.
"I'll put it on after you're done. You're the important one." She smiled. Of course I was bringing Mel to the premiere of the movie. She was my bestest friend in the entire world.
"Okay. What first?" I asked. She grabbed my arms and moved me bakwards a few steps. When she let go, she stepped back to look at me for a few moments.
"Aaaaaaand.....okay. Got it. Come here sweet heart. We got to work on that hair. We are going to be curling it. Come here." I laughed as she turned on the curling iron and sat me down. "So...is James meeting us there or what?"
"Actually, he's riding with us." I spoke.
"Cool. Okay." She nodded. She got my hair curled and then pinned a bit up. She left some down but all in all it looked great. She did very light makeup after that but I was basically done.
Then she put her stuff on. She was taller than me so she went ahead and put on a long dress. It was a pale pink color that went down to the floor. It had beads on the top of it and it was honestly beautiful. I knew I would give an arm and a leg to be as pretty as Mel. She left her hair down and did a little bit of makeup. She did her perfect eyeliner and had sparkly silver eyeshadow. I was jelous as heck. She topped hers off woth a nice pair of earrings. I sighed and shook my head. "I hate you for being so pretty." She laughed and shook her head.
"Same." She smiled, looking at me.
"Ugh." I groaned when I looked at the time. "I'm nervous."
"You'll be okay." My best friend told me.
"I know I probably will be but its my first premiere. If people like it, it'll do great but otherwise, yikes." I sighed. Mel smiled and rolled her eyes.
"Whatever. You and James are literally the highlight." She laughed. I scoffed and shrugged.

"The others are good. Olivia, Devon and Hellen have good scenes." I said. Mel rolled her eyes.
"Isn't Hellen the bitchey one?" She asked. I shrugged and sighed.
"She's just moody." I whispered. Mel scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"I want her to say something smart tonight. I'll fight a hoe." She said. I smiled at her and shook my head.
"You've really changed a lot these past few years. You know that?" She looked up at me.
"What makes you say that?"
"I dont know. I mean, we've both changed, but...I don't know. It's weird." I sighed. She sat there for a moment but then nodded.
"I guess you're right. People change. There's nothing we can do about it." She said. I nodded and sighed. "So, what now?" I sighed and looked at the time. I grabbed my phone for the first time since texting Mel and noticed James had texted me.
James: hey. Im here but I'll stay downstairs so you and Mel can get ready. Love you
He was so sweet. "Well, I guess we go down." I said. She nodded and we grabbed our stuff. We walked down the stairs, arm in arm. When we got to the last step, I noticed mom, dad and James all smiling up at us.
"You girls are so beautiful." Mom said with a tear in her eye.
"Awe mom." I chuckled softly. I hugged her and she fanned herself.
"I cant cry." She laughed. I laughed with her and looked at dad.
"How do I look?" I spun around so he could see. He just smiled and stared. When I stared at him, he noticed and chuckled. He cleared his voice and sighed. It was almost as if he was tearing up too.
"Beautiful, sweet heart. Just beautiful." He said. "You're both absolutely gorgeous."
"Thanks dad." I said. I smiled and walked over to James. He was wearing a nice suit. I laughed and grabbed his hands as I stood in front of him. "Well, don't you look dashing?" I smiled. He chuckled and shrugged, flipping his hair to reveal his beautiful blue eyes. The eyes I noticed the first day we met.
"I'm not even near you on the scale of 'looking good'." He laughed. I rolled my eyes and shrugged.
"You look pretty good to me." I said. He laughed and sighed.
"Are you kids ready?" Dad asked. I nodded and held onto James' hand.
"Ready as I'll ever be." I nodded. We walked out to the car and I sighed. JJ and the twins were staying with a babysitter for the night. I was super nervous but ultimately ready. We got to the red carpet at around 4:15, which was actually okay. There were loads of paparazzi and such because some big A listers were showing up at some point. As we stepped out of the car, I was blinded by flashing cameras. I took a deep breath and smiled, walking onto the carpet. James stood beside me and grabbed my hand. We were able to walk side by side. People found that amazing. Mel came up beside us as well. To loosen up a bit, Mel whispered a joke in my ear, causing me to laugh. James smiled and nodded.
"Come on." He smiled. We stopped every now and then for the pap to take pictures. Suddenly, there was a microphone by me and a lady beside me as a camera stared at us.

"Hi! I'm Courtney Washington with People maginzene and was wondering if you'd be okay with a quick interview." She said. I smiled and looked over, noticing James was also being interviewed. Mel was with another.
"Of course." I smiled.
