Sora and Faye lowered their brows as they heard a piercing scream from upstairs. They rushed out of the living room, and to the guest room, where the noise was sounded from. Before Sora was able to twist the door knob, Jimin jolted out of the room, nearly slipping on the stairs. She peaked her head through the door to see Jungkook angrily cracking his knuckles. He pushed past the two girls, going down the stairs as they followed him.
"Park Jimin!" Jungkook shouted through his lungs as he searched for the boy.
—
"911." Jimin spoke through the phone, well the fancy remote control.
"If your listening, I'm about to be murdered by this psycho named Jungco—"
Jimin's eyes widened as he heard his friends voice shouting his name. He grabbed the remote and ran from the living room to the kitchen, searching for a sharp knife to use for defense. Jungkook tilted his head as he saw Jimin speaking into their remote.
"What the fuck are you doing?"
"I'm on the phone with the police you jackass, now stay back or I'll use this knife on you." Jimin held a butter knife in his left hand.
Jungkook dropped his head in his hands, sighing as he looked back up. "Jimin, put the knife down so I can break both your fucking arms."
"Oh my god, it's Barack Obama." Jimin pointed to the bathroom, quickly racing past Jungkook as he gullibly looked over his shoulder.
"Not bad little one." Jungkook eyes squinted as he watched jimin run away, slowly shaking his head.
"What the hell is happening?" Sora tried to catch her breath as her and Faye finally made it downstairs.
Jungkook's lips formed a straight line as his eyes met Faye's. She nervously bit her bottom lip, just realizing Jimin spilled the tea. Sora looked at the both of them, still confused and unanswered.
"I'll deal with you later." He scoffed, before running off to find Jimin.
Jungkook had a gut feeling Jimin would do it, this guy can't keep his hands to himself. He ran outside of their front door, and began searching for the kid.
—
Jimin lifted the cover off Jungkook's trashcan, and yes, he jumped into the empty can, covering the top again. See, being tiny was now at his advantage, as he could hide almost anywhere. Not that this was a clever idea. He made himself comfortable, since he knew he was going to be in here for a while. Jimin narrowed his eyes as he felt something wriggle on his arm. He grabbed his phone out of his pocket, turning on the flashlight, and that's when he met a three sets of little eyes, gray bodies, ...
—
Jungkook ran to the front yard, searching around the drive way, when he heard a loud bang coming from inside the trashcan. A small chuckle escaped his lips, disappearing when he remembered what happened. Jungkook lifted his foot, and casually kicked the trashcan over. He heard a small groan escape Jimin's lips, as one of his hands push the cover off. He gave him a couple seconds to finally stand on his feet.

"Man." Jimin raised his brow, hysterically laughing as he brushed the dust off his jeans. "You got some ratatouille shit going down in there."
Jungkook gave Jimin a fake smile, before grabbing him by his collar, and shoving his back to the wall.
"Ouch." Jimin whispered as he squinted his eyes.
"How could you fucking kiss Faye." He tightened
his grip on the boy's shirt, wanting answers fast.
Jimin gulped.
He didn't want to expose Faye even though she's the one who kissed him first. His children were at stake. So he did what he thought was right. "I kissed her Jungkook."
Jungkook pressed his finger to his own lips, trying to warn Jimin, but the poor guy already said it. Jimin looked over his shoulder, to see Sora staring at him in anger and disbelief.
"Sora—
"I don't wanna hear it Jimin!" She snapped, about to turn around.
"Sora please, let me explain!" Be tried to chase after her but Jungkook held him back.
"Jungkook!" Faye, pushed him aside. "He didn't—
"What?" Jungkook crossed his arms. "Jimin tried to kiss you, didn't he? I'm teaching the idiot a lesson."
"Jungkook." Faye bit her lip. "Jimin didn't kiss me first."
Jungkook blinked a few times, confused by the two stories he was hearing. "Would you just explain to me why you did it?"
"Fine." Jimin used his arm to push himself off the ground. "I saw Faye crying, because she obviously thought you were cheating on her, and that meant Sora had to be cheating on me too. I was so pissed that I thought the only solution was to cheat too. It's my fault."
"Is that true?" Jungkook looked over at Faye while Jimin's eyes were also on hers, letting her know he was willing to take the blame this time, since she's taken the blame for him before.
Faye hesitantly nodded.
Jungkook sighed before looking over at Jimin. "I don't think I can look at you the same anymore."
"I understand." Jimin softly mumbled. "We'll leave as soon as we can, and you don't have to come back with me either." Jimin looked over at Sora, as her expression turned soft.
" I'm coming with you." Sora rolled her eyes. "I made a promise to always be with you, even if that means you don't show me the same love back." She said before walking away.
