《Orion》31

Woodhill market boasted of lots of success, food and supplies.
The town itself had everything for a traveler, whatever it is you requested for, you name it.
"There an inn!" Sima's voice rang out, pointing at a tiny house on the far end of the market.
Some ladies stepped out from the inn, dressed in long-flowing garments, conversing with a man who made them chuckle at every word he said.
"Anyone with money? cause we're not gonna get the hospitality free." Sonora uttered to the rest, her eyes fixed on them.
"I've got quite a number of coins on me" Aiden revealed.
"Let's proceed in, then" Pavlos uttered immediately.
Getting their things together and making sure all was taken care of, they dropped the horses in the market stables, paying the stable-keeper to keep watch over it, during their whole stay.
They then proceeded into the inn, going over to ask for rooms from the lady who was in charge of the place.
"I'm Grunhilda" A lady chimed.
"Welcome to Woodhill" She uttered.
She was plump and short, carrying herself around the inn, attending to guests. A worn-out apron tied around her waist on the long dress she wore.
"We've got the best rooms one could ask for, how many of them would you take?" She asked.
"How many can we get for ten gold coins?" Aiden asked.
Bellona smacked him lightly on the arm immediately.
"What?! We need to save money" He whispered to her.
"Just cause you've got charms, and it appears you all are strangers, I'll give you three rooms" Grunhilda said.
"Really?" Bellona asked, shocked at how cheap the price was.
"Of course, dear! You're welcome anytime" She responded.
"You see, now's the time you thank me for my wits and charms" Aiden uttered to Bellona in a low voice.

"Don't get too hyper" She uttered to him.
"It's nothing" She added.
"Where can we get clothes and a warm bath" Elpida stepped in, questioning Grunhilda.
"You need not worry about those, darling. Grunhilda has everything taken care of" She replied.
Not interested in all that was being said, Orion moved away from them, going over to a corner to take a seat.
He ordered for a jar of wine from the bar-keeper, and then placed his sword on the table, while waiting for his wine to be served.
He tore his leather gloves off his hands, flexing his fingers, while taking a look around the noisy inn.
He soon sighted the figure of Aiden moving towards him.
"You good?" Aiden called out.
"Yeah, I'm fine" Orion responded, grabbing his wine from the bar-keeper and then taking a sip from it.
"My friend over here will pay for it" Orion said to the man.
"What?" Aiden asked confused.
"The wine. It hasn't been paid for" Orion stated.
After a brief pause, Aiden took out five coins from his pockets, and then placed it on the table, paying up for the drink.
He took a seat right opposite Orion, sighing and then looking at the group of men who wrestled at a far end of the inn, right beside a tub of ever-flowing wine.
According to their arguments, they would each wrestle for a while, and whoever won, would have to get the other, a large jar of wine.
"Pavlos is a great person" Aiden began, speaking to Orion.
"I don't care about him or what he does" Orion responded in a low voice.
He brought the jug of wine to his lips, taking a gulp from it.
"For the quest, you both need to sort everything out, and work in harmony" Aiden said

"I'll get him sorted out, that's for sure. There's something wonky about him" Orion spoke immediately.
"I can feel it" He added.
"You both didn't get on to a great start. I understand that" Aiden said.
"But, at least try finding something pleasing in him"
"There's nuh'n pleasant about him"
A low laugh escaped the lips of Aiden as he listened to Orion speak.
They suddenly got interrupted mid-conversation by some ladies dressed in tight-corset dresses, revealing their plump bosoms, strolling their way.
Smiles appeared on each of the ladies faces as they approached Aiden and Orion.
"Hey there"
"I'm Natisha" One of them said to Orion, placing her hands around him and then pushing her breasts closer to his face.
The other two moved over to Aiden, rubbing his arms, while planting kisses on his cheeks.
"I could take you to a place you'd never wish to return from, make you enjoy your night here, while pleading for more" Natisha whispered words into Orion's ears, her lips stroking his face lightly in the process.
A light chuckle escaped his lips as he stared at her
She was beautiful, he couldn't deny that. But he just wasn't interested in things like this.
He could lay with her any other time, right after he had gotten the damn quest off his chest.
For now, he couldn't think straight.
"I'm good" Orion said to her.
"You could attend to my friend here. He needs some relaxing to do"
"Your friend?" Aiden asked immediately, His brows raised up while he stared on at Orion.
"I thought you hated us all" He added.
"I don't hate you guys. I despise you" Orion responded.
"I'll take that" Aiden chuckled.
Orion took a sip from his drink, feeling amused while watching Aiden struggle to free himself from the grip of the ladies.
"Do cut him some slack" Orion uttered immediately, rescuing Aiden from the hands of the girls which were already way down his pants.
"He's got nothing to pay" Orion said to them.
They gave a weird look immediately at Aiden, and then turned off walking away.
"Thank you" Aiden breathed, panting lightly while watching the girls leave.
"Anytime" Orion replied, raising his cup to his lips, then downing the lot of his drink.

Convergence Series
Eulisses Malinor is a prodigious and somewhat reclusive wizard with an unconventional outlook on life itself. The latter may or may not be related to him shedding the burdens of mortality some time ago. He claims that every wizard that takes pride in themself needs to reside in a tower in the middle of nowhere. It definitely has nothing to do with the Addia fanatics that continue to seek him out. Successfuly, much to his discontent. Ever out to ‘cleanse’ him, or bloody murder him if you'd ask the lich himself. But soon, that will no longer be a problem, as Eulisses has finally gathered every reagent - magical or otherwise he needs. He will tear open and stabilize a miniature Rift, essentially creating his very-own pocket realm in which even Addia’s gaze will no longer be able to reach him. Everything has been carefully planned out in advance, so there is no possibility of failure. You can maybe then imagine his bafflement, when instead of the nothingness of his successfully created pocket realm, Eulisses finds himself in a quite holy looking hall, amidst quite too-baffled looking fellows, in the centre of a gigantic summoning circle - allegedly, he cannot read the runes that make it up - and facing a young and quite fair maiden that stares at him quite wide-eyed.