"Thank you! Now, as the star of Blackwater Cave-" I was interviewed by her and then James joined me and we were interviewed together. We were interviewed by a lot of people before finally making it inside.
"That...was awesome!" Mel squealed. I laughed and nodded.
"Come on." We walked in and went to find our seats. As we were looking, I heard a voice call my name. I looked over and saw Devon. I unintentionally grabbed James' hand and I knew he noticed. He looked down at me with concern in his eyes.
"Hey." He smiled, looking at James, Mel and I.
"Hey." I smiled shyly. "What's up?" I didnt want to seem rude so I kept going normally but all I could think of in the back lf my mind was that one day he almost got violent with me.
"Nothing. I just...I was wondering if I could talk to you...alone?" He said, scratching the back of his neck. I looked around and realized that there was literally no space empty. Therefore, there would be somebody around at all times, even if they werent paying attention.
"Um...sure?" James squeezed my hand, causing me to look at him. He had this look in his eyes telling me he would kill somebody of needed. I just smiled asssuringly and patted his hand. "I'll be back." I kissed his cheek and followed Devon into the crowd of people. When he finally realized there was no place to be completely alone, he stopped in a corner.
"Okay. So, I pretty much wanted to get this off my chest. I'm sorry about that one day on set. I just...I have these anger problems and I'm not used to me not getting what I want and...what I've wanted ever since I laid eyes on it...is you." I laughed awkwardly, hoping it was a joke. But when he looked crushed, I quickly stopped.
"You're serious?" He nodded and I bit my lip. I was honestly speechless.
"Ive never felt so strongly for someone in my entire life." He said. I groaned a little and sighed.
"Look, Devon. James and I were together for a while before I even met you. I'm sorry, but thats how things are." I said softly. "You'll find someone else." He looked down for a moment in silence. When he looked up, he had a totally different look in his eye.
"I will get what I want, Sara. I always get what I want." Before he had time to do anything stupid, I walked away. I found James and smiled. I was scared and I knew he could tell. I latched onto his arm and he looked at me. I just shook my head and looked for our seat again. I found it quickly up near the front. I requested that Mel sit by me so I was in between her and James. Luckily Hellen and Olivia were beside James so I didnt have to worry too much about Devon.
I was never really a social butterfly when it came to people I didnt know, so, I sat in my chair, playing with my phone. I then heard Marks voice. "Sara!" He said. I stood up and hugged him.
"Mark! You made it!" I cheered.
"Of course I did." He laughed. "I had to come see you on the big screen." I rolled my eyes and looked over at Mel.
"Yeah well, since you never really got properly introduced on my birthday, this is my best friend. She's really the one who knew how to get me out of my shell." I told him. She smiled and blushed a little.
"Sara." She giggled a little. I laughed and looked back at Mark.
"Did you come all alone?" I asked. He smiled and shook his head. Just then I heard a voice.
"Mark! I just saw-" I smiled as Amy, Marks girlfriend Amy that is, came into view.
"Hi." I smiled.
"Hey Sara! It's been a while! Oh my gosh! Guess who I just saw?" She was fangirling. She was honestly me. Mark chuckled and nodded.
"Yeah. Sara's growingup amd having big premieres with really famous people." He nodded, pretending to wipe awaya tear.
"Really?" She chucked, rolling her eyes and looking at me. I looked down and touched my face, arms and legs.
"Um...yes?" I smiled, cocking my head to one side. "I think I have grown up a bit since December. You know, because a monthand a half is such a long time." Amy and Mark laughed and I smiled.
"Nice one. Ihope to be as funny as you one day!" She said. I giggled and nodded.
"Sure. Because I'm oh so humorous." I scoffed. "But all jokes aside, you're style is literally what I aspire to be." I told her. She smiled and nodded. Just then, a voice came on the speakers, telling everyone to sit down because the movoe was going to start soon. I looked back and there were so many people there.
"Well, we better go sit down. Bye Sara. I'll talk to you later." Mark said.
"Bye. See you guys later!" I said. They nodded and smiled before disappearing into the crowd. Once they did, I looked at Mel. We squealed and James laughed beside me.
"You girls." He said. Everyone sat down and a few minutes later, the lighs dimmed. I grabbed James' hand, scared to see the movie. I was just scared about everyones reactions quite honestly. Thats all I was scared about.
However, I eventually forgot that I was watching myself and my friends be somebody else. Watching the finished product was insane. By the time we got to the actual scary parts, I was already completely enthralled. At one tense part, Mel leaned over in her seat and curled into a ball near me. I did the same thing to James, who held my hands in his own.