Faye pulled Jungkook's arm, so that they were all alone. "Jungkook, you have to believe me. It's not Jimin's fault. He wanted to cover for me to protect our marriage, but I can't live with this guilt. If you should be angry with someone, it should be me."
"Why." Jungkook quietly whispered.
"I don't know." A tear slipped onto her cheek. "I was emotional and he was there to comfort me, and I got carried away. I'm so so sorry Jungkook. I never wanted this to happen!" She cried.

"You just kissed, right?" His eyes grew larger.
"Jungkook I swear on my life, we only kissed. We both regretted it the second we stopped and that's why he told you. He said that he'd take the blame, because he didn't want to ruin us, but it's wrong to sit there and watch you blame the wrong person."
"Is this all over?" Jungkook grabbed both of Faye's shoulders. "The jealousy, and the cheating, do you promise that it's all in the past and won't happen again?" He lowered his brows, trying to negotiate.
"Yes." She quickly nodded. "I wouldn't do anything like that ever again!"
"It's all Randy's fault." Jungkook softly scoffed as he took her hands in his. "It'll take me some time to gain your trust back but I know your intentions. I want us to work Faye. It has to." He shrugged his shoulders.
—
Sora and Jimin quickly packed their things, to leave as soon as they could, so they wouldn't be bothering Jungkook's family. "Sora." Jimin broke the silence.
She looked over at him, with raised brows.
"I can stay somewhere else." He quietly offered, not wanting to be a burden.
Sora couldn't leave Jimin alone. After his parents died, she promised herself she'd take care of him until the day she died. Her own parents would try convincing her to divorce him and find someone better. She ignored everyone though, and risked everything to be with this idiot. He was her idiot.
"I don't know what to say to right now." Sora sighs as she wrinkles the shirt in her hands. "You're just really stupid sometimes." She irritatedly groaned.
He didn't say anything in response, but only looked down at his lap. Sora's eyes became guilty when she saw him. She wanted to comfort him, but has every right to be pissed. The guy kissed his friends wife.
Sora's head shot up as the door slowly cracked open and in walked Jungkook. "Sora, would you leave us alone for a minute, thanks." He tried to smile as she left the room.
Jimin innocently looked up from his lap, surprised to see Jungkook without anger in his eyes.
"I'm still mad at you." Jungkook said as he crossed his legs over each other. "You kissed Faye, when I told you not to touch her."
Jimin didn't say anything back, but just listened.
"You broke the trust I had for you and went behind my back." He bit his bottom lip before looking up at Jimin. "You lied to protect my family, while risking your own relationship."
"I could never repay you for that."
Jungkook's last couple words surprised Jimin as he lifted his head. "w-what?"
"Faye told me everything." Jungkook softly spoke while looking at the confused boy. "She explained how she kissed you first, but you lied about it to protect our marriage."
"I told her not to tell you." Jimin mumbled as his eyes narrowed.
"Jiminssi." Jungkook grabbed his shoulder. "I can't believe you were gonna walk out here while I hated you."
"You have fucking kids Jungkook, I wasn't going to ruin their future by telling you. I'm still pissed she told you." Jimin sighed as he ran his hand through his hair.
"You're a good kid." Jungkook harshly patted his back. "I don't want something like this getting in between us."
"Jungkook, I love you like a brother, but I'm still leaving." He picked up his bag, and walked to the door, before Jungkook's hand stopped him. "I can't forgive myself for what I just did. I messed up badly."
"You can't leave." Jungkook lowered his brows. "I told you, everything's okay now. We all fucked up in some way over this winter break. It's okay."
"I can't look either of you in the eye, let alone Sora."
"I'm sorry." Jungkook pulled Jimin into his arms, pushing the smaller one's head to his shoulder.
"What can we do to make everyone forgot about this?" Jungkook pursed his lips.
"Kiss Sora, and make it even."
Jungkook was shook, raising his brows to make sure he heard him correctly. "Huh?"
"I won't feel better unless the guilt is shared with someone else." He crossed his arms. "You need to kiss Sora, well actually Sora needs to kiss you."
"Park Jimin, you really haven't changed since high school." Jungkook softly laughed. "Come on." He ruffled his hair.
Jimin walked towards Sora when he saw her sitting alone outside. He bit his lip, nervous to approach her. "Sora." He softly spoke, his voice slightly cracking on the verge of tears. She looked up at him, gently glancing at his eyes.
"I'm so sorry." He gulped. "I need you to know that there's no excuse for the way I've been treating you for the past year. You're the only person who's been here for me and I can't lose you." He held back his tears.