When the kissing scene between James and I took place, people in the crowd were crying! I can honestly say I wasn't expecting that. I found it extremely awkward personally. This was my first ever kiss and it was being shown to the world. "You okay?" James whispered. I looked over at him and nodded. I chuckled quietly after a moment.
"You remember filming this?" He smiled and nodded.
"Sure do." He nodded. I nodded along with him and laid my head on his shoulder.
"Me too." I remembered more than I let on. I remembered the feeling before of knowing what was coming. How the buterflies made it easier for my voice to shake. How when we first kissed, the butterflies actually flew out and up into my heart. I remembered everything. Remembering the feelings made me feel them again. I was happy with this scene, knowing they made me feel the amazing feelings I was feeling now and that I felt then.
When the scene was over, it got right into a scene with Devon and Hellen. As the ending of the movie neared, the action got more and more intense. When James (William in the movie) died, people cried then too. I even cried. It was rediculous. When the movie actually ended, there was a standing ovation. I was so happy. People were clapping and cheering and I felt completely and truly happy. "We did it, Sara. We were a part of an amazing movie." James said.
"It was so good best friend!" Mel said. She hugged me as people began moving to talk to Mr. Zamboni and some of the actors. It was mostly just us five kids but I wasnt in the mood. I just wanted to duck and skidattle. However, James and I were caught. We were being interviewed. A lot of the stuff was kind of personal but I tried answering it in the most broad way ever. I wasn't really sure what I was doing. Then I got one question in particular.
"Do you think that if you and James were ever in that situation in real life it would go down the same way?" The interviewer asked. I was quiet for a moment, pondering the answer.
"Thats actually a good question. I think he would actually really try to sacrifice himself for me and I think I would actually fight for him as well but...I dont think I'd ever be so lucky for me to actually get out alive." I laughed lightly.
"So, James would actually try to save you and sacrifice himself?" She asked. I smiled and shrugged.
"I would hope so." I laughed. She laughed along with me.
"What about you? Would you sacrifice yourself for James?" She asked. I didn't even hesitate. Not in the slightest.
"More than a million times over. I think I would try to save him and he'd actually shove me into safety. I'd probably have no say in it, even if I want to." I shrugged.
"Well, my partner was interviewing James and we found out that you are right to an extent. Lets just let him tell you." I looked over and saw my boyfriend beside me.
"Hey." He smiled.
"Hi." I giggled.
"Alright James. Tell Sara what you told me." The other interviewer said. James laughed and looked at me.
"Sara. If anything like that were to ever happen, you would live. You would live because I would do anything in my power to see you grow into an old lady with your twenty cats." He chuckled a little and I shoved him. "If it meant me dying for you to survive, I would. Because I love you more than anything in this entire world. You are my world." I giggled and wiped tears away from my eyes.
"Awe James." I whispered. I kissed him and the interviewers laughed.
When we finally got out of the building, I smiled. I looked at James and Mel and smirked. "How about we ditch the afterparty and go to the park?" I asked. They smiled and nodded. I texted my dad and told him what we were doing then took off my heels to run beside my two favorite people. It was dark outside but it was my favorite thing ever.
When we got to the park, we sat in the spot James and I met. "I'm going to be completely honest. These past few years have been the best. I've met you and you're literally the best guy I could ever ask for. Youre the guy of my dreams." I looked at James and kissed his cheek. "And I've had my bestfriend. You've grown older with me and you have tried new things with me. It's
literally the most amazing thing." Mel smiled and laid her head on my shoulder.
"Awe Sara." Mel spoke. I smiled and hugged them.
"I love you guys." I said.
"I love you too." Mel said.
"I love you too, babe." James said. I smiled and we laid on the ground, staring at the sky.
"I hope we never change anything." I whispered.
"Me either." James whispered in my ear. I giggled and he kissed my cheek. "I know you think you're just 'Jensen Ackles' daughter', but to me, you're 'Sara Ackles, the most amazing girlfriend I could ever ask for'." I rolled my eyes and smacked him.
"Dont be such a dork." I laughed.
"Whatever. Youre still my favorite person in the entire world. You are my everything." James continued.
"Stop!" I giggled.
"Sara!" Mel shouted, causing me to jump.
"What?" I asked, laughing.
"I think he's trying to say you made an identity for yourself. Hes just being a gross mushy lovable dork though. You're not Jensen Ackles daughter anymore. You're just Sara Ackles now, an amazing beautiful young actress who is all yourself." Mel said. I smiled and rolled my eyes.
"I know what you guys are trying to say...but you suck at words. Both of you." I laughed. I was honestly dying. They tried so hard. They were my two favorite people and I was glad I could take them both on the journey of life with me.