A tear drop fell into Sora's cheek as her eyes began to water. Jimin pulled her into a hug, holding her as tight as he could. "Things are gonna change. I promise."

Luck And Chronomancy
Time Magic is the best magic as everyone knows, although there are lots of unique Talents in the world. Most people only remember Haste because it is hard to get to higher Phases of Chronomancy. That is still enough to make the Talent iconic. A lucky enough Aleatory Talent can position you for greatness or leave you languishing in obscurity. The only true equality in the world is when that glowing message pops up at 8 years old. Even if it doesn't activate until you are an adult at 16 you still know. Sure you can find a new dungeon spawn and get another chance at a rare Talent, even this one, but you have to already be ready to delve into the *Far Wilds*, which is far easier with wealth or family power. This is the story of where my good fortune took me and the difference it made, even among a party of 7 others including an Arcanist. It is a journey of magic and monsters but also math, which some think is actually worse. Luckily I was born with Intelligence and Focus as my personal traits, and my parents were scholars. Of course Chronomancy can also be a frontline combat talent. Versitility well beyond other Elder Talents like Gravity, Abstraction, or Arcana. Might could have worked for me, too. I also met a runaway princess. All the best adventures have a princess. She hated being a noble and we didn't get married but it still counts. Besides she really filled out our front line. All that Leadership training came in handy. I still don't know where she's from. Who cares? How well Haste goes with giant hammers is what's important. I never learned much about anyone in the party, except the one I grew up with. I'm not a people person. I just wanted to optimize dungeon clearing time. *******Story Details******* No romance, politics, or traumatizing content, slice of life, or even dialogue. 1st person narration, like a guide/adventure log. 2000-7000 words a day, maybe 40-60% rpgish combat log with some reasoning on combat decisions, with the rest character Talent discussion and progression stuff. 8 person party with a decent variety in roles. Party members usually have 2 primary functions. Told from the support/control Chronomancer's perspective. Each party member will have 6 Basic/Background Traits, then 3 actual Talents with abilities. Capstone from their Educational Institution, Arbritrary as a gift from the temples, and Aleatory which is decided at birth, revealed at 8, and activated after adulthood at 16. Aleatory Traits ignore requirements and are random why is why they are so important. They'll gain new Talents from finding Dungeons to consume in the *Wilds*. Mature dungeons in cities can provide *Challenges* to raise the Phase of a Talent, up to 3 times from 1 to 4. Each character will get to roughly 8 non-Trait Talents. Attributes come exclusive from Talents, are required by Talents, and provide various effects as well. I designed about 220 Talents with abilities, 4 in each of 4 phases. "Traits" are just Attribute stuff. I'm not sure how many will be detailed in the story, more than 100 for sure. I used Talents because I want to be free of the legacy of tabletop. Half those rules are just because of the limitations inherent in a pre-computer ttrpg. This story mostly uses combat Talents, although like 1/3 of the 220 are for crafting and other society and economy stuff. If you really wanted to be a Thief you might take Intuition, Awarness, and Might for Basic Traits and Deftness, Manipulation, and Trickery for Family/Education. Then you'd pick Acrobatics, and Climbing for Educational Capstone and Arbitrary traits. You Aleatory Trait might be Shadow(Light/Dark) Magic, Umbramancy. A Bard might swap Dexterity for Charisma, Music for Acrobatics, and have gotten Illusion(Shadow/Sound(Air/Force)) for their Aleatory Trait.

Corpse Crawler
Ludwig Lock wakes up in a hospital bed to find a weeping woman at his side. After some crying, more weaping and confusion, Ludwig discovers that that lady was his ten year old sister, and that he's been in a coma for fifteen years. He also learns that the world he had grown to know was no more since heroes, villains, and super powers inhabit the streets, being regarded as a lot of things withing an endless spectrum. Just when he was about to finally get started with his new life, Ludwig faced a streak of bad luck, the last event of this chain setting him up to die so a vigilante can save himself. After suffering the worst beating of his life and experimenting the incompetence of the law, Ludwig decides to use his own hands to achieve justice. He will face difficult challenges, traumatic situations, and probably horrible stuff to get his life rolling. But at least he's got a friend to help him. Not a normal one though. ---- IMPORTANT: I personally identify powers as a fantastical element, which is why I don't find weird the addition of other elements of the same vein if it stays within the logic of the world. New and old chapters get updated with relative frequency, (new chapter every week, though it may be delayed a day or more to problems or some other reason) and the story is in a draft-like state, meaning it will probably stay the same but there will be changes on the prose or writing. Also, I would apreciate if it is known to me (Respectfully) which points should I improve on.
